Very good excellent very clean and excellent courtesy.

Dishonest and care less about customer loyalty. Mysterious charge appears on receipt and you will never know what they relate too. You are not worth it. 😝Does not respond to client inquiry neither at the hotel management nor at the HQ level. If you care for your money and property do not go there.

Staff was lovely, friendly, and kind. Convenient location and free parking. Room was very clean and extremely comfortable.

Great location by many restaurants and close to IAD Airport. Staff was nice and friendly. The only concern was hearing noise in the air vent at night. Not sure what that something was. Need a new T. V. In the master suite leaning television. Other than that great stay and a plus FREE PARKING!

So convenient, close to everything, good suites and good breakfast and people are real nice.

Called night before coming in and asked if it would be possible to check in early. Was told yes got to hotel at 2pm was told cant check in until 6. Which I don't understand because check in is at 3.

Entire staff went beyond the norm to make our stay — our entire reunion — a wonderful experience. Hope my class will hold its 55th there.

The Marriott may not be the best hotel, but it sits on the top along with the other two.
Great Hotel…

The check-in process was frustrating. The Marriott app asked me to check-in at the front desk and the front desk told me that I had a mobile key. The front desk agent was not at all patient. That's why the 3 star. Else it would have got 5 star because the room was great and the service was awesome.

Nice place to stay when traveling in/out of Dulles. Close to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the highway and airport. Shuttle service available.

Fantastic location — a variety of restaurants all within 2 minutes walking distance of the hotel. Also adjacent — FedEx, barber shop, dry cleaners and florist. Rooms are amazing and clean and comfortable. Restaurant on site with great breakfast buffet and room service. Truly worthy of a 5-star rating.

For this area this is a pretty convenient hotel. It’s located in Worldgate Center and their are quite a few restaurants nearby. It’s very close to IAD and there is a shuttle service to the airport. The rooms are nice with a small sink and mini refrigerator in the rooms. They have a good workout room on the third floor as well as a laundry if you need one.

We always park here when we fly out of Dulles, and we are very happy with everything. They have a covered garage, which is a HUGE plus no matter the weather. The shuttle to and from the airport is prompt and comfortable. We haven't had to wait too long for a pick up on our way home either. The instructions are very clear as to where the driver will pick us up.

The rooms are very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very easy access to the airport, just minutes away. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection and the made-to-order omelette selection is very generous.

Simply the BEST Marriott! The team there always has spotless rooms, lobby, and a great bar/restaurant. Maria, the bar tender always remembers my face and name; she even brings me my drink without even having to ask. Incredible!

Rooms are very nice and the staff are very nice. Also the gym is very nice and has lots of equipment. No complaints. Very happy with my stay.

Rooms were very nice. Shuttle was very convenient. Location was in a shopping center with a movie theater, and many places to eat which was very convenient.

Didn't stay here. Visited a friend before he took off of deployment. From what I could tell the rooms were nice. Sofas and office spaces… but the restaurant that was downstairs was perfect. Good food, median drink prices, sports and news on. Couldn't ask for more.

Rita provided a great amount of help with our room. The rooms are spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here again when we travel back into this area.

Went here for lunch on a Wednesday with some co-workers for their endless fajitas. Food was delicious and service with drinks was fantastic, all for a decent price. Will definitely return!

Excellent service. Every room is a suite and my room was clean and comfortable and spacious (1 king bed suite). Fitness center had cardio machines and dumbbells but no other free weights.

I stayed here because I was in a wedding a few miles away and the staff was super accommodating. I was part of the wedding party and they allowed me to check in early and helped me with anything I needed. The rooms were very large and clean and nice and the price was very affordable. If I need a room in the area again I would stay here again.

Every hotel stay starts with the employees. Everyone her was courteous and kind. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. I'll choose the Marriott again when I come back through Herndon.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. Staff is super friendly. There are a ton of activities and restaurants in the immediate vacinity. Right next to the highway and close to the airport for easy transportation access. Would definitely stay again.

