Had a really cold room. No heating on. ❄️☃️ slept badly because I was cold.

Absolutely lovely hotel the lady ros will go above and beyond to help the people who are staying with Premier Inn brentwood absolutely amazing staff ros is a credit to you.

Being told we can’t have a drink because the restaurant is closed Isn’t good enough. Whilst staying at another branch, I was invited to sit and relax during check-out and my whole family was given free drinks. This was incredibly impressive as my kids were sad to leave that day. I’ve received the opposite experience with Brentwood. It seems that once it’s beyond 11am nobody cares. However I must draw attention to a terrific waitress who really made all the difference on our last night together. I’m sorry that I never asked her name but I’m sure she’ll remember serving a family of five and my wife asking for her steak to be cooked a little more. Whoever you are, you were brilliant! Thank you!

The staff were friendly here and helpful.
We had an issue getting the cooling fan in the room to work but they had had some work done a few weeks prior so came and set it from a control panel outside of the room. Our only criticism regarding this was it tool 3 times asking as our room was unbearably hot but they were extremely busy.
Great value for money and located well to access Brentwood.

… But very noisy room due to the billy boy racers going up and down the main road all night, also I went to check out at 7.45am, nobody at reception, so I knocked on a door marked Private to the right of reception desk, lady came out & said she couldn't check me out, I'm to ask behind the bar, went to the bar, two people behind the bar, one said she was I. T, the other said go to reception, so I had no choice but to walk out!

Lovely quiet family room that was huge! Roz on reception was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Clean, quiet, lovely staff, good food, good breakfast service. Thanks.

The staff… the manager, the bar staff. Clean rooms, good location, food good, parking good!

Great place but the Disabled Parking is not for foul mouthed road workers too lazy to park in a regular space. Their aggressive attitude certainly frightened the guy that questioned them.

Stayed here while visiting a friend in the area had Three lovely nights lovely rooms very quite fine breakfast and the nicest staff very helpful would return to stay here and recommend for anyone.

Stayed 2 nights. Service was poor. Our room did not get cleaned in the morning. Had dinner on the second day food was horrible. Had burger and fish and chips. Burger was dry, fish greasy and chips over done. Complained about the food and they were decent enough not to charge us for the food.

Nice large room (715) clean and warm. Easy check in. Nice lounge/bar area with electric sockets at sofas. Nice food, busy restaurant though, didn’t appear to be coping with number of guests eating, had to wait over 90 minutes to be seated.

Room was a fair price and in good order. Restaurant served food of a high standard.

Very pleasant hotel to stay in :) Staff were lovely :) Breakfast was great pick & choose what you want as many coffees you wanted :) The only complaint I could make is that when we came from a nite out with family there was no chance of getting a night cap Bar closed it was only just a few minutes after 11… I don't know maybe an English hotel is different to an Irish hotel but in an Irish hotel residence get served :)

Only down fall was the Aircon was certainly not strong enough especially when u got a family all in one room in this heat apart from that was a brilliant stay as always. Staff are amazing x.

A nice neat hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff. Nearby is a supermarket, not far from a beautiful park.

Very clean and located 2 minutes from the train station so getting to London is very easy. Food is only ok and there is no late bar however.

We booked a twin room & got a double bed with a futon that was not comfortable. It's not mentioned that one bed is in fact a futon. When having a drink I showed the bar staff a crack going down the length of the glass & Coke dripping. Bar staff examined glass & claimed to see no crack as did the manager who came to examine it. Other customers could see the crack! Bar manager complained that it was a waste of drink and reluctantly changed. I think it's become more of a Hen & Stag place. I won't be staying again.

Room was comfortable and clean, reception and bat staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The location was excellent walking distance to the town and railway.

Not bad at all, given the price. Helpful staff on check in, clean and comfortable rooms, and decent enough food served in the restaurant. The bar staff get a bit snotty if you are hanging around at closing time. Or three minutes to closing time. But still, shut tap is shut tap. So can’t grumble. In general, a decent hotel.

Breakfast was an absolute disgrace. We are staying for 3days, yesterday we came down towards the end of breakfast and alot of items had finished so today we got up nice and early got down to breakfast and they had ran out of white bread/ Apple juice and the fried eggs looked like they had been cooked a week ago. Now we have sat here for an hour, more people have came in since that and still nothing replaced! (but the good news the brown bread/orange juice and croissants have now gone too)

Stayed for a local wedding, rooms clean and comfortable. Free carpark, good security for rooms. Great breakfast and if you have kids eating free excellent value for money. Very convenient location for traveling in to London.

The staff were really helpful. I wanted to change rooms and they sorted my request straight away and I ordered dinner to my room for some quiet time. The food was tasty and the service great.

Excellent, classed as a budget hotel, but quality of bed shower and food was not budget. Excellent staff and accommodation.

