Had a fabulous stay with Justin and Julie (and George! ) We couldn’t have asked for friendlier hosts, the location was perfect for a little five minute walk down to the front or to jump in the car and explore. Breakfast was simply delicious, I miss it already! These guys deserve the fabulous reviews they get, the rooms are bright and spacious, super clean, the bathroom is bright and modern with Grohe shower, dehumidifier mirror, tons of TV channels, perfect place to stay.

The most welcoming hosts we have ever met with the sweetest dog George, perfect location with great views from room 3, yummy breakfast that can cater for vegans, room that has all you need & quiet too… can't wait to go back.

Great experience with Justin! Very friendly and informative… we would happily return!

We recently stayed at the Olive Branch we attended a wedding in St Ives. We couldn’t have been happier or better looked after! Julie and Justin are absolutely fabulous hosts and George was great too :) fantastic location, clean, breakfast was spot on etc etc highly recommend.

Just returned from the most lovely week staying with Justin Julie & George at The Olive Branch. The warmest of welcomes, the cleanest & very comfortable room, the most delicious breakfast catering for all needs/tastes, fantastic location & views … wot more could we want, it was perfect & I know we will return. Thank you so much for everything Team J&J☺️

The owners r very friendly and helpful, can't fault them. The location is good, only 10min walk to town centre. The b&b is modern and spotless and very quiet. Room 4 is very nice but very small and the bed too firm for our personal liking, and smaller bed than what we used to. Good choice at breky and quality produce but poached eggs on our first mornin were all over done, so no runny yolks, shame. All in all, very nice but would choose a bigger room next time.

Nice and clean place to stay easy to get about by bus or car the owners of the hotel are great and happy to help the food is A1 and plenty of it.

Lovely friendly couple, made us very welcome. Accommodation has a good location with free off road parking. Room spotlessly clean and breakfast cooked to perfection.

Justin and Julie are the best hosts, very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms and breakfast are top notch. It was our second year here and have booked for next year.

We always have a brilliant time in st Ives! Third yearly visit to the olive branch Justin and Julie make you feel so welcome and gorgeous George is so chilled! Everything is super clean and comfortable! Lovely breakfast and lovely friendly peoplecan't wait to go back!

Great place to stay, on site parking which is a must for St Ives. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Just had a superb 7 days at this lovely guest house. Julie, Justin and George were so welcoming. So much choice for a delicious breakfast. Comfy room with a view of the bay. Good cheerful conversation over breakfast with interesting advice about St Ives from Justin and Julie. George a lovely dog and quite a character! Hope to be back soon☺

Absolutely perfect very clean friendly hosts. This has a very homely feel Great location and the best nights sleep absolutely peaceful couldn't ask for any more will definitely use again Thank you.

Wonderful B&B run by lovely people. You couldn't of done more if you tried. You made us feel so welcome and so friendly. The room was lively and clean, and to my surprise was cleaned and tidied daily. The breakfast was delicious. The had full English most monrni gas and eggs benedict one day. Both were yummy.

Lovely, very well kept and clean b&b, close to the main town and beach, Brilliant hosts with a very friendly and chatty welcome every time, amazing breakfast and will certainly be staying with Justin and Julie again soon.

5*is not high enough for this gorgeous place. From the minute we checked in until the minute we checked out we were made to feel welcome. Our room was just perfect, breakfast was just amazing. We can't wait to come back and stay with you again. Thank you for a lovely break.

Friendly, clean rooms, nice breakfast.

First visit (definitely not our last! ) … Can't recommend this delightful B&B highly enough. Perfect hosts in Julie, Justin and George (the totally adorable Tibetan Terrier). Excellent breakfasts, plenty of choice and cooked to perfection. Immaculate and comfortable rooms. Love all the Doug Hyde artwork too! We can't wait to return to The Olive Branch.

Stayed at The Olive Branch twice now and it is a very welcoming guest house. Ran by Justin and Julie not forgetting the softy of a guard dog George. The house is very clean and tidy and Julie does a wonderful breakfast. Just a couple minutes walk from town and the beaches. They have a good knowledge of the local area and places to visit, which is really helpful if you have no plans. We will definitely use The Olive Branch in the near future.
