I needed to use their microwave to sterilize my 4 months baby's bottles, they wouldn't let me for 2 days even after I talked to some manager on duty! On the 3rd day someone was kind enough to do it for us. This was absolute nonsense.

It's a good value for money hotel, breakfast is included and for most days the menu was good. The front desk persons were mostly kind. An overall good experience if visiting Dubai for work.

Liked this clean Hotel. Bed and breakfast is great. Lunch and dinner is a little bit on the higher side. Good Hotel in Dubai.

Great hotel. Before that there were 3 *-this is a lot cooler. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Water, tea, coffee, sugar are in the room. A safe, kettle, refrigerator and hairdryer complement the facilities. There is a shuttle service to the beach and the most popular moals. Excellent food, always varied. Lots of fruit and pastries. We're thrilled. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good prices, until they started throwing all these extra taxes on foreigners to make up for over spending for Dubai's fake 2020 marketing scheme! Hotel is nice, country is fake!

From the advantages of this hotel is the location-not far from the beach La mer. The best beach in all of Dubai. If you walk that 30 minutes walk. The hotel itself is very good, clean. We were given a nice room for non-smokers. However, to steal a little bit for two adults and a child. The bed is clean, towels are changed if you throw them on the floor. The area itself is very quiet. There is a nearby spins supermarket where you can buy food for lunch or dinner. From minuses It is that everywhere it is necessary to go on a taxi as on heat especially do not walk. The breakfasts are not very varied, but the hungry will not remain. The room was very large.

The hotel looks very beautiful, very bright and modern from the inside. The staff is very nice and courteous. Food is available to everyone and really very tasty. Is very centrally located, you can reach many sights and beaches in a short time.

It is a good hotel. Best hotel I have ever seen. It is a two star hotel but it's facilities are like four star. Only one thing that there should be a club house in the hotel and also a swimming pool it has the very very polite and well English speaking staff.

Good hotel but not to take excursion to Abu Dhabi scam and no respect of the customer and activity not respected we did 2 activities out of 5 and we were brought in a shop has scam not especially buy.

Excellent location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a free taxi service once to the beach and once to Dubai Mall.

Lovely room furnishing plus courteous staff. Room cleaning is top notch. Would recommend to anyone because it’s affordable and close to the airport.

It was just okay. No frills, not a fancy hotel. It was good for what we needed which was a place to lay our heads.

Convenient location: 30 min. Walk the New Beach "La Mer", in 15 min. Rides-fountains, Dubai Mall; Small shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

I am now a couple of days in this hotel and I must say I am surprisingly satisfied.
Everything very clean, the food delicious, service was great.
In case of problems the ezastaff of the reception were very helpful and could always be well advised.
It is also good to go everywhere and does not have to pay too much as said in order to make a cheap holiday in Dubai, this hotel is just right.

Good, clean and cheap to be in Dubai. Room service is very fast.
I asked for a towel at reception and before I got to the room I was already there.
The breakfast is very varied and the quality of the food I found high.
It is very close to the airport, there are always taxis nearby. Even walking you can reach the main strip as long as it does not get hot in which case you can only drive.

We stayed for 9 nights at HIEX Jumeirah. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff were always friendly.
The only point of criticism is the very simple breakfast. There were often scrambled eggs, but apparently more of a prefabricated mixture and not as tasty as the hit. The fruit had to be fast, only very little was designed.
However, there were also pancakes once a week. They were very good.
All in all for the reasonably priced a good hotel for people who have no great demands.

Actually I would say 3.5 stars. Hotel is good. Prompt services with good food. But no natural light or well lit room which I didnt like as we were with the baby. No play area for the kids or open area to relax. Otherwise it is good for couples or single person who is travelling for the work. Beech is nearby. One more thing u can not control the temperature of bathing water. That was coming too hot.

Amazing place. Super clean, great service and helpful/polite staff who all speak English at a great level. Rooms were spacious, breakfast had a good range of top quality food. The free shuttle bus service to popular destinations was handy; just book it in a day advance. Everything is a cheap taxi journey away or a walk. There are plenty of local shops, restaurants, market stalls and kfc, pizza hut etc literally around the corner from the hotel. This was my first ever visit to Dubai and it was perfect. Dubai is super clean, the people are very helpful and friendly and no one ever says a thing regardless of what time you're out, my latest being 4am after a night out… oh and ignore what people & paper write about it being super strict; I've been to several Bars, clubs, shopping malls and beaches and haven't seen this so called 'strict' approach.

