For 10+ years Napili Bay has been our 'happy place, ' and for the last 4 years Hale Napili has been our 'happy place within a happy place, ' as we have returned there multiple times. The site is beautiful both in terms of beachfront location and well-kept grounds. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and wonderful. When we see all those people staying in the high-rises or further inland, we feel extraordinarily lucky to be in Hale Napili.

My wife and I stayed in a studio on the bottom floor, so had immediate access to the lawn area and the beach — right out the slider!
It was spotless and well appointed, the bed was great, and the bathroom quite nice. But the kitchen — Holy Cow!
We've never seen a better equipped kitchen in a rental. They have everything you need (even some things that we don't have in our kitchen! ). Honestly, you could cook just about anything. What a pleasure to not have to hunt for things — all there! We didn't use either of the two grills out back, but they were clean and looked like they'd do the trick-next time.
The place overall is clean and well-maintained.
And the staff are just plain wonderful! There is a true Hawai'i vibe from pleasant people happy to be there and happy that we were there. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The setting, the beautiful facility, the privacy, and the security of Hale Napili led us to experience our best vacation ever. All of our needs were met, and the communication with the management prior to our trip was easy. Our first trip to Hawaii was a total success, much owing to Hale Napili. Thank you!

Cannot express how much we loved our stay! The most perfect hotel, with everything you need. Unbelievable views with plenty of showers and chairs to enjoy. Our unit was so clean and well equipped — bed was very comfortable. We had a corner garden unit. Was awesome. We just loved everything. All good restaurants walking distance.

Hale Napili is a lovely boutique hotel right on the beach, with a delightful garden. Our upstairs oceanfront studio was spacious, with functional kitchen and bath. The patio had an amazing view of sunsets over the ocean. Staying in this welcoming place felt like being part of their family. I look forward to a return visit next year, in 2024.

From the minute we arrived, we were greeted by name making us feel the Aloha welcome. When we opened our door from unit the 1st thing I saw was the ocean blues, which were breathtaking.
I highly recommend Hale Napili, It's gardener grounds are immaculate and beautiful! Location is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Great amenities in an amazing location — right in the soul of Napili Bay. Snorkeling, body boarding, ZERO paddle boarding, swimming… And sunsets that are legendary. The whole resort was recently remodeled and offers creature comforts like a spacious shower with a bench, silent overhead fans, and a well appointed kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Truly a wonderful experience. Soak up the sun and waves and feel the positive energy of the Pacific. Fantastic place.

Stayed 2 nights at Hale Napili, and loved it. Napili is a hidden gem north of overcrowded Ka'anapali and this little resort has all the charm and simplicity I have come to expect there. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and we'll appointed. The facilities were extensive, with grills, showers, laundry and beach gear to borrow.

Wow! Every little detail is paid close attention to at the Hale Napili! We only stayed for one night but wish it had been one week! The units are clean and well-maintained. The landscaping throughout the building grounds is beautiful. Napili Beach is stunning. Not much more to say. This place is a winner!

The big hotels are glossy but this place is cozy and comfy with a true Hawaiian homey feel. Cannot wait to return. The beach is great and the sunsets beautiful.

This is our second visit to Hale Napili. The location is great, and the rooms are well appointed. The one bedroom place is equipped for making complete meals, and there are outdoor gas grills for use as well. I like being able to walk out the back door of the room and be in the ocean a minute later.

Excellent location, 2 second walk to the beach (good swimming and snorkeling in the bay). Management is nice and accomodating. If anything, will be coming back for the free keurig setup in the morning and afternoon. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our first stay at Hale Napili and we could not have been more pleased. Garden view is great, but ocean view is to die for! The Napili Bay waves never end while drowning your worries during a beautiful night's rest. The grounds are spectacular and immaculately kept, the condo units are clean and very well equipped, and the staff are so very friendly. We have visited the islands many, many times and yet only stumbled on Hale Napili online recently. What a find! We will be back for every Maui visit. Thank you Jaime and staff for a wonderful visit!

For our honey moon, we decided to stay at Hale Napili. This was our second visit to Maui but our first time staying here. We could not have been happier with the decision to stay at Hale Napili. Highlights: Staff is super friendly and considerate. Probably some of the nicest people we met. Accommodations are great. Rooms are clean and have full kitchens. Each room has a lanai. There is a laundry room (free except for detergent) and they have chairs that you can use on the beach. Noise Level is quite. So if your are looking for a rip-roaring party; probably not the best place. Beach (Napili Bay) great snorkeling, sand beach and depending on the tide/surf conditions; good boogie boarding. There is also the Sea House restaurant a short walk away. Great for breakfast/lunch/dinner/pupus/drinks. Hale Napili was the perfect place for us. Great staff, great location, great rooms. Definitely plan on staying here again.