This is third visit. It is well located with parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant. All was good.

The breakfast is very good, rooms are big enough. But the problem was that the fire alarm was ringing in the middle of the night with out any reason.

The room was adequate in size but there was paint Chipping off the sideboard and the gaps between the panels in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly as there was mould growing. A good night's sleep was definitely not had. Woken up on numerous occasions by the inhabitants of the hotel drunkenly banging on every door — and being in the first one or two rooms down the corridor meant that it was every time someone came back we got woken up. Further to that I could hear the contents of the toilets elsewhere in the building travelling past our bathroom wall and it wasn't a pleasant sound. Unsure if it was due to the breakfast, though not sure what else it could be — I spent the Sunday morning and afternoon being ill which was a real shame. All in all, will start looking for a different regular hotel in Brentwood as this was 10x worse than any previous stay.

Beds are so comfortable and it is very close the train station. They are good sides. However, cleaning process should be improved.

Friendly staff. Welcomed on arrival. Staff very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Evening dinner was lovely, shame it wasn't open earlier. Breakfast was lovely and being a buffet you can have as much as you like with a full English breakfast, continental breakfast, fresh fruit juices, Costa coffee and tea and hot chocolate. Cereals and a choices of breads and spreads. Fresh fruits and yogurts. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. Very pleased with our stay.

Good hotel to stay in when visiting Essex. Easy access to M25 and routes into London or the coast. Nice rooms and excellent buffet breakfast, free for kids!

I had room 905 which was lovely. Got the sun first thing and had lovely view across Brentwood. Air conditioning was very affective. I paid for breakfast and glad I did, two perfectly poached eggs that arrived nice and hot. And bubble and squeak now as well — best Premier Inn breakfast yet! Staff are really really really friendly and helpful and smiling which you don't always get in hotels these days. Excellent stay and would recommend it.

Room was very clean, breakfast was of good quality and quantity. I've stayed in a lot of 5* hotels of the past year and none have come close to the customer service level or friendlyness of the staff here, very impressive.

We went to the hotel for a meal with family. Waitress was very friendly and service was good. Food could have been a little fresher but overall a nice meal.

Check in was quick. Room was up to the usual high standards, clean, tidy, compfy bed. Shower was a bit weak though but I managed to get clean. Would stay again.

We decided to go to Care Co, a mobility shop in Brentwood and as we had been told about Premier Inns booked to stay overnight.
We arrived and the Receptionist was really kind and helpful, our first ever stay at a Premier Inn, she came to the lift and showed us how to us our room key for the lift. Our room looked great but whilst resting we heard the Police or Ambulance go past, went to close the window and the handle was broken.
I went down to Reception and once again the lady was very kind. She came up to our room with another key for the room below. This time it was perfect.
Down then for our evening meal, I had the battered cod and hubby the gammon.
Mine was really hot and tasty, hubby asked if the mushrooms should be cold, no, so she brought him some really hot ones and asked if he would like a complimentary drink, oh no thank you, all is ok now. She couldn't have been more helpful.
Down then for breakfast, a really tasty one too, hot and served with a smile. Time now to leave and go to Care Co, but it was not entered right in the Sat Nav, so I went back into Reception and Gareth looked up Care Co on the computer, found the address, wrote it down and I was so relieved as it was a long journey not to go and buy the scooter. We really enjoyed our stay, our room, food and staff 100%. A big thank you to you all for your kindness and thoughtfulness. We would return any day.

Stayed here on a stop over of a two day running event I was taking part in. After hobbling back at 23:45 with a knee injury the receptionist went and got me some ice and wrapped it for me, whilst showing genuine concern. To be honest, after that I'd have still given this hotel 5 stars if there had been a dead body in my bed (there wasn't, that's just an example).

For Italians. Careful not to mistake booking otherwise you're in trouble, and especially remember to bring with you the code for your credit card. For the rest, quiet and comfortable rooms but breakfast DARLING.

• I stay here 3 or 4 nights a week since Jan 2013. The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. • The 'auto check-in' is easy and also my main bug bear; it automatically assumes you want a breakfast even when you've already made the choice not to have one when booking online! • The bar is good and has the cheapest beers in town :-) • Murphy's Bar next door show all the football you'll ever need :-D • I eat at the restaurant occasionally, it's pretty good but I often eat out at one of the many restaurants on the high street, which is a 5 minute walk away, for a change of scenery. • There are also plenty of takeaways which will deliver but also close enough to walk to. • BTW, there is also a Nisa supermarket very close which is much cheaper for snacks than the vending machines.

Worst place I have every stayed. Dirty. Smelly scum hole. Needs demolishing.

Great value, clean and very comfortable room. Service can be mixed, parking is very mixed due to all the vans that use the hotel in the week. Automatic check-in is frustrating and very poor.
