Decent hotel in a convenient location in Derby. We did have trouble with ordering food when we were there which could have been solved with a bit more communication with us. Parking is across the road in the multi story.

Always clean and tidy, the staff are very helpful and friendly. One of the managers spent a fair amount of time helping me try to unfreeze my phone and using his own mobile to check out forums and videos to help. The food is good but I think could do with a few tweaks to the menu.

Good clean excellent service as you would expect from premier inn. Watch out for parking very limited and there's a chargeable car park across the road you have to use. Overall… would stay there again.

Love this Premier Inn. Clean, friendly and very close to city centre and best beds every. This inn still has baths so ideal for a soak after a long drive to here. I can't comment on restaurant as I didn't use it. Bar is pleasant for a drink with comfortable seating.

Very good accommodation in central location for Guildhall and cathedral. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Convenient ssfe pay parking across the road. Two excellent pubs close by.

Enjoyed our stay here particularly as it was so close to the cathedral which is why we where in Derby. Parking right next door and close to the shops. Good facilities, nice breakfast, friendly staff — would definitely use again.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Checking in was through a self service kiosk which was quick and painless. Parking is just over the road from the hotel. Room is reasonably sized and comfortable with all of the usual Premier Inn furnishings. Bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice available. Location is ideal for venturing around Derby with plenty of amenities, shopping and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.

Service is exceptional and my visit was really nice. Attentive staff great atmosphere and the high standard that you come to expect as commonplace. I so far have not been disappointed.

Easy to park, and checked in online so just had to get the key cards from the automated machine. Had the assembly rooms card scanned so to reduce the overnight cost for parking. Rooms very clean and spacious with everything you'd need for a nights stay. Wi-Fi included too! Comfortable bed and plenty of services on offer. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Easy checkout and overall excellent experience.

Met a colleague for a couple of drinks. Bar was typical for a premier inn, but the central location meant there was lots more choice in town. Well located for the city and great for a short visit.

Had a great stay here, hotel and room are immaculate. Had a good nights sleep, very quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for the Derby guild hall only 3 minute walk from the hotel. Very clean rooms and very quiet. Restaurant also very clean with good food and drinks selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend hotel going to stay again when we return to the guild hall for another concert.

Never stayed here we have used it a lot for meetings & team breakfasts etc. It was just a tenner for all you can eat. Even cooked to order or self service…

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good food and all you can eat breakfasts. What's not too like. Handy for the city centre and Slik Mill.

Standard premier Inn, big TV, comfy bed, good deliveroo options. Fairly central in Derby. Only real downside is the parking opposite isn't free.

Having stopped in other premier inns across the country, I often choose premier inns because you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. I have travelled to Derby alot this year and stopped in many hotels including multiple premier inns dotted around. This is by the far the best one I have stayed at in Derby. Really clean and comfortable. Also surprisingly quiet considering its location. The staff were very friendly and the food was very good for the price. Can't really fault it at all. I will definitely be back.

Stayed overnight, our bedroom was spotlessly clean, bed comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Staff members were very professional, polite, helpful, friendly. We had the meal deal of dinner and breakfast which was very reasonable indeed and the food was great, really enjoyed it all, a very pleasant stay. Parking is just across the road and cost £9.20 for 24 hours, ticket validated by the hotel.

I am afraid that there was a problem checking in which meant we never had our own room key. Apart from having to be let into our room each time we went out the overall experience was good.

One night stay, excellent staff service and room quality. Can be quite noisy at times but this would be expected from a hotel postioned next to a main road, roundabout and town square.

This hotel is located in a quiet part of the city centre but is very close to all amenities. It is spotlessly clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent.

Good comfy beds nice restaurant easily accessible could do with better signs downstairs to direct you to your rooms.

No issues with the room. It was warms o put on air conditioning. Bed was comfortable and good location to visit rolls Royce from. You have to pay for parking across the road annoyingly but if you show your parking card at reception you can get 20% off.

Lovely room. Reasonably priced. Amazing staff. Only downside was the children in the room above who could be heard running around from 5am.

Great room lots of power sockets comfy bed. Didn't eat in the bar for dinner but breakfast was lovely. Couple of negatives, batteries in the remote were low, no spare pillows and shower pressure wasn't very good. Good night's sleep though which is all you need. Would recommend!

I needed a last minute room as I was sick in the area. Cheapest hotel, and really easy check in and check out! A minute at either side, and no trouble at all. Comfy rooms too!

The cleanest Primmer inn that I have ever visited. Has very nice viewing on the river, very helpful staff. Quite enjoyed.

Nice for a premier inn. The chef is very good really knows how to cook steak.

Really nice, modern hotel. Breakfasts are always not that great but the evening meals are top quality and at a pretty reasonable price too. Only two things stop this from being a 5 star rating. 1 is the lack of on-site car parking. A 20% reduction in the multi storey directly opposite is available so it's not a huge issue. 2 the front desk seems to have been replaced by a touch screen computer/printer. This also isn't such a huge issue because it is in fact a very efficient way of booking in. I'm slightly disappointed about the lack of human communication. Now for the staff… Very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I don't know your names but you guys have done customer service a duty. The lovely little French (? ) girl that still got me a beer after my dinner voucher expired, the young lad who tried to help with my toothpaste problem and the night manager who clearly loves his job. The rooms are of a very high quality and are actually a pleasure to sleep in. I'm glad I'll be staying a few nights over the next few weeks.
