Really not worth that price. The room is cold at night. I felt that bed sheet is not clean. The furniture and decoration are old and work not well. Despite of that, staff is friendly.

Easily the worst place I will ever stay as a 'guest'. Staff were rude. The whole place was dirty. Bed sheets were dirty and stained (We got back to the place at 23:00 to discover this with no host present in the building) Spider webs everywhere. No kettle as promised in the booking. Wouldn;t stay if you paid me.

To be fair probably matching the price braket — basics of the basic, but reasonably clean. Poor breakfast — distinctive taste of being fried in the oil not changed for some time.

Most of the furniture in the room appear to be new, as was the parquet flooring. But the two bed covers one had a stain or black mark on it. The other had a tear or wear marks. In the bathroom the wooden toilet seat had a split in the gentleman's area, and the seat itself was a loose on its mounting, so was an accident waiting to happen. The hand basin had no water from the hot tap. The boxing in of the pipework looks like it was done by Stevie Wonder, and we never used the shower as it did not look at all inviting. The room was warm enough, and the breakfast was adequate. So overall new toilet seat fitted properly boxing the pipework redecorate the whole room and shower and replace the bed covers. Then it will be worth £85 for the night.

Not very friendly or helpful or welcoming staff but good enough clean room for the price. Car park available but small.

Good parking, hot showers, close to shops etc, good Wi-Fi.

Good bed, quiet room, clean & modern en suite, ample parking, good Wi-Fi. Didn't have breakfast so no idea about that, but all in all: would recommend.

This is the worst guesthouse I've ever been to. The first floor is okay, with nice beds and rooms. Shame for us we slept on the second floor; Squeeky floors, loud noises all over the place, toilet with no lock, horrible smell and I think prison beds would sleep better. For this room, compared to our friends room which was much better, we paid the same price which was way too high for this room.

Good size rooms, nice clean sheets. Very friendly and helpful owners. Very safe for ladies travelling solo and also close to both hospitals.

I had a bad experience here. Staying with 3 friends we booked 2 double rooms and arrived to be told we were being forced into 1 room which stank of cigarette smoke. This left two of us on a mattress on the floor and a broken futon. I received very bad bed bug bites on my arms, hands, body, neck and face and was repeatedly refused a refund. I feel like I've been given a very poor service and refusal to give me a refund is disgraceful. I can't believe that im out of pocket for what I received.

Squashed bug om the wall. I mean, really? They didn't see it when cleaning the room? Paper thin walls. I could hear everything in our room from the neighbours bathroom. Everything. We had to sleep with the window open as I couldn't close it. Squeaky floors Old and sticky We asked the lady who opened the door for us (I can't call it greeting) how much is the breakfast. Answer: it's written on the small paper on the wall. Read it. Just back luck I think Enough said.

If you have any health issues, this is not for you.

Disgusting condition of the family room. We left it but owner has refused a refund.

Don't go there those people are thefts! A nightmare! Ive paid 2 nights and they didn't won't to give me a room nor money back!

DON'T GO HERE! This guest house is awful! The first thing the owner wanted was money, after that she wasn't not friendly anymore. We had to go through a kitchen and a garden full of scrap to get to our room. In the room one lamp didn't work, there was dust in corners and under the beds. But the bathroom was much worse, the shower was either way too got or too cold, same for the sink, wich was pretty hard to conrtol. We had to wait half an hour for breakfast, eventhough we were the only people in the breakfast room. The Wi-Fi often didn't work. The "lounge" was a small connecting room with a TV running all the time without anyone watching it and a more than ten years old computer running very slow. The rooms of my fellows were even worse. And it's so expensive. Please don't make the mistake to come here.

When parents from Singapore visited me, they stayed in the guest house. People there are very nice. Room is clean. Prcie is very resonable.

My thanks to the staff at All Seasons for such a pleasant stay, I found the area quiet and slept extremely well on their generous bedding. The establishment possesses a charm found in its bone china, original feature fireplaces and local history photographs. The welcome I received was warm and discreet and I felt comfortable quickly. The amenities are well equipped and I was greatful for the use of ironing facilities. I short I would not hesitate to visit again or to bring any member of my family as it is suitable for all and very reasonably priced.

My father visited Oxford when I studied in the University. He came from Singapore. First He stayed in Holiday Inn in Cowley, Oxford. He could not access intenet through his laptop. No people could help him. In the end, we tried All seasons guest house. The nice lady called a gentleman to make my dad laptop access the intenet wirelessly. It is excellent service.

I really really enjoyed my stay at the gest house. When I arrived I was meet by a very friendly girl and was allowed to see the room before having to pay. My bags where carried in. When I asked if I could use the fax machine she said yes and helped me with that, I also asked for extra biscuites, they are very generouse and kind. I had forgotten toothpast so they gave me a free toothbrush and toothpast simmilar to that u get on airplanes so it wasn't a five star hotel but it was nice and friendly. Which makes all the difference.
