The staff was amazing! They offer a one of a kind texting service that I have never seen used in the hotel industry! You will not regret the customer service experience you get with this stay! One thing they can't control is the availability of the town. Unfortunately due to islander time most of the town closes after 9 pm with the exception of a few pubs and a small marketplace with overpriced food. Make sure you plan accordingly. For myself. I'm a wedding vendor whom had to bring a trailer. Their staff fully accommodated me on my stay and even met me outside when I arrived after hours at 10 pm with orange cones to mark me off. Highly recommended and we will return here again in the future. They are also pet friendly!
