A fabulous place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. So central. I enjoy my stay every time. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else now in Plymouth.

Imperial best hotel I have stopped in Plymouth used this hotel every time I come down staff and breakfast is very good will tell everyone to stop ear.

Lovely hotel and in a great location Staff and management friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good variety with a good choice of fruit, yogurts, cereal etc and the hot food choice was superb. We were here on our honeymoon and our room was lovely and very clean we had the room with the only balcony which was lovely to sit out on. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again.

We have just spent an enjoyable weekend at the Imperial. From the moment we arrived we were allowed to check in early as our room was available. Each member of staff we met over the weekend were helpful, very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. As we checked out we were allowed to leave our bags at the Imperial while we shopped and collected them later. Our room was luxurious and spacious and we look forward to returning very soon. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend.

The Imperial is a lovely Hotel with very nice friendly staff. I would definitely stay again and of course recommend. Although my room was a single it had everything to make an overnight stay pleasurable and relaxing. Thank you.

Really nice self contained apartment in the outside court area. Lovely friendly hosts. Good fresh quality cooked breakfast. Clean. Bar.

Mostly good did have an issue where the hot water wasn't working. Turned a bit nippy half way through a shower. Great breakfast though.

Excellent location between the city centre and the Hoe. Lovely staff, spacious room which is spotlessly clean, together with the en suite. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast smoked salmon and scrambled eggs superb. Free parking — tight but free! Would certainly stay again.

My room was beautifully decorated and well provisioned with extra blankets, soft towels, hot drink-making facilities and an excellent bathroom with a powerful shower. The owner was very friendly and the breakfast was lovely and made to order. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area with no hesitation.

Beautiful breakfast, lovely comfy rooms! Only downfalls has been the parking as the front and back car parks can only fit a certain amount of cars so during busy times you do have to pay for your own parking on Street side, the other downfall is the windows are very difficult to keep open, and the rooms can get quite warm. Otherwise, lovely staff and lovely place!

Can't fault a thing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and decorated beautifully in my opinion with great facilities including Wi-Fi. I stayed with my 7 year old and we enjoyed our delicious breakfast this morning (plenty to choose from) The hotel is a short walking distance to Plymouths Theatre Royal, City centre and local landmarks. Will be highly recommending the hotel to friends and family and will be staying again. Thank you so much to all the staff.

A super nice little colonial-style hotel. Very clean and absolutely fantastic breakfast. Of particular note is the super friendly and attentive staff. Absolutely recommended. I like to come back when I have something to do nearby.

Fabulous little Hotel really comfortable immaculate rooms beds lovely and shower best I've had staff really friendly and hotel decor lovely breakfast was fabulous really well cooked with choices plus cereals juices and filtered coffee will definitely recommend and will return again soon.

This is a great little hotel especially as it's near the Joe handy for graduations but book early phone direct for the best price.

Me and my wife had two nights at The Imperial Hotel, Plymouth as part of our honeymoon travelling for a week. We have to say we really enjoyed our stay. The entrance was fantastic, clean and very welcoming. The breakfast and lounge area was also the same. The bedroom in the basement area was very cosy, very clean and tidy. Not much view but that's standard rates for you. You get what you pay for. We would strongly recommend staying here to anyone who loves to shop, sight see and explore a large town. The staff were very professional, polite and always helpful. Food was 10/10, room was 9/10. It's definitely a fantastic hotel.

Nice clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is in a tight grid so you're likely to get boxed in. All guests with cars need to leave their keys at the front desk so if you ask them they will move the cars so you can get out.

This cozy B&B was beautiful and walking distance from the Plymouth Hoe and The Mayflower Steps. I would highly recommend this place and would come back and stay here. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous hotel, spotless great staff and great location X.

We stayed for 2 nights on our way home from Cornwall. All the staff were very friendly. Our King Suite was a large airy room, beautifully decorated and co-ordinated, with a large en-suite bathroom. There were lovely soft Egyptian cotton sheets on the very large bed. On arrival our check in was quick and efficient, we were shown the public rooms and when we got to the room we were brought a jug of fresh milk instead of using up the little pots for our drinks. Nothing was too much trouble. A great family run hotel. We will certainly book again.

Came here about a year ago. Best place I stayed in in the west country ;).
