Extremely accomodating, given that nothing fully wheelchair accessible was available at the time. I was constantly checked on, helped in and out of my room anytime I needed it, and was given a late checkout to give me the time necessary to get ready to leave. Excellent service; 5 stars for sure.

Liked this place, I stopped to rest here and was very satisfied. The room isn't that big but it was clean and updated. Located in a good area, walking distance to bars and restaurants, whole foods it's across the street which it was very convenient. Customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend this Inn.

Is a two star hotel with four star Comfort. Clean friendly staff and perfect access to the city.

Watch out. They will put a $200 charge on your card that won’t come off for a week. If you’re traveling this might cut into your budget. They also don’t tell you about this and the phone number listed isn’t working. Total scam!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Slightly outdated but within reason. Only issue is lack of parking, aside from that great prices worth the stay.

Nice beds and people. New carpet, drapes, bedding ect. Looks great and very comfortable. Great for getting back & forth from both hospitals.

This is in a great location for downtown, receptionist was a very friendly lady! Got up to the room and found no smoke detector on the wall, and a pair of dirty socks on the floor. The beds were firm had a great night sleep, next morning went to take a shower and it didn't work at all! Probably wouldn't stay there again for the price.

Good Continental Breakfast. I really liked it there. Very basic amenities but everything was clean and comfortable. There's a Wholefoods right across the street, a 7-Eleven, pizza hut and a couple burrito places up the street. All within walking distance.

This is a cheap place to stay no amenities simple rooms but comfortable. Very convenient to anything you need to do in the downtown area of Eugene. Only downfall why I only gave him two stars is that it is simple but they no longer are dog friendly. Which means we can never stay there again. Too bad.

Basic simple clean. Good location and high-end budget friendly. Sad to say after November they will not be dog friendly anymore. That was the Plus 4 us.

Pretty basic room, which was okay because the linen was clean. There were places in the shower stall that housekeeping forgot. Just average, basic normally wouldn't pay $150.00 for it if it wasn't the day before the eclipse.

The room is big and nice with two couch you can sit and read. The market is so near as you can cross the street and the view is beautiful and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Hotel is clean. Rooms are average. Nice landscaping and good location! Front desk attendant (Shelly) was extremely rude and impolite. Did not want to honor pet policy — even tho they say they allow pets and I paid the pet fee. Looked me up and down as I walked in … And was full of attitude. Not how I wanted to be treated after driving for hours! I used to manage a hotel and am very familiar with hospitality operations; I would not want a person like this representing my company. Will not stay here again!

The room was simple and comfortable. I had no real issues other than that there was not soap or shampoo in the shower dispensers. However, I found my room door ajar, following room cleaning, when I returned in the afternoon. Fortunately nothing was taken, but that was a little unnerving. Parking was easy, Internet worked well, and breakfast was simple and provided decent sustinence. Overall I was content with my stay.

Clean enough. But could have been cleaner. Front desk personal lacked friendliness and hospitality. Breakfast was adequate for a budget hotel. Would have been better if the girl at the front desk cared to keep it fully stocked … would stay here again if we were passing through.

We needed a room for overnight stay and booked a room with Campus Inn. The area looked a bit shady and gloomy at night. But the room is comfortable with clean towels and linens. Spacious too.

My girlfriend and I were in town and very tired because around 2 in the morning my car broke down and had to get it towed to Eugene. The lady Sabrina at the desk was very nice and allowed us to check in around 8 or so. Many of the other hotels around wouldn't go below 2 in the afternoon and it was very annoying. The room we got was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the room itself had what we needed. And you can't really beat the prices they have here, much cheaper than many other places.

When we first arrived at the campus Inn we are surprised to find out that things hadn't gone through all the way on the online reservation system so we had to drive around for about 2 hours waiting for it to go through. But that was quickly forgiven after they upgraded our room to a deluxe room for our trouble. As far as the actual room is concerned it was what you'd expect a Motel 6 to look like except with a better TV and a comfier bed. I plan to recommend this hotel two friends who were visiting in that area for a short time.

This place is a complete dump. The room was sickening and staff helpless to address issues.

Rooms were clean and quite nice. The service was very helpful in getting a room short notice.

Friendly staff and day manager was very helpfull with getting a refund from travelocity after we were told about a 200 dollar deposit the websitte failed to mention.

Points for location, soft bed and pillows. Rooms, very very dingy, old, extremely smelly and musty. Black mold in grout of shower. Carpet felt damp to bare feet. Coffee maker took several tries and plugs to work. Coffee maker was very dirty on the outside as well as the tray it sat on. Looks like the alarm clock, bases to lamps, desk and counters are not wiped down daily. At 4a. M. A group of four people entered their room directly above us yelling screaming, laughing and pounding on who knows what. I finally called the front desk to ask them to take care of noise. The talking and laughing quieted but the stomping and slamming of doors did not. One of them took a very long and loud shower followed by someone (s) having very loud sex. Finally at 5a. M. It became quite but sleep would not come back to us. The gentleman at the front desk upon check in was very curt. He checked us out at well and did not ask about our stay. At that point I just wanted out of there. I will never go back and do not recommend to anyone.

Situated at the cross-roads of a highway and busy street, the traffic was somewhat noisy at night, but earplugs did the trick. The room also had a somewhat musty smell, but the windows opened, so we could air the place out. The beds were comfy, room was clean, and the (empty! not filled with rip-off drinks) fridge and micro-wave was a real bonus. The hot tub was great — too bad it's situated in a corner of the parking lot. Good basic lodging.

Great place to stay for the night! Came down from Bellingham for a concert, and could not have asked for a better place to crash. Not a huge selection for breakfast, but we got by on the waffles and muffins provided.

For a budget hotel, this is always my choice in Eugene. Great prices, prime location, clean rooms. Solid Wi-Fi is a bonus.

After reading other reviews for this hotel, I assumed it would be a good place to book. I couldn't have been more wrong & I still don't understand how some people considered this place clean. After checking we were given room 119 and walked into a room that smelt like URINE. The bed appeared to have NEVER BEEN WASHED. There was white dog fur all over the top of the comforter sheet along with crumbs & stains. Did I mention that the beds looked like a 5 year old made them? No box spring sheet to hide the stained/old mattress and the fitted sheet was very messily tucked in as if someone had just hopped out of bed in a rush. I immediately went back up the front desk & asked for a different room (no apologies or explanation). I was handed a key for room 120. Surprise, surprise, the room also smelled like urine. This room was only equipped with one old floor lamp and very dim lighting, so it was hard to tell if the sheets were clean or dirty. By this time it was already 2AM & we decided to suck it up and stay the night as it'd be hard to find another place in such short notice. We slept fully clothed & checked out first thing the next morning — funny they didn't even ask why? It must be common. We checked into the Super 8 hotel the next day & finally felt like we were are a normal CLEAN hotel. I think everyone should ask to see a room prior to paying a dime for this place — I guarantee you will not want to stay either. My clothes were stained in the smell from this place. Yuck!