Room and hotel was clean, but this is not a hotel for families and multiple children. No double rooms were available even though I asked days before our arrival. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and my son had to use it. He complained about not getting much sleep for both nights. I called the second night to get a second blanket for the sofa bed since not much in bedding is offered for this bed. The front desk initially told me they were out of blankets. How can a hotel be out of blankets knowing that most of their rooms have a sofa bed? So odd, I thought, and I told the employee at the front desk that I just didn't know how to respond to that. She did manage to find another blanket later, but I was still confused! I would not recommend this hotel if there is more than 2 people staying in a room. This hotel is specifically for business people.

Very nice room. Was like a mini apartment, only missing a cook top. Good quality shampoo and conditioner provided. Definitely enjoyed my stay.

It was in a very convenient location for me. I cannot say much about the rooms and service since I did not have a room overnight. However, the place was beautiful.

Huge rooms, friendly professional staff, clean and well appointed. Amenities are overpriced for what you get though. At this price I would expect at least free Wi-Fi. Marriott likes to nickel and dime thier guests for every possible thing. I was surprised that the soap and shampoo in the room didn't have a $2 price tag on it.

Staff is very friendly, extremely clean hotel, the breakfast food served is acceptable. Really no complaint to be said so far.

Very nice rooms, service and location for my purposes, here on a business trip. It's only 10 mins by car from Washington Dulles Airport. Would most certainly recommend.

The location is great. Very close to the airport. They also have a shuttle that runs two Washington Dulles every 30 minutes.

Rooms were good and clean but had room mix-ups with members of our group. Complimentary water when requested was served warm despite guests previously receiving chilled. Also it's a hotel that charges for in room Wi-Fi.

Starting with the area, it is located roughly 10 minutes from the airport in a spot surrounded by many different restaurants and shops. We had a lunch buffet (all-you-can-eat) here recently and we have no complaints at all. The servers are very friendly and attentive, and the food is surprisingly very good. The selection isn't much, meaning there's a small salad bar, a bread basket, one choice of soup, Jasmin rice, chicken, meat loaf, veggies, and apple pie and cookies for dessert. The chicken is very tender and tasty, very similar to Indian tandoori chicken in flavor. The bread seems fresh, crispy on the outside and airy and soft on the inside, it goes great with butter. Overall a very nice meal, for 4 adults the total came to about $60, for the quality of food I thought it was worth it.

We stayed here for 2 days and loved the hotel. The location is great and many stores in walking distance. Great friendly staff.

This has to be one of my favorite Marriott properties. I wish there were more "suites" properties around. The gym is great, love the breakfast and staff very friendly and helpful. Good location with restaurants around.

A great facility. The site rooms are stocked with all the basics and a very comfortable bed. The gym had ample space and equipment for my work needs, the indoor/outdoor pool is also a nice touch. The best part of my stay was the staff, very friendly service.

The atmosphere was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well furnished. The breakfast buffet was quite good, and free for Marriott Gold members. The Wi-Fi was speedy and also free for Gold and Silver members.

The rooms are small but great… French doors splits the room into the "bedrooms and" sitting area. "i do plan on using the hotel again.

I often stay here when I'm in the area for work. It has nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and a pretty convenient location. Never had any problems here.

It's next to a movie theater and restaurants. So clean and modern. The people are so nice.

The suites are fantastic, the food in the restaurant is great, and the service is top notch.

Proximity to food is a big plus. We didn't have to drive to get something to eat or drink. The room was in great shape. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were great too. The HVAC seemed a little difficult to turn on to AC. It didn't really feel like the temperature I selected (69F). Free coffee in the morning.

I booked two rooms way in advance of my trip. I traveled 6 hours, got to the hotel and was told that they only had one room available. I had two separate confirmation numbers, but was told that "someone called to cancel" and that they just booked the last room they had. I booked these two rooms with my Marriot Rewards points. I am now being told that there is nothing they can do to accommodate me. I will never come back.

