Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

Not bad, but better options around the area for similar price. We came here to visit a friend and the rooms were clean and the service was friendly. Our main challenges and frustrations were a few things. The biggest pain point is that it was fairly loud in this hotel. From the conversations we could hear down the hall to the very loud plumbing or maintenance work happening in the very early morning, it made it hard to feel comfortable or wind down.

Was able to check in early! The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes to the Metro and lots of restaurants and fast food. I mostly used the metro to get downtown but even Uber from here was almost cheaper than the subway! Being close to the airport let me sleep in before my long international flight so I'm happy I stayed here rather than in downtown!

I'm a Diamond Hilton member. I stayed here for over two weeks and I had a couple of house plants my daughter entrusted me with that I sat outside on the third floor parking garage next to my car. Someone who works here decided to help themselves to one of them. They were clearly identified as belonging to my room. We set them out for one hour… I asked the desk to simply notify the staff that the plant was not abandoned and that we would appreciate the return with no questions asked. I posted several reward notices on the 3rd floor parking doors, but someone kept tearing them down. We were never contacted again by the staff, or manager… I even asked for the managers but to no avail. I guess there are no cameras here. It's the principal more then the plant. The plant was special to my daughter and thus me bringing here for our move. I never stayed in any Hilton where there was no feedback, or reach out after an Incident. We will never stay here again. The customer service lacks horribly. If I could give it no stars, I would.

The rooms are nice and the hotel is very quiet. In the room is a beautiful enclosed shower. The bed is comfortable and the a/c worked great. I didn't have breakfast but the buffet seemed sufficient. I have liked the buffet at other Hilton hotels better. Overall, it was a good visit.

Perfect location, great service and all I could possibly need. Except a pool (which probably keeps the young family count low… so I don't mind that). This hotel is newly updated and VERY WELL kept. The staff is incredibly accommodating. I got in at 9:30 am after a redeye from California. They found a room, called house keeping and had me in a room before 11 am. There is a small restaurant, small bar, a few snack and drink items for purchase from a small store, an airport shuttle with very friendly drivers… housekeeping were friendly and helpful also. I even used the guest laundry facilities. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance, the Metro station is a couple of blocks away. It's a quick Metro trip into D. C. Or Old Alexandria. We even had a great experience with the Metro employees. Needless to say, I was quite happy staying here for 5 days. I even tried to switch my stay from the hotel I was in for the next 7 days… I absolutely could have stayed my entire 12 days here. Highly recommend this hotel. Especially for the non fussy, no nonsense traveler. If you're fussy, you're likely to find a problem no matter where you stay anyway.

This hotel was exceptionally clean. Parking was covered and easy access. We room serviced one night and the food was phenomenal. We really enjoyed our five day stay Memorial Day weekend. Access to the airport was five minutes away. This hotel has to be the best in town. We were at our nieces graduation and we will be back next May for our younger nieces graduation as well.

The room was fine. Counter staff were helpful. If you park in the parking structure with luggage, be prepared to carry up stairs. The breakfast for 3 people was over $40 and was very disappointing. Scorched gravy, stale biscuits, a wait staff that couldn't pay attention or listen. The coffee was disgusting. Could not drink it. If you are going to charge $13 a person for what was basically a continental breakfast, at least provide some quality food and coffee.

Great place. Clean and comfortable. Staff is knowledgeable of the area. Gives great advice. Breakfast is above average, always tasty. Right next to Reagan National, makes catching flights easy.

Nice clean hotel. The lobby features a breakfast buffet ($12.95) which features all the standard fare. Also a nice bar area. The rooms are large and modern. The bathroom was really nice, pretty tile in the shower. Staff was all friendly. A short ten minute (complimentary) shuttle ride from the airport. My room was quiet, they have a decent selection of cable channels and my room had coffee machine and small fridge. Convenient and very pleasant stay.

Conveniently located in Crystal City. The Crystal City shops are a short walk away. Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is I could not get the room temperature to a comfortable level for me as I like it a little bit cooler. That very well could have been because it was on seasonably warm in DC during my stay.

This is a decent location to stay at. During my stay we had two fire alarms. One at 6 and another one at 7 in the morning on different days. Hotel does not include breakfast and it is about 12 dollars not including tip and tax. Options are limited for 12 dollars. Room is clean but the carpet is stained. I stayed here about over a month in four different rooms. Two of the rooms have stained carpet. Bed is fairly comfortable. The comforter is thin compare to other hotels. Pillow also vary in consistent. Temperature control works well except the AC unit in every room is extremely nosiy. So you can choose to be either warm and try to sleep through the loud blowing fan that turn on and off at night or being cold. Hot water is very consistent and always come on without problem. Staff is very nice and responsive. 4th floor entire hallway have a strange smell. Internet is free but requires you to sign in once every 24 hrs. Speed is quite fast and steam 1080p video without issue. Would recommend the location for comfort, great staff, Internet. Would not recommend for noise because between location right next to the highway and the AC unit.

Staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clearly updated recently. A few quirks in the bathroom, but overall a nice king bed room. Bar downstairs was fine for entertaining customers I had with me. Breakfast is not free! Even if you just want a juice or something, they may rope you in to the breakfast buffet. So be conscious of that. Location is good if you want to be close to DC and not pay DC pricing.

The rooms and decor are sleek and clean. Close to airport and shopping/restaurants. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Will definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

I chose this hotel because of the close proximity to the airport as well as free shuttle and fairly cheap parking. When I arrived I was informed that I was not able to park for more than one night, although I read in the reviews you could. I was told I could park a few blocks away at another hotel and walk back. Luckily it was fairly warm out since that's what I had to do. I decided to order room service as it had been a long day. I called several times with no answer. I reached the front desk and finally got a call back to place my order. The food was OK, but not very much food for the cost. I was told several times there was a shuttle at 6am. I was advised to be downstairs at 5:50am to catch it at 6. I was directed to wait outdoors by one of the 3 shuttles parked outside. I did and after 15 minutes a women from the hotel next door informed me that there was no driver. The shuttle was to provide services for both hotels. A gentleman from your hotel went inside the other one saying he would ask what was going on. After a few minutes he came out with snacks saying they would be out. I waited again for a few more minutes before going inside to inquire about the wait time. I was again told there was no driver. The wonderful lady at Hampton Inn called a cab for my son and I and advised I would not be paying. Your staff did nothing to correct this. To make things worse I checked my bank account to find I was charged twice for incidentals.

I stayed for two nights while I was in town for a conference. Every single employee with whom I interacted was pleasant and professional, the shuttle service to and from DCA was incredibly convenient, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Room was good. Breakfast is above average: the made to order items are much better than anything they have on the buffet. The bar is far from a full bar missing even bitters.

Horrible. Outdated decor. Understaffed restaurant and bar. Not kid or family friendly at all. Good staff but they can't do anything to change matters.

To say my stay here was remarkable would be an understatement. From making reservations to shuttling to attractions to dining, everything was awesome. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and the wait staff was of utmost professional and friendly. I would definitely stay again. Keep up the good work.

The staff is disorganized and are not friendly the Front Desk manager is rude to guests and the Front Desk staff. I was there with group and will not return! How can they hire someone with no respect for her staff! My vacation next will be at hotel with less issues so I can enjoy my time in new city! Please smile as Manager your staff will follow your lead!

Excellent service. All staff greeted us every time we saw them, and their demeanor was most welcoming. Facilities were updated, clean, and well-maintained.

Beautiful hotel. Seems like new. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Parking was an extra $20 (which is unfortunately status quo for all DC area hotels) but was connected to the hotel and easy to access. Great location. If you like it quiet though, ask for a room not facing the main street. Would definitely stay again.

Close to other hotels and restaurants. Approximately 15 minutes from downtown Washington DC. Well maintained facilities. Parking is not included in the cost of the room.

This has been one of the best stays I have experienced. The room was good sized, the bed comfortable. It is easily accessible to the Crystal City Metro. So many wonderful restaurants near by. I would totally recommend this for anyone visiting the Metro D. C. Area.

Friendly and informed employees. Geared more towards business rather than personal visits. Rooms are clean and stocked with some amenities. The location is excellent for visiting Washington DC, roughly 15 minutes from the White House. Only downfall is a $50 per room per night "deposit" for any extras that are used. I rented two rooms for two nights, so $200 was on hold in my account even before my vacation started. This shouldn't put anyone off, though … it's to be expected in this area.

It is in hotel with clean and comfortable facilities. It has conference room facilities and access to the Metro as transport to Washington DC.

This hotel will hopefully be better in the future. The rooms were ok but we did book a King and were left with double queen beds. Also every time we came back in the evening our door cards would not work. The first time they told us it was because we went to National Museums and they deactivate and the second time it was because the cellphones were too close to the card. Didn't make sense especially since my phone went off right when they said it and my card still worked. I left a note on the bed asking not to deactivate the door scanner and magically this time around it worked fine when we came back. All in all it was good for the price despite construction but I hope in the future they are more honest especially with the 100-200 deposit they deduct from your account.

Hotel room was very nice! They has to charge 200$ (they never told me about) to my card just in case I did any damage. They told me they would pick us up at subway stop we waited 45 mins and after them not showing up we walked to the hotel (20 min walk). There "pool" was walking around the corner to the neighboring hotel.

The Radisson is a pleasant and affordable place to stay. It's location is not far from the subway station and ideal for a great selection of restruants that are within a walkable distance. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and overall the staff was nice to work with. There is construction going on, and has been for a year, but I can see the improvements made between the last time we stayed a year ago and now, so I'm assuming it's all for the better. They did a pretty decent job of making the place presentable and comfortable despite the construction, unlike other hotels I've stayed in.

