This hotel is in a great location, really friendly family run staff, the food is delicious and the rooms are very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be back again.

Fantastic place to stay. It offered everything we needed and more and were very accommodating. The personal service you get was lovely. I would definitely recommend it. Certainly more pleasant than stopping in a hotel. Thank you.

A very friendly hotel. The rooms are stunning and breakfast is great. The staff are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Thoroughly recommended, unless you beat me to a booking.

What a great little Hotel. Never judge a book by its cover. Great welcome from the owners and shown to our room. What a great size it was to. Large bathroom on suite with a great shower cubicle And a stand alone bath. Great seating area in the bay window with plenty of sunlight. Breakfast was good to. Parking at the hotel is tight but in great area like this. You are lucky to have one you don't have to pay for. From the hotel it is so easy to get to everything in Bournemouth. Loads of restaurants just down the hill. And some great walks along the cliffs and down to the beach. One thing is for sure I will go back to this hotel.

Lovely welcome, big bed in super room, breakfast was very good, location good, staff friendly ad efficient, nothing was too much trouble, I will be back to stay again, ☺

Great family run hotel. We had two of the larger rooms which are huge! Clean and nicely furnished. Very friendly owners who were very helpful and attentive.

Locationnwas great forngetting to the beach front and bournemouth town. All being within a 15 minute walk. We went for a larger room for a bit more cost, but it was massive! The room was well furnished, and very bright. Would definitley stay here again.

The hotel was lovely. We received a warm, friendly welcome on arrival and had a quick and easy check in. The room itself was perfect. We stayed in room 1. It was very clean with a modern bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge with fresh milk rather than the little plastic cartons. The bed was extremely comfortable also. Outside of our room was a cupboard with a selection of different friut teas you could help yourself to. This also housed the irons and ironing boards that could be borrowed. The location was great being only a 5 minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the city centre. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order with also cereals, juice, croissants and jams etc that you could help yourself to. The hotel seemed very family friendly. We noticed some games in the lounge room and shelves of both adult and children's books that could be borrowed. The hotel had free on-site parking for 5/6 cars. Even though our stay was a short one, we would definitely be looking to stay here again on any return trips to Bournemouth.

Location great but the room was very small.

We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2011. Very homely environment, the staff is very helpful, polite and caring. One of the best services we have had. The rooms were very spacious, neat and clean and well managed. Location is excellent as it is only 1 minute walk to the beach. Free Wi-Fi was a plus for me. If I have to be picky, then the shower can do with a bit more pressure. The breakfast was lovely and freshly prepared, a variety of cooked breakfast available. Would highly recommend to anyone who is either going for a long stay or a weekend break.

We stayed here one night on a business trip and liked it so much we came back for a family holiday! It's not the usual bland mass market hotel — it has real character, friendly flexible staff, optional evening meals can be arranged atfairly short notice, and the rooms are fantastic.

We found this small hotel online which always makes it diificult to judge quality, I flew over from Spain with my 14 year old son as I had a series of job interviews in the south. Initially we were only booked in for 2 nights but ended up staying for practically our whole time in the UK as we were so happy in this lovely family run hotel. The bedrooms we had at the top of the house were really nicely appointed and the bathrooms were clean, warm and suprizingly large. The owners were welcoming and extremely accomodating especially as we had to change our plans around to accomodating my interviews. Breakfasts were great and plentiful, bar prices were very reasonable as were the bar snacks and menus. As I happily landed my job I´ll definatly be back! Many thanks Sally.
