Nice hotel nice staff good.

Very comfortable beds — I didn't want to get up! Perfect breakfast. I'd stay here again, it's very good value. Good double glazing as its opposite the station and a very busy road but we were disturbed by noise at all. Very efficient aircon, much needed on a hot day!

All the staff we encountered extremely friendly. Dan took time to let us know what we should check out in the area with the limited amount of time we were in Bristol.

The location is great just opposite to the central train station. Room is okay, has air condition but no safe nor fridge. The parking is big concern as it is very limited even though you pay for it.

Convenient and close to the train station. Soundproofed windows. The air conditioning works, but is a bit noisy. Good, simple Holiday Inn standard. Slightly full at breakfast. Small things from previous guests under the bed. Overall highly recommended for the price.

Great location, close to the train statio Temple Meads. Clean room with tea and coffee facility. The city center is at walking distance, 10min wall. Breakfast is good with sweet and savoury meals. I definitely recommend it.

Proper family room. Very good bedding. Very clean bathroom. Well equipped. Less soundproofing than in Bath.

I arrived late for a one-night business stay but have had a fantastic experience due to the staff at this hotel. The gentleman at reception upon my arrival late on Sunday night offered hot chocolate sachets 'in case there are none for you at breakfast'. After an early-morning dash to reception due to a fire alarm I lost my shoe strap. The gentleman helping serve breakfast searched everywhere, checked lost and found and then called up the attendant from earlier in the morning. He even offered to go out and buy me another. Unfortunately he'd have had to go to Rome for that… but still, fantastic staff! Ps I just got a phone call that the strap has been found. Thank you for a great service!

First time at a Holiday Inn and won't be the last! Best night's sleep in ages! Comfy bed, cool room with air conditioning. They've thought of everything! Right opposite Bristol Temple Meads… Great location!

Very professional hotel, well managed and very helpful staff. Rooms very nice. We had double room and everything we needed was available. Around about a mile walk to cabot circus, but well worth it, absolutely fabulous.

This hotel has no spare hairdryer what so ever. If your hotel room’s hairdryer is broken then that’s it, sleep with your wet hair then. They didn’t check it before they offered you the room! Very bad service for a hotel! The stuff is not helping at all and didn’t have any solution at all after complaining. It’s a very disappointing staying and a unpleasant service. Won’t choose Holiday Inn ever again! So many better choices in this city!

Well we stayed here unfortunately while building work was going on. Breakfast you received in a bag you had to eat in your room. Room was ok for the money basically a place to rest your head not a beautiful inviting room this is a business cheap commute room. Basically no frills. Also upon arrival computers crashed and there was no manual way of checking had to wait in reception for over an hour.

I was so pleasantly surprised with my overnight stay at this Holiday Inn Express. From the reception staff, to our room, and breakfast it was fantastic! Very good value for money. With comfortable and spotlessly clean bedroom. Also fresh tasty and hot breakfast. I thoroughly recommend.

All seems pretty standard for holiday Inn express. You can hear some traffic noise but fairly quite through the night. £12 per day to park. Handy location for getting into the city centre and the train station with a great Italian restaurant down the road 1 minutes walk away. Room was nice and clean.

Value hotel next to Bristol Temple Meads. Nothing special but has everything you need for a few nights. Breakfast is included in the rate. Being close to the station, it makes a visit to Bath far more affordable than staying in the city itself. Staff aimed to please and the hotel was very clean. Some rooms are starting to look a bit tired but overall I'm always happy to stay here when in this part of the country.

Wow great friendly staff. I couldn't fault anyone Bianca, Peter, Dan, Margherita, mahesh all amazing and would do anything to accommodate. I would highly recommend staying comfy beds and great food. Thank you for making it a wonderful stay. 2 minutes to the main train station.

Staff are very helpful. Good hot breakfast. Bed, ok; could be more comfortable. Dan, at the breakfast area was very polite and asked if we were ok? The duty manager over Friday and Saturday, Joshua was very very helpful. He worked very hard… he was there and everywhere to help out! Credit to the management and the whole team.

Everything as expected. Welcoming staff. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. No traffic noise despite being in the front opposite the station. And unusually and very welcome, silent room doors so you're not woken up evertime someone goes in and out of their room.

I was only meeting up with someone. Saw little more than reception. Staff were helpful.

Excellent location right next to Temple Meads train station, and just 10 minutes walk to Bristol city centre. The dining area has just been refitted and the rooms and service are all up to the usual standards of this chain.

