Just had a brilliant staycation and I must say can’t thank the staff enough a big thank you for doing gluten-free meals this was most appreciated can’t fault the facilities especially in these Covid times the Hotel done there upmost to cater for all needs and distancing very impressed would highly recommend the Beausite Hotel.

Just had my 60th birthday party would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly staff and management nothing too much trouble. Very clean and comfortable room. Lovely food with great choices. Fab barman who stayed up until late. We will return.

Had a lovely time, only problem, windows were filthy, limescale from watering from above!, asked 4 times, to no avail.

Great attentive staff, a hotel that fulfilled our need for a complete week of relaxation. Pool and lovely garden to sit or lie in and enjoy the sunny days. Well placed, just outside, for using the islands wonderful bus service. The breakfast kippers were some of the best I have ever had and the well priced evening bar food was perfect for our needs.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at The Beausite. We were booked in for a week but because of problems with the ferry we ended up staying for an extra 5 nights.
The staff were amazing, nothing was too much for them and we were able to keep the same room for the extra time there.
Our dog, a Siberian Husky called Pablo was made very welcome, he particularly enjoyed the bar!
A huge than you to everyone at the hotel, we will never forget our stay and will be back next year.
Be afraid, be very afraid!

The BEAUSITE Hotel staff offer you a warm welcome throughout the season, the service is second to none with clean tidy comfortable rooms most have recently been refurbished to a very high standard, the meals are first class with a varied menu throughout the week, the breakfasts are good and plentifull. Once you have stayed here you will want to come back. Highly recommended. Stay as guests leave as friends. Be part of the BEAUSITE Experience, you won't be disappointed…

Stayed here for just under a week, comfortable beds and very nice rooms and quiet so easy to get a good nights rest. Breakfast was good and staff nice and friendly. Easy to get into Town as the buses run very regularly (about every 15mins) from just outside the hotel.

Omg after tumbling out of an awful hotel, this was the Mecca we longed for.
Light, airy, welcoming and so friendly.
A great place for couples, singles and families and all ages.
The hotel is so friendly with loads of space for everyone to use. The pool was idyllic after spending the afternoon sunbathing in the gorgeous gardens.
Breakfast is a relaxed affair and I only wish we found this hotel sooner and could stay longer.

Comfortable beds. Lovely room with plenty of storage, and bath/shower. We had a super view of the beach and across to France. The food was good and the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Everywhere was lovely and clean. The garden had plenty of seating and many beautiful and colourful flowers. We went in the pool several times and enjoyed the Jacuzzi. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. There is a bus stop over the road with buses every 15 minutes. The beach is over the road across the golf course so makes a nice walk.

We have just spent our honeymoon here. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel. Best breakfast I've had in a hotel for a long time.

Great famliy hotel excellent staff and food outstanding location and faclities. The rooms I booked for my family were better than that of a previous 4 star at ST Brelades Bay and the staff had impecable manners aswell as interaction with guests of varying nationalities.

Overall nice hotel, lovely swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, beautiful garden, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. A bit dated in places and smells like your Nan's house possibly because it's full of grannies and grandads but good location and good facilities.

Happy friendly staff and most definitely child and animal friendly too. Good rooms, excellent food and dining room service. have been coming here with our family for almost 20 years and will continue to do so. … Andrea and her staff will always make you most welcome.

Generally a nice place to stay on the island. But there are some details you might want to know in advance, which I am going to list here as +, / and — + very friendly staff. Especially the waiters in the restaurant are great and helpful, but everybody else is very solution oriented and friendly as well + the food is mostly good. I have seen my share of restaurants included in a hotel and am not a fan in general. But the food here was good enough to make us come back every night 6 times in a row. Sometimes the dishes weren't as great as they sounded, but the dessert tray and the great Jersey ice-cream always made up for it. + the indoor swimming pool was a great delight for our kids / there is a billard table available near the reception. But the downside is that you have to pay £1 per round in form of a coin that you have to put into the machine. Since the manager herself had told us that we can't get any coins and charge them to the room, we went one night to the next ATM — the showers are really special. The water temperature is extremely unstable. I am neither joking nor exaggerating, when I say that when you finally managed to set it to uncomfortably cold, you will still get burned every 15 seconds, because someone in the building hit the toilet flush or opened his faucet. It's so bad that the hotel even posted a warning in the shower (which I had planned to take a photo of, but unfortunately forgot in the end).

Just realised I never posted a review. We went in August 2017 and loved every minute of it, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was a good size with very comfortable beds and a bath with shower in. The bar and dining room served lovely meals that were value for money, having our meal and then sitting in the lounge in the evening with a drink was bliss. My 5yr old made friends with a little French girl and they enjoyed going into the games room on an evening, she also loved the pool and would be in there all day if I let her. The location is very good, close to a couple of local shops and a stroll across the golf club takes you to the beach. There’s also a bus stop outside that takes you to St Helier and we used this nearly everyday to go to the fantastic beach at St Brelades. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back.

Very nice staff, clean room and very good breakfast. The pool room is great. Ensuite could do with refurbishment. Furniture in the room is a little tired as well. Very good value for money though and very lovely staff.

The location was superb for access to the entire Island. The bedrooms were large, the beds comfortable and both rooms had ensuites. However, the apartment was supposed to be for four people yet there was only seating for two, the utensils for cooking were virtually non-existant with no baking trays for the oven and simple things such as a fish slice were not present. The DVD player was also faulty and reported to reception on the Monday but had not been attended to by the Saturday when we left — we were pretty sure there were some vacant apartments but obviously something as simple as swapping the unit did not occur to them. The separate entrance the the self catering apartments was very scruffy and uninviting, the appearance of not having had any attention for years. It was our first visit to Jersey and we enjoyed the visit so much we wish to return again. However, we shall not be revisiting The Beausite.

Great food and really helpful staff.

I visited Jersey for the first time recently and stayed at this hotel and I must say I could not have chosen a better place and location for my holiday. It is very close to the beautiful Gorey Pier and Mont Orgueil Castle that has one of the best views on the island and the bus stop is literally right across the street from the hotel entrance, making Beausite the perfect starting point for island exploration. The room was very nice and the staff extremely friendly. If I ever have the chance to visit Jersey again I hope I will be able to book Beausite. Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location close to St Hillier and local beaches. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the hotel has a small games room and a swimming pool which is great. The rooms are clean and presentable and offer tea/coffee facilities.
The decor whilst maybe a little dated doesn't distract from the fact that it's cleaned to a high standard daily. They also have a 24hr snack menu which I ordered from twice which was really nice. Breakfast has a good selection of continental and hot breakfast choice. I would recommend this hotel if your visiting Jersey.

The hotel was ideal in all aspects. It was on a bus route into St Helier which was good for all travel around the island. A lovely walk along the beach or the footpath to Gorey with lovely restaurants. The hotel was very clean and all the staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the evening meal was also lovely. Would recommend the Beausite for any stay on Jersey.

Great location near Gorey and the famous Mont Orgueil castle with all its restaurants and an excellent regular bus route very close. Indoor pool and very well kept gardens plus a relaxed holiday in the 2013 summer sunshine.
