This hotel is brilliant, I really like Nelson the waiter he is very kind and helpful. The food is delicious.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for customer service, having travelled to many hotels in the UK I had forgotten what good service was like, until now. The reception staff were very welcoming and no ask was too much, restaurant staff were always welcoming and catered to all requests. We can’t wait to come back again.

We had a garden room for a week. The hotel is lovely. Staff great. The food was delicious and the sunsets from the terrace were spectacular, but they can’t be guaranteed. Highly recommended.

Just returned from the Atlantic hotel for lunch. Fantastic customer service with fabulous food. In respect to COVID this hotel have got it spot on without detracting from an enjoyable experience. On arrival you are met by a lovely young lady who takes you the table after using hand sanitiser. Staff wear masks but you can still see the personality behind the mask. You really feel staff want you to have a good time. Our waiter Ben was great. There is even a system for the bathroom. A glass of Chablis, a delicious Jersey royal Velouté with a tremendous view made for a lovely afternoon. The management team should be very proud of what they have achieved in difficult times. Would definitely recommend returning.

Stayed at the Atlantic many times, this time for 5 nights had a brilliant time.
Hotel was clean and welcoming. Very relaxing atmosphere.
Staff was more than happy to help with any questions and was there to ensure the stay was excellent.
The Hotel prides itself on very high standards and never fails to deliver to this.
Restaurant onsite is excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner, staff have an excellent knowledge of the food and drink.
Indoor and outdoor pool and loads of space to relax and look at the fabulous views.

Simply the best.

Room was nice with all the expected amenities, with The Ocean a great dining experience. However, service in the rest of the hotel (excluding the restaurant) was average — with the reception not particularly helpful — for example we requested a booking at Mark Jordan at the Beach (advertised as The Ocean's sister restaurant) we were told a 19:30 reservation would be possible, when we arrived back at the hotel 6 (six) hours from making this request, we were told that we had no reservation and no attempt was made to contact myself or my partner (despite having our contact details from check-in) ; this was compounded by the receptionist arguing with my partner (and in fact talked over her during the dialogue). Finally, the gardens are looking quite tired and is incomparable to the pleasant surrounds of Longueville Manor (at a similar price point).

Just been again to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. As it was our 25th wedding anniversary we decided to book The Tasting Room. We've been to the Ocean restaurant few times and heard about the tasting room and we've been waiting for a special occasion such as this. We certainly weren't disappointed from the minute we arrived until we left 5 hours later! We can honestly say that it was one of the most outstanding culinary experiences that we ever had. Every course was explained to us with such enthusiasm and in a relaxed and friendly way by Kamilla. The executive chef Will Holland even came out and greeted us and explained the intricacies of the dishes that we had been eating. The menu design by Will uses the best ingredients that Jersey has to offer in such a creative way. The attention to detail and preparation that went into that meal was outstanding, it's a credit to the kitchen and the hotel. We opted to have the recommended wine selections for each of the courses and again these were perfectly introduced by Steven our Sommelier. This is fine dining at its very best, well worth the experience. Highly recommended. Thankyou everyone, you really made us feel special and made it a day to remember.

We have dinner here every year when we visit Jersey. This year was the first time we had experienced the menu of the new chef Will Holland. The food was superb, together with wonderful service from lovely people. This place really is a special treat for us and we look forward to returning again next year. Thank you everyone. This is a beautiful hotel and the staff are so well trained. There is a Michelin starred restaurant with menus that will excite your taste buds. Some of the rooms have fantastic sea views.

Amazing service from all staff. Warm friendly welcome. Nothing too much trouble. All staff very happy and cheerful. Andrew, Deputy Manager, is a star. Served amazing Pina Colada & Gin amd Tonic, then on request sat with us and showed us recommended places to visit. Lovely, genuine chap who cleatly loves his job. Hotel itself is gorgeous. Very classy but not pretentious.

My Husband and I have just got back from a wonderful 3 nights stay. What an amazing paradise is the Atlantic Hotel. The staff from start to finish were so attentive to every detail. All looked spot on and were. Just the place for a romantic get away treat or just for total relaxation. Location perfect. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great pride in their care.

The Atlantic Hotel is just simply gorgeous. The setting is amazing and in my opinion has some of the most stunning views out over the headland on the island. The service is impeccable. It's always our go to place to stay on Jersey and it never fails to impress.

Just returned from The Atlantic Hotel where we celebrated our Honeymoon stayed in room 310 The Atlantic Suite which was superb the food is amazing and the staff attentive. Slightly disappointed that no one congratulated us on arrival nor offered any extras I. E. A free glass of wine we did get a half bottle of Tatinger but no personal offer of congratulations!, which would have been lovely, (even took our marriage certificate as proof) We noted a couple who got married there were fussed over, congratulated and treated to a large bottle of champagne, along with cocktails they only went for 2 night's we paid for 5! — Please Atlantic don't loose sight of making all guests feel special whether it's your regular guests or those staying for the first time. If you are going here for your first time you need to ignore the pomp from guests and some staff massaging guests egos and ignoring you as you've not been before.

Absolutely loved my stay at The Atlantic Hotel! The food was absolutely incredible, and the accommodation was exceptionally comfortable. The attentive team at The Atlantic Hotel is what makes it so special. Will definitely be staying again!

Fantastic every time. Never disappoints.

I had a somewhat disappointing dinner here last summer. Arriving a few minutes before our booked table time we attempted to sit for a moment in the lounge before being abruptly told that because the kitchen was busy, we HAD to go straight to our table. When dining at a restaurant of this standard, you do not expect to be treated like children at a charity lunch. We came to enjoy the evening, not be bossed around. It would in any case have made no difference to timings if we viewed the menus in the ante-room vice at the table. Amazing. It was not a particularly busy evening. If the kitchen was too busy, it was understaffed. Apparently, they cared more about reducing costs with smaller staff numbers than they did about providing their diners with a pleasant evening. Dining with my family and some younger children, I asked for simpler food to be prepared for my 12 year old. Instead of the elaborate langoustine starter, could this be simply prepared in garlic butter? No was the answer. Could my 12 year old have a simple plain steak? No was the answer, the kitchen was too busy. Now, perhaps this was not the restaurant for a 12 year old, but she was with me because it was a special celebration. A year earlier a restaurant of similar (indeed better) standard had been delighted to prepare simpler food for my then 11 year old. Service was slow, and showed no consideration for the make up of our table (which included children).

Beautiful, tasty breakfast, marvellous views and am abundance of super friendly and helpful staff. Totally recommendable. Ok, 4 Stars because the spa/gym could do with an upgrade. A minor niggle — at least there is one.

This hotel enhanced my overall holiday experience. The staff were really friendly and catered to my every need. Their service was efficient and they always handled any query I had in a swift manner. The hotel was clean with an excellent view. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be going back next year guaranteed.

I spent the weekend at this hotel in September and it was just amazing! The sunset views and great hospitality made my month. The staff were so helpful and nice! I was expecting the place to be all Posh but it was very nice. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay in one of the garden rooms last year and found The Atlantic to be world class in all respects. The service was friendly and courteous, breakfast was wonderful every day and dinner was quite simply superb. One of our favourite hotels in the world and recommended to anyone.
