This place is so special! Perfect for a group of families or friends. The children had so much freedom. Lovely little walk to the pub for lunch. Caravans are smart and spacious. Feeling thoroughly relaxed now. Thankyou!

Absolutely lovely place, I’d definitely book again! Me and my friend went for my birthday and I’ve got to say the donkeys are brilliant and the area is fantastic too! You can walk straight over the donkey field to the woods which was great for the pooch, I will be back 100% xx.

Beautiful scenery in a quiet location. Good accommodation with plenty to do in the area. Oh and donkeys who doesn't love donkeys.

Just spent a weekend here and loved it, the caravan was absolutely spotless, great views and just so peaceful! They also have donkeys on site that the kids will love. The owners are always available by phone etc if you have any questions, it really is a hidden gem.

We had the best time here. Clean, spacious caravan and great location. Kids had a ball in the outdoor space.

Lovely clean caravans, nice decking area (good for that first tea/coffee of the day in peace before everyone else wakes up) and great views. Good base to explore the Lakes. My son had a great time and already wants to go back!

You won’t be disappointed if you book to stay here. The views are to die for and you see something different every time you look out! The donkeys give it an extra little quirk and it’s an excellent base for exploring The Lakes. The caravans are very clean and comfortable with a surprisingly hot and high pressure shower. The kids loved the swings. We settled in very quickly!

Had a 5 night stay with my family 3 dogs and horse, what a beautiful place the caravans are lovely clean and well equipped, the owners are welcoming and very helpful the views are stunning it is honestly the most quietest relaxing holiday iv been on, will definitely be going back, also the owners dog is very welcoming always comes see you every morning. Just got home from a 2 night stay here, high standard caravan with central heating and lots of extras to make the stay more enjoyable. The decking area outside is perfect for enjoying the stunning scenery and views. Lots of space and area is great for exploring. Will definitely be staying here again thank you.
