Very friendly staff, the place is very clean, the room we had was large, breakfast was delicious with a very nice selection of cereals, condiments etc. The guest house also has parking directly outside and it has an excellent location in main street directly across from the Mill Pond walk and close to the restaurants and castle.
Lovely room, lovely people running it! Helped us out when we arrived late as well.

Bad internet, bad staff, dodge customers, couple speaking Spanish next door got offended that my baby cried at 5 am and pood on the bed and I had to take a shower. The Indian ascend guy, I am supposing he was the manager or owner, stopped us at door and wanted us to pay again for a room we had already paid and kept arguing with us at the hall in front of other customers. My husband wanted to find the bill in his phone I just wanted to get out of there, said we could pay again and them ask for a refund. Never been so humiliated in my life. A no-no.
