All that I can reccomend is that it is affordable. The staff try to be helpful… they do the best they can. Breakfast is not great but it is free. The tables and chairs are a joke… you cannot get your legs under the tables in most cases. The meats are all turkey… not real pork (yuck). They work hard to keep the buffet refilled. The rooms have the cheapest furnishings I have ever seen in a hotel… all particle board. The rooms are tiny too. If you were to get a BAD suite mate then you would have a miserable stay. Most of the people staying when we were there were groups of young people or families… very considerate. The train into London is an easy ride.

Didnt like this hotel at all! It should be 2 stars not 3!
— couldn’t get a Wi-Fi signal even though it states on their website that they have FAST connection.
— not very clean, found a few dirty things in our room.
— fire alarm made really LOUD beep. Kept us awake!
— our double bed was really hard & very uncomfortable.
— they only have 3 parking spaces! Unless its a weekend, then you could park round the street.
— breakfast isn’t great, food was either over or undercooked.
— our keycard didn’t work a few times & we had to go to reception to activate it.

La atención muy buena. Habitación pequeña pero para nosotros (una pareja) no necesitabamos mas ya que nos pasamos todos los dias en Londres. Está lejos del centro aunque muy bien comunicado!

Cheap and cheerful. Budget accommodation which is clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast. A little far from the center of London but there’s public transportation accessible on walking distance! We had a great time!

We spend 2 nights in this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the room perfect for 2 persons, beds are comfortable, shower small but good enough. The breakfast is in buffet form, enough to choose, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit, and delicious muffins. (besides the full English breakfast! ) 5 minutes walk to Illfort shopping centre, where you will find tasty restaurants and shops. We took the bus to Gants Hill and took the underground to the centre of London. Easy and conveniently.

Really liked my stay here, everything was super clean, and they do breakfast in the morning which the highlight, so much to choose from, would recommend the hotel for just that! there was also this outside area which was pretty nice, would have sat there if it wasn't to cold.

Good hotel in Ilford. London is easily accessible by rail. Breakfast was fine, too. If you want to go to London cheaply, you're in good hands here.

Great place and nice people! We had some difficulties at "check in" but everything was fine in the end. A big like from me and thank you guys for everything.

Excellent value-cost of overnight stay. The hotel is located close to Ilford's TLF Rail station, which is a 10-minute walk away, the train passes about every 15 minutes to Liverpool Street, so you can find yourself in the centre of the metropolis. In case you would prefer to reach the city with the transport "tyred" the Bus "25" for Oxford Circus passes every 10 minutes, personally I do not recommend it because of traffic.
The staff of Britannia is extremely friendly, breakfast is plentiful and international. Room service is excellent, our bathroom was small but very clean.

Very happy with this hotel, we were transferred here from another local hotel & very pleased we were, clean, comfortable, friendly & a lovely breakfast in an immaculate dining room, would definitely recommend & will be using again.

Would highly recommend staying here. Polite friendly staff, lovely spacious clean modern rooms, fresh bedding and towels, lovely ensuite, free Wi-Fi, TV in room, breakfast plentiful and lots of choice and free carpark too will definatly stay here again if we are at the 02 again xx.

Luxury place, tiny but extremely nice and cozy. Close to the public transportation, so it is very easy to reach London downtown.

Lovely rooms, nice and clean, very friendly and helpful staff, bedding and towels changed daily, lovely little court yard, great TVs and channels, the best part was the breakfast, so much variety and keeps coming fresh, will definitely be coming again thanks x.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Dirty, poor quality and very expansive. The sheets were stained with a color of EXCREMENT, WE WERE NOT CHANGED! The same breakfast every day. It is more than 1 hour from the center. Not recommendable.

Hotel very far from city center. (1 hour) Breakfast very bad, the same every day. SPLASHING STAINS on the bed, like "poop", were at the height of the mouth, very unpleasant! They did not want to clean it! Very expensive, for 2 nights, 5 people 805€. DO NOT GO! 29 April — 1 May 2017 Further, I have complained and the manager of hotel and he says is my fault because I threw coffe! THIS IS FAKE!

Comfy bed, spotless ensuite, friendly staff, great value hotel.

A few minutes walk from Ilford station. The rooms are a bit small. Breakfast was good and dolche.

Great breakfast. Small room, but that's expected in Europe. Beds are ok. Front desk is incredibly helpful in instructing us how to get around.

This hotel is awesome, the quad room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. The staff could not have done more for us, very friendly and offered us an alternative room, as we had our wheelchair father with us, he had a stroke a good few years back and can only walk a short distance. A definite 5* experience. This was our 2nd stay, aandbwill not be our last.

Absolute dive First of all on arrival we were told we needed photo I. D. I was told by reception that this was due to a stabbing that toke place weeks earlier in the hotel. The rooms and carpets were dirty and full of dust woke up with sore eyes in the mornings. The shower had lots mould in it cracked floor tiles and the bathroom chrome was rusty. The plugs that had been fitted had no trunking just thick grey wire from one to the next hidden by the wardrobe. The room keys do not work properly so spent most of the time up and down the stairs like a yoyo on a good note the Wi-Fi is reasonable. The managers attitude is absolutely disgusting when asked his name became very evasive only referring to himself as (Ron) and refused to give his real name or surname and become even more rude. They seem to hide behind the brittannia hotels chains name but this is a privately run very poorly keep hotel 2 star at the very best The reviews before this must have been written by the staff.

Very good hotel low price very clean friendly staff and great location, halfway between the train station and subway station both in 5 minutes, but you're better off taking the subway stop and gants Hill which is the Central Line and without changing anything in 10 stops takes you into the Centre of London.

Small hotel but quiet. Great location. It is 10 minutes from the train station that will take you to London in 15 minutes. About 300 meters there is a nice Park big enough. I have been there 4 nights, I was satisfied.

I like very much this hotel. I like all.

The showers are impossible to use. The morning smell horrible oil wakes you up, the cleaning of the room is largely incomplete. But the beds are comfortable, the district may appeal if you like moods "suburb of New Delhi".

Everything is great about this hotel.
