Review of Hilton Washington Dulles Airport 4*

I have two complaints about the luggage concierge and receptionist respectively. The first complaint is about the luggage concierge. I arrived here at 8:40 pm with six luggage on Aug 6. No bellhop at the entrance, so I got into the lobby but still find nobody that could help me. I had to find carts and put all the luggage on carts by myself. When checking in, I told the front desk that I would like to leave my bags here and pick up tomorrow when I check out, since they are too heavy. Then the luggage concierge finally showed up. Surprisingly, he told me to push the carts to luggage room and unloaded all the luggage BY MY SELF. Yes, all by myself. I guess I could become an excellent luggage concierge if I send my CV with this experience to Hilton. Another complaint is about the receptionist. There are two receptionists at the front desk tonight: one lady and one gentleman. The lady helped me check in and find the luggage concierge, and I am delighted with her. But another "gentleman" ruined my night. After checking in, I found that I do not bring my shaving kit, so I went to the front desk and asked for one. The lady gave me one with a smile, but I suddenly remembered that I also forget to take the toothpaste, so I asked for it when she came back. Surprisingly again, another receptionist, that "gentleman" told me "Do not tell us what you need one by one" with a poker face, looking like I owed him one billion dollars. After loading and unloading my six luggage I was too tired to argue with him, so I only answered OK. A few moments later I met him again in the gift shop on the second floor, and I said Hello to him. Surprisingly once again, he just lowered his head and said nothing, but I can still saw his poker face. If anyone see this receptionist in the photo, please just walk away. You do not wanna waste time on him. This is the first stay after I became the diamond member. I had planned to focus on Hilton in the future, but this stay makes me uncertain about that.
