Generally I had a great stay. Cleanliness is acceptable. Staffs here are very nice and friendly. It is located in the industrial area so there isn't much around, but the drive to downtown is very quick as long as you don't hit the rush hours.

24 hour salt water pool! Clean, spacious rooms and a fabulous breakfast. The only downside is the hotel is right in the middle of the industrial area, so it's pretty noisy on weekdays. There is no restaraunts or bars or shopping within walking distance. There is a little deli across the parking lot. I didn't check it out, so I can't tell you if it's worth checking out or not.

I am stayed here several times and I always enjoy it. It's always very clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it it is close to shops freeway wide ready of attractions.

The kitchen id like to thank Ray, Elizabeth, Matthew and other staff as well for all our breakfasts. Shilo inn is definitely one of the best places I've stayed. I love their staff, they are so helpful and supportive. With a 24hr pool/hot tub, exercise room, Steam room and sauna, plus a resturant and bar this is a place that you have plenty to do. Plus many attractions near by.

Nice hotel! Staff is very friendly and willing to take care of anything d during our stay. Breakfast was great and the room was comfortable and c lean. We will stay here again.

This is a very clean well-kept Best Western. The desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly and very helpful we greatly appreciated our stay. Has a nice pool area that is also nicely kept up with a hot tub.

For the price — especially for the area — I really like this hotel. The front desk people are REALLY nice and accommodating. The pool and spa are SOOOO nice and clean! The water in both is clearly new, clean water; in a private, cute setting. We had one problem with our room and they apologized and upgraded us in a different room very quickly and without charge! The bed and pillows are wonderful and the rooms are pretty well sound proof. I would stay here again.

The girl was helpful, the large room was more than adequate, with full kitchen, 5' refrigerator; breakfast was appreciated; but the a/c smelled like urine and it was very warm when we arrived, so we needed the air on. Shower head pretty good water pressure and was hot, needs were very comfy and so we're pillows. Everything except the smell was good. Perhaps anither room would have smelled better, but we were so tired, we didn't say anything.

I like this place well enough. The rooms are spaceous and clean. There's a nice little village just down the road about a mile away where there are some nice places to eat and shop.

Bed= extremely comfortable. Hot tub= to die for! Price= very reasonable. Staff= nice and friendly. Housekeeping= professional and timely. Complimentary breakfast= could really use more protein and stronger coffee. 4 stars! Thank you for your service!

The only complaint that I have is they charged the credit card that I used to make the reservation. I wanted to use a different card, but by the time we arrived that day, about 2ish, guy a desk said it was too late, card had been charged. Check in time is at 3 so I didn't think it would be a big deal to use a different care. That was a bummer. Beds were so comfortable, which I was shocked. Pillows were great too. I even carry my own pillow with me, but the pillows they had were very nice.

The location is very convenient for business in downtown Portland and even better for visiting the vibrant Mississippi disctict. The rooms are clean, spacious and filled with amenities like a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Service was excellent. The proprietor was very friendly and nice.

Our suite was very nice and the hotel is near many shops. The room had a living area with kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a decently sized bathroom. They had tea, coffee, and water available in the lobby which was convenient. However, we could hear doors closing which was a little annoying. The doors are heavy and we had to pull/push to get them to close so the noise was unavoidable.

Great price! Room is clean and well kempt. The motel is old, but is a nice place to spend the night. Minimalistic room.

Good place to stay over night. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The building is a bit old, but no problems.

Extremely accomodating, given that nothing fully wheelchair accessible was available at the time. I was constantly checked on, helped in and out of my room anytime I needed it, and was given a late checkout to give me the time necessary to get ready to leave. Excellent service; 5 stars for sure.

Liked this place, I stopped to rest here and was very satisfied. The room isn't that big but it was clean and updated. Located in a good area, walking distance to bars and restaurants, whole foods it's across the street which it was very convenient. Customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend this Inn.

Great service, clean hotel, and friendly staff. I accidently dropped my wallet and I had no idea I had even lost it and one of the girls at the front desk (I’m sorry I forgot her name) checked my ID, found my reservation and called my room to let me know. She was super honest and everything was accounted for. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

The breakfast is awesome! Rooms were a little small, but nice in the places that were renovated. Great location for shopping.

This is our favorite motel in Cave Junction. The room is always clean and we love the huge bathroom! The staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable.

By and large the best overnight stay I have ever paid for. If the Motel 6 logo had not been on the wall, I could have swore I was in the Ritz. — The most courteous staff from maid to front desk. — Immaculate cleanliness in the rooms, lobby, pool area, even in the parking lot! — Amanda at the front desk performed miracles in accommodating my needs and room location request. She went above and beyond when I lost my wallet in ensuring it's safe return to me.

The clerks at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was newly remodeled and very clean. The "automatic" function on the thermostat didn't work right and one night we were too cold and the next we were too hot. Perhaps a third night ad we would have gotten it just right. The room was quiet and we had a good stay.

Overall a nice hotel. Arrived late evening, but the lady at the front desk was nice. She upgraded rooms for us. Rooms were fairly updated, and the hotel was quiet. Convenient location off I-5 just across the bridge from Portland. Breakfast was good, but not great.

Easy to find location. Our room was clean for the most part. I gave four stars because there were a few spots in the shower that looked liked mold was growing. The service was good and each time we passed the front desk we were greeted with a genuine smile. The other staff we encountered in the hallways were also cheery and friendly.