Other then the dyslexia of the toll road it is literally inverted. The commute from the capital is not bad or I just got dumb lucky. It's not the heart of DC but there is nothing I can find wrong with the place it has garaged parking for free. And about 10 eateries outside it's doors.

This is my favorite hotel when I stay in the DC area. Close to the silver line so navigating the Capital is very easy. My family loves the hotel restaurant for breakfast. We always book our room with the breakfast package, excellent deal and a fantastic restaurant. The wait staff are true professionals. Love the outdoor pool. The indoor pool is okay (a little tired), but the outdoor patio on the third floor is the place to hang out. Fun atmosphere and very clean. Exercise room looks okay (I'm on vacation, why would I be working out) and the property is very well maintained. My family has stayed at this property several times and always enjoy our stay. Great job Marriott Dulles.

I just received a collections letter from a law firm in regards to this hotel. I called the hotel and spoke with Karen Smackum who said that it was in regards to a stay that I had in January, 2014 (15 months ago). She said that the folio hadn't been paid (which is odd since all hotels have a credit card on file! ) I said, "Karen, I'm a Marriott Gold member and say no less than 2 months per year in Marriott properties. Why wouldn't you simply try contacting me if there was an issue? " She said that she had a typo in my email address (their fault, since they pulled my email address from my Marriott Rewards profile). I asked why they didn't call or send a letter also. She claimed that they did, but couldn't provide any details. However, the collection company had no trouble sending me a letter using the address they provided! I then was passed on to the Accounting Manager, Martin. Martin had all sorts of problems, locating the reservation, locating my information, and using his computer. Martin advised me that he was "hard of hearing" and sounded like a very elderly gentleman. I asked Martin to please email me a copy of the bill, and because he had so much trouble (we went over my email address numerous times), I requested that he wait on the phone with me to confirm that I received it. He refused, but told me he would call me after he sent it (we went over my cell phone number, numerous times). I haven't received any email or phone call.

This is one of the best run properties at which I have ever stayed! The management and staff are top-notch. A great indicator of a well run hotel is the low staff turnover rate. I still see many of the same faces here as when I first checked in nearly 5 years ago. Definitely 5 stars!

Will NEVER stay here again! They want $15.95/day for high speed internet, $12.95/day for email. You would think they would be happy to have people filling the hotel over Thanksgiving, but refused to give two senior citizens in their 80s any kind of discount on internet service. Do you not understand that you are right next to a Starbucks? Way to sour people on a brand.

Pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff. Room was good. Gym OK. Starbucks and lots of restaurants in same complex. Particularly enjoyed the Indian restaurant.

This is my new favorite place in the DC area. I love coming here to relax over a long weekend, with or without friends! Great weekend prices and great rooms. All in all, just a cute little boutique hotel.

Expensive. Dirty. Loud. Poor service. I've paid far less than this for far better hotels in places people would actually want to go. Ridiculously overpriced, though everything is in this area. I found a hairs on my sink upon arrival, and frequently noticed trash had not been clean up in the hallways for days. The men's restroom in the gym was not cleaned for 3 days. The parking lot is used as a meeting place for local delivery people, so if you stay on the west side, be prepared to enjoy their conversations right outside your window long into the night. You can call the front office and ask them to do something about it, if the phones in your room work. Mine didn't. It only took walking down to the office twice in each instance to get this and other noise issues resolved. The first response was usually broken english and laughter. I guess the second time you come down at 4 a. M. You've proven yourself to be serious. Rooms are what you would expect for an older and slightly run down Mariott Suites. Nice, but a little rough. I paid 3.8K for two weeks. And had to pay another 15 a day for internet access. No, I am not joking. Bartenders are friendly enough. Food is average.

I have stayed here several times and not been disappointed. As a Gold Member, you also get free Wi-Fi and free breakfast! Rooms are big, clean, and quite. Located next to great food, entertainment, etc. They would get 5 stars if they had a concierge lounge.