Not so bad. The hotel is a good one and decently priced. Service delivery is flawless. One or two of the front desk staff staff are not so friendly.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Jumeirah was very pleasant. Their excellent facilities and services gave us the much needed rest and refreshment on our Dubai tour. The wholesome breakfast helped us start our day well. Absolutely loved those sweet Raisin Strudels.

Had a nice stay of four nights at the Holiday Inn Express Jumeirah. Clean rooms, standard room was decently sized, bathroom offered a shower only (fully OK with me, but might be interesting to some of you). In general, friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was good, but nothing special — and the restaurant always a little bit too crowded throughout the morning hours. Location is OK, you can easily reach Bur Dubai or the north of Jumeirah Beach (including the newly opened Beachfront La Mer). For most of the other sights in Dubai or during summer time, you will definitely need a taxi. Stick to official cabs or ordered Uber rides where possible. Will come here again, would recommend to look for offers though — at the standard rates there can be other options around which might offer better location.

Very nice property. Service was quick. Staff were very helpful. Stayed there for 6 days. Food had scope of improvement. Entering ans exiting from parking lot was bit difficult. They have shuttle service for jumeira beach. Overall nice experience.

Good atmosphere and very good service. The room service on the other hand can be improved.

Budget stay. All major areas are accessible. Good service.

Dreadful experience. Had to extend original 1 night stay by extra nite. Made booking via travel agent. Hotel could not find the second booking. Time wasted sorting this out. Needed clothes cleaned urgently. Delivered laundry personally at 0630 and marked it EXPRESS. 12 hours later and 4 excuses from 4 different staff members (none of whom seemed particularly bothered by my lack of clean clothes) I still have not received my clothes. Service is truly 1 star. Dreadful.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on the 12th and 13th of Sep. We reserved 2 rooms, one with a double bed and 1 with two twin beds. The reception staff was very nice and very helpful. That is about the only good thing working for this hotel. One of the room stunk at shisha and we asked for a replacement, although we asked for a no smoking room. The carpet was stained, the elevator reeked with cheap perfume (to cover other stinks) The bathroom is tiny, the shower was broken (shower head kept sliding down) The bedding were clean (a pleasant surprise) The big adventure was going in and out of the underground parking lot. I am not sure what happened here. But it is so tight, that one 4x4 ahead of us almost got stuck and we had to help him out. Overall: STAY AWAY! I think Holiday Inn should remove its banner!

It looks modern and the rooms are quite decent sized but cleanliness could be improved. In the bathroom there is dried soap and traces of mold in the shower cabin and on the ceiling. The towels and bedsheets are washed but stained. The toilet seat doesn't look particularly hygienic either. There is a buffet for lunch and dinner and at lunch there is a choice of main course. The food is ok but nothing to write home about. It's alright for a travel hotel.

They have their own sub brand 'The Bar', a normal bar, that's it. Price of alcohol is not at all pocket friendly. I had a pint of Budweiser, costed 42 AED. They didn't serve any complementary side snack which most of the bars usually serve with ordered liquor. The bar attendant was either lazy or not interested to ask if I wanted anything else or not. Had to wait for at least 20 minutes to get the ordered food. It was grilled shrimp, no doubt it was really good. Not interested to go there again.

It's a nice budget hotel near the jumerah in Dubai. It's quiet and a good get away from the hustle of town. Staff are very nice and polite and extremely welcoming.

We had a very good staff very courteous we were DALL8/12 to 11/12//2016 I recommend it!

+ Good location for tourists + Best continental breakfast (love the restaurant staffs) + clean — Poor customer handling (ask, ask, & ask everything to get, even to offload your luggage from car to room) — Zero business center (though 2 computers kept) — no bath tub, poor housekeeping.

Everything it's ok. Nice hotel and very good place in Jumeirah road should be 4 star this hotel.

Located at a quite area. Rooms are OK. Food needs variety, only continental available. TV channels are mainly Arabic with CNN and BBC.

The management the could do with improvement on the welcoming guest and hospitality room's are not bad and breakfast. But never trust the white taxi they offer you outside the door always take a meter taxi and never use your credit card always pay with cash.

The room is quite decent for a 2 star hotel. Shower is not bad either. But location and staff could be improve dramatically! Never trust the taxis the recommend on the door unless is metered and with the taxi thing on the top! Also there is no station near, so you can either pay 15ish to get to the nearest station or take a bus (if you already have the travel card).

Friendly staff, good food and very peaceful.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Bur Dubai but still close to places of interest. Tidy rooms, good breakfast and hospitable staff. What more can we ask for from a budget hotel. We as a family of four stayed in a single family room comfortably.