Check in was nice and easy. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time, but we were warned in advance and provisions were made to make sure that we still enjoyed our stay. Lovely comfy beds in a nice clean room. Couldn't fault it for an overnight stay.

Perfectly located for Temple Mead train station. Easy check in. Rooms above what expected for cost for the night. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Iron and ironing board in room. Breakfast was average, bacon rather undercooked for my liking and beans a bit chewy. Overall a peasant stay and would visit again.

The hotel is a regular Holiday Inn Express. The room isn't perfect but it's enough. Only problem I see is no free parking.

Not the best holiday Inn but good quality although for the price I'd rather save money ey and go elsewhere. Very clean very decent size rooms and friendly staff. But does everything any other hotel does.

Hotel is exceptional the staff bend over backwards to help everything catered for if you need something it's no trouble to them at all! Would recommend to anybody who wants a relaxing hotel comfy rooms and nice food (breakfast is great eat as much as you want all included and very tasty full English and conti and all juices teas coffees are spot on)! Amazing really happy.

Ideally situated right outside Bristol Temple Leads, we were in Bristol for a stag party and they looked after our bags until check in and all of the following day. Comfy bed which meant a good night's sleep and had a cracking breakfast. Would definitely go back again.

Very good hotel! We arrived late at night and the staff welcome us and make us feel very special. The receptionist night shift his name is Petar explain everything to us about the parking and the rooms. He give us some information about the city as well, as it was our first visit there! The room was clean and tidy, very quiet and had a free Wi-Fi! We defenently will go back to this hotel! Highly recommend to everyone!

Excellent place to stay with extremely helpful staff and breakfast included in the room price. Ideal location for Temple Meads Station. Only downside is that if you come by car you have to pay for parking, either in the spaces the hotel has (limited to 20 spaces) or at the neighboring NCP car park, for which hotel guests get a discounted overnight rate till 9am.

They should do day rental if there are any rooms available in the morning i. E 9am check-in if you are staying more than 1 night. Apart from that all good and a nice rest if you are working along the M4.

If u jus got to Bristol via train and jus need a simple bed n breakfast this is the place for you. Right opposite temple meads train station Clean rooms. Simple bfast. Do not associate your other holiday inn experiences where u may have stayed as this property is just basic.

Great location, near by foot to the main train station and to the city centre. Really confortable room with everything you need in there. The breakfast is really good too. Maybe not suggested for families, but really suggest it for those who are in Bristol for work.

Acceptable but tired. Hotel is well located for the station but the common areas, rooms and bathrooms all need a refurb. Breakfast couldn't be faulted. Staff cheerful.

Good location, straight across from the train station. Didn't actually stay but needed somewhere to get a drink after missing my train and they were really hospitable and welcoming. Thanks for good service. Small floor space though, so only one comfy couch to sit on.

The welcome was really lovely — super friendly and helpful, asking me if I wanted to know anything about the local area, offering maps etc. All of the staff members remained cheery and helpful throughout my stay for 2 nights. The car park was impossible to find, based on the very limited information on the hotel website. The hotel is on a very busy road, so you really feel pressure to keep up with the traffic around you. I didn't spot the sign indicating that the car park is at the rest of the hotel until I had parked elsewhere and arrived on foot. I eventually found a long stay car park across the road in the Temple Meads train station — which worked out a bit cheaper than the hotel's own car park. I asked for a quiet room as I'm a light sleeper. I got one on the 4th floor at the back, but as it's a busy city centre location I could still hear traffic noise and sirens blaring frequently. Added to that there was noise from the corridor — loud voices and even a screaming baby at one point. The walls are so thin I kept feeling as well as hearing the doors of other rooms slamming as people went about their business, so soundproofing in this hotel is very poor. The bed was on the soft side for me, and the pillows were rather blocky and hard, so I didn't have a restful sleep. The bathroom and other room amenities are basic but functional.

The staff were really accommodating and friendly, a real credit to the hotel. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was an added bonus, pastries were surprisingly tasty.

The staff are all cool. The rooms nice enough and breakfast is free. Being close to the station is a plus point but also a negative if ur wanting to head into town.

Basic Close To Station. Breakfast is Ok But Not Brillient. They Only Offer 4 Different Pizzas As Food Outside Breakfast. The Italian Restraunt Just 2 Minutes is Just Great.