The rate was super cheap due to rennovations. The location was excellent, maybe a five minute walk to the metro and close to some excellent restraunts. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed itself was fantastic. No complaints at all.

Top-notch hotel. Very convenient to the Metro and to shopping and food. The hotel is very nice and nearby other major chain hotels as well as residential complexes (apartments & condos). It is not in an extremely high-traffic area and is relatively easy to access, although a large through-fare runs directly in front of the hotel. The staff is fantastic. There is a restaurant off to the side of the lobby that serves paid breakfast, lunch, and dinner and has a small bar. My room was very spacious, comfortable, neat, modern, and quiet. The bed had what I thought was an extremely comfortable pillow-top mattress. The room had all of the standards you'd expect: mini-fridge, iron/ironing board, small coffee maker, microwave oven, large TV with great channel selection (even had my favorite NHK World from Japan). I didn't even want to leave the hotel to check-out. This is a really great hotel.

For the price I paid this place is gorgeous. Top of the line hotel. I feel like I should be paying at least double. Customer service is great. I can't imagine how nice the rest of the hotel will be after renovations.

I had a great weekend and pleasant stay at this hotel it is under construction but I have no complaints about that, the front desk went out of their way to accomendate me (Wendell and Jareria) very knowledgable and caring I felt beyond welcomed and almost at home!

We are here on a vacation for a week, the Radisson hotel Reagan national airport is a great location near shops and stores, currently the hotel is going through a renovation process so the waived parking is great since parking is hard to find and costly, the room itself is nice and up to date beds are comfortable pillows are fluffy but flat, kind of noisy due to renovations and construction and the major road if your on that side.

Staying at the hotel for a week long vacation. Hotel has many renovations going on inside and out, so they waived the parking fee of $20 a day which is great since you have to pay for parking everywhere you go. Rooms are nicely renovated, beds are comfortable, pillows are fluffy looking but are not comfortable at all when sleeping on. Loud at night due to being on major road when your room is on that side. So far it's good for the first night.

My husband showed up at this hotel, 8 hours away from home, with 4 students of mixed genders (he's a teacher. ) He had 3 rooms booked for 3 nights. The SCHOOL CREDIT CARD was denied (not my husband's card and his fault, but the school business card. ) They tried to run the card again for a smaller amount and it did go through for 1 room. Now I understand that it's not the hotel's fault that the credit card didn't go through, but anyone with any bit of common sense would see that it's also not my husband's fault, and meanwhile he's stuck 8 hours away from home with 4 students (3 boys and 1 girl. ) Anyone with any common sense would realize you can't have 3 male students, one male teacher, and one female student a one-king-bed room all together. The front desk employee was rude and unhelpful to my husband. She didn't try to make accommodations or anything. My sister has worked in fancy hotels for years, and so I know a bit about how hotels work. That woman should have tried to do everything she could to work something out until my husband could get ahold of the district office the following day. We will never book with this hotel again, and I would take your business somewhere else, since this hotel chain is obviously not going to do anything to help you if you run into any problems during your trip and stay with them. A nice hotel chain should be doing what they can to help their customers, even in a situation like this.

Very poor experience. First the hotel placed us in a room behind the elevators. When I asked about another room I was told they were booked due to a convention. We heard the noise for most of our stay. Next the shower/tub would not drain and I took my shower in ankle deep water — yuck! Then on Sunday morning we went down for breakfast. Only one person was working the restaurant and she never offered us a table, nor looked in our direction. We saw other quests sitting and spinning their credit cards waiting to pay their bill and no help came. We gave up and tried to get some complimentary coffee to go and all they had out was decaf. We ended up eating a Starbucks across the street. I have stayed in many of the hotels along Jefferson Davis Pike and this was the worst. I informed the desk clerk of my complaints and told her we would not be back.

Loved the hotel. Loved the staff. Close to everything but it's been over a week and I still haven't received my 200.00 deposit from my stay. Can't seem to get in touch with anyone in the office.

Worst stay of my life. Water, TV, and internet were cut off randomly. Construction started at 8am and didn't end till after 5pm. Water was tainted and made me sick. The front desk offered no solution other than to try to sell me bottled water. Requests to speak to the manager were constantly rebuffed with "they will be in tomorrow. " I wouldn't stay there again if my life depended on it.

Really I didn't have any complaints. The location was okay, the people were really nice and helpful and the rooms were mostly clean. Great place for an over night stay. It was just a shame dealing with the remodeling mess.

The website lists continental breakfast, which they don't have. Room was missing cover plates on outlets. Generally clean but construction noise was pretty noticeable. Staff was friendly and well informed.

