It's nasty as hell I wouldn't pay no damn 75 bucks a night for these's room's here.

Decent place, not my first choice, but certainly not my last choice either.

This hotel has many separate buildings with between 2-4 units per each. The setup is almost like that of a mountain resort with many separate cabins. Rhe rooms have been newly renovated and are kept quite clean.

Being right off 82nd it's very convenient located. Has several stores a block away. Good size room and friendly staff. I said a fee nights and one of those I didn't quite have all the money for the next stay and they were extremely understanding and worked with me. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was good but the service was unbearable and rooms were very disgusting dirty sheets dirty towels I wouldn't suggest it anybody stay the night there.

The hotel clerk was wasted, and couldn’t even walk straight. Tweakers everywhere — not a good area. The hotel room was filthy with dead bugs, mold in the shower, dirty toilet… and the drunk hotel clerk tried to originally sale me a room for $105, then I talked him down to $65… not even worth $50, gross.

Its a dump ran down motel the TV don't work theres a hole in the bathroom door.

Although I am here until I get my apartment. The manager Mike is rude disrespectful and walked into my room without knocking. I wouldn't suggest anyone who is easily intimated stay here. It's clean outside and I would suggest you clean your room yourself.

Room was clean. Air conditioner was small but powerful and in summer time that's important. Fridge, stove, and sink worked. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again! Only tip I have is check-in is by 4pm, which wasn't disclosed, but the gal that called me was very understanding that I hadn't known. I think having a small diagram of which building your in would help, I did get a bit lost.

The staff was very nice and warm the room was comfortable and large with good Wi-Fi.

Nice staff, Clean rooms and hard workers. They try to make u feel like you are welcome. They try to stay up on the cleanliness of the rooms. Hard worker's an property is clean. Looks a lot better then 8 year's ago when I first showed up here. Really like the place an the management especially the owner Mike!

Everything has been wonderful. The room and staff that I have been in contact with is awesome.

Very nosy and opinionated staff. Was told that guests were not allowed, and basically had to beg for towels and toilet paper, asking numerous times before getting any. Not very pleased. Only plus side was reasonable rates.

New management styles and housekeeping can ensure a more positive friendly experience many rooms have been remodeled parking situation remedied ample parking located close to the airport I would stay again.

There were mice in the room. The floor tiles were not glued down in place. Very poor customer service. Also the room smelt like a old cigarette. Bedding was old and stained. Parking is horribly was the last time I will ever stay threre. I would never refer anyone there.

Its clean great management and kind maintenance much better than privous years.

Loved this hotel! Stayed on the 15th floor in a signature king room. Very quiet and comfortable. We had a bottle of wine, chocolate cake, strawberries and fresh ice and bottled water waiting for us when we arrived! The concierge Lex was the cherry on top of our stay. He was so friendly and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor.

There is no room deposit and you can make as much noise as you please I. D. And cash and you're in and that's the only good thing about the shanty not a classy place but rooms are private in bad part of town hardcore people rent here.

Worst place I've ever stayed. Stains and graffiti all around the room, and bed bugs. I immediately checked out once I saw those.
