We stayed here recently and had a great time. Our room was extremely comfortable and despite the new COVID regs, we received great service. The breakfasts were delicious and made to order. It was a treat to be away and close to the sea.

This lovely guest house is better than most 5 star hotels and I would recommend it to anyone, I have written a glowing well deserved review on trip advisor. We will definitely book to stay again next year.

Well what can we say, my husband & I have just come back from Torquay today after stopping the weekend at The Kingston House B&B, we absolutely loved it, Jill & Warren are the most perfect hosts, nothing was too much for them, from the time we was welcomed at the front door til the time we left we couldn't fault a thing, it was lovely to be welcomed with coffee & lemon drizzle cake a lovely little touch, our room aswell as the whole b&b was absolutely spotless, Jill & Warren have very good knowledge of everywhere & everything that was going on in the area & in the village. The breakfasts was amazing even to the little touches of homemade chocolates in our room to all the lovely complimentary toiletries there was, it just made you feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back here soon, already recommended this place to family & friends as soon as we got home. Thank you so much Warren & Jill for welcoming us both into your home, you both should be so very proud. 10/10

This is the second time we have stayed at The Kingston B&B and we could not wait to go back. Warren & Jill are the perfect hosts with an amazing B&B. Those little touches make this a very special place. The chocolates, fresh milk and cake on arrival just put the extra special touch on an already lovely stay. The toiletries supplied are of a high standard as is everything else and nothing is ever too much trouble. They go out of their way to help, such as booking a table for you, without hesitation and their knowledge of the area is excellent. We were out at the Cockington Chocolate company, you must try their chocolate, and they also knew Warren & Jill. The breakfasts are delicious and you have such an excellent choice. We will be going back for a third time, this has to be our favourite B&B in the UK and we have stayed in lots.

Its the second time we have stayed here Jill and warren treat you like family they cant do enough for you its like being a home but without having to cook or clean would recommend staying here to anyone.

This B&B is worthy of 10 stars not 5 and it's much nicer than most hotels I've stayed in. Beautiful spacious rooms, comfy beds ensuring a great night's sleep, tasty breakfast using all local produce and Jill's homemade cake to welcome you when you arrive… just perfect! Jill and Warren are very friendly and will help you plan/book things for your stay; they know all the best places to go and are more than happy to make recommendations. This felt like a home from home and we can't rate them highly enough.

Just returned from a wonderful long weekend stay at this fantastic B&B. Great location. Immaculate rooms and such comfy beds! Beautiful furniture and the air con was brilliant to have during this heatwave! Breakfast was so tasty — all local produce used! Jill and Warren are so friendly and welcoming, but also so professional with it! We can't wait to visit again and would definitely recommend this place to others!

A fantastic weekend made perfect by brilliant hosts! Beautiful rooms and spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfasts cooked to order and served efficiently. Jill and Warren couldn't do enough to ensure our party had a wonderful time. They booked restaurants and taxis for us and even researched train routes and times to make sure we enjoyed a lovely day out. Our hosts spent time with us and it felt like we were visiting family. Fantastically and professionally run B&B. There are not many B&B's that we would stay at. Food excellent, the friendly Proprietors ensure that a very warm welcome is guaranteed and above all the rooms are expertly and exquisitely decorated giving a sense of a homely atmosphere. We would without hesitation recommend that you try this fabulous B&B, which I might add is geographically located rendering it possible to visit many wonderful and Historical sites. DO TRY IT, now. Best B&B I have ever stayed in. Probably the best full English breakfast I have ever had. I can't pick fault.

Had a great stay here for three nights, very friendly people, we were greeted with coffee and home made cake on arrival. Room was very good, even has air conditioning. Breakfast is superb, I would recommend Kingston House to everyone.

Jo and Will are very friendly and helpfull hosts. Everything was in an immaculate condition and the breakfasts were superb. Jo even booked tickets for a show on our behalf and at all times during our short stay we felt we were treated like special guests. We would fully recommed this hotel and will be staying there on our next visit to Torquay. Bob and Margaret.

Jo and Will are lovely hard working people with an obvious desire to please. In fact we felt like friends rather than guests during our stay. Excellent facilities and superb food at breakfast, served in scrupulously clean and well decorated surroundings. The complimentary tea and cake on arrival was a very nice touch and much appreciated. Can definitely recommend this hotel and we will return without hesitation when next in the area.