The hotel is reasonably close to DC and is within walking distance of a few good restaurants. We were able to Uber from the hotel to anywhere in DC for under $8. The room was clean, but wasn't flashy or exciting. If you are a breakfast person, a hotel breakfast will run you about $15 and there are not many options nearby. My biggest complaint was the bottled water in the room. I am about 99.9% positive that the bottles were refilled. The seals were broken when we arrived, so we just threw away those bottles. Gross, but no big deal. The bottles were replaced by housekeeping the next day, and this time one bottle was obviously new and the other had a broken seal. I would like to think the hotel could afford to give us fresh bottles of water, but I get a feeling this hotel saves money however they can to make up for the low rates.

I liked this hotel, near the metro, restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy. Room clean and equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave. Ideal for marathon runners vs the location. I appreciated that provided us 2 small bottles of water every day. A +.

Just checked in this evening (12:15am) with my partner. We're both Club Carlson Gold and redeeming points for the stay. Arrived at the DCA bag claim at 11:30pm and called for a pickup. Told it would be 15 — 20 minutes. 40 minutes later (and two status calls to the hotel) we took a 5 minute, $10 cab ride to the hotel. It's a 20 minute walk. Hotel couldn't reimburse us (we didn't get a receipt). A new clerk on duty told us we should have taken the Hampton Inn van. (News to us). Gold did get us an upgrade. To a room with a woman sleeping in it. Back to the lobby. This time we were assigned a regular room (OK — Business Class but c'mon Radisson — you really think that's an upgrade? ). And… the hotel's under renovation to become a Hilton Garden Inn. So no pool. The room we ended up in seem OK — lower end 3 star. But if we did it over we'd pay and get a better hotel We each stay in a lot of hotels (next two weeks I'm in two Sheratons, a Hyatt House, and a Radisson Blu) but the base Radisson's in the U. S. Are getting worse (and more scarce). The brand and loyalty program have value in Europe, but as much as I like supporting Minnesota based companies (I consider that state home), I just don't enjoy Carlson's properties. We canceled a redemption stay at a Country Inn to pay for a Marriott a month ago, and even though the Dallas Park Inn was the only hotel within my budget in the location I needed to be in June, I couldn't bring myself to stay there.

Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. They had over booked the hotel. We didn't pay but the room quoted at Radisson was $119.00 per night. When we go to the desk at 11:15 the night before we got a bs story that they are in renovations. Bs. The hotel was full and they overbooked. If we had arrived earlier say 5 PM they would have had a room. The hotel sent us and two couples to the Marriott hotel two blocks away where they charged $200 a night. They were not helpful at all. They did not care about us at all. Do not stay at this hotel. I do not recommend doing business with them or Radisson.

I want to thank all staffs of Radisson hotel and especially Mr. James Davis — Director of Housekeeping! My stay in the hotel was very pleasant, hotel was clean, the location was perfect and no other options can beat the price. But what makes my experience with Radisson hotel outstanding and unforgettable start with after I check out with the hotel: During my trip in DC, I bought five 3D postcards from Gallery of Arts and left them in the hotel room. I could not find them on the day we were leaving the hotel. I was not sure if my friends pack them in their luggage or I left them somewhere in the hotel room, but I have to leave to catch my flight back to Texas. Front desk gave me the business card to contact room services. I tried to call them after I back home since I really like these postcards. Mr. Davis answered my phone and informed me they didn't see any postcards in our hotel room, however, he offered to buy me new postcards and ship them to me! FREE OF CHARGE! I was thrilled about how much they want to make their customers happy! Today I received seven beautiful 3D postcards by mail! I have never experienced such outstanding post customer service from any hotel before, I really appreciate the Radisson hotel at 2020 Jefferson Davis made my DC trip perfect. They hired and trained best staff, manager ever! I will highly recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family! Thank you guys.

Best experience ever. The service I got was just awesome. Specially Brian who was working on April 3rd overnight was really helpful and great customer service. And the rooms were awesome too. I thought it would be maybe one small bed in a small room. But there were two big beds and thee rooms were really good size. Thank you so much. I hope the management will see it. And special thanks to Brian and the young lady who helped me while checking out. Really friendly staff. I will definitely recommend people for this hotel.

It was the worst experience in a hotel that I had. Somebody of hotel's staff opened the door of my room with no warnings, the front desk called me saying there is a problem in my check in that I did in that day, the day after I woke up because somebody was knocking my door and when I opened it was a mistake. So for those bad experiences I don't recommend it, search for another hotel.

Two blocks to Crystal City metro (easy to get to downtown). Free shuttle from airport to hotel, hotel to airport. Clean, modern rooms. Good AC. Pool on 4th floor. Awesome Wi-Fi. Great world-wide dining options down the street. Very pleased with stay.

Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. They had over booked the hotel. I had already paid in full for my room and called two and a half hours before arriving to be sure that I still had a room and the desk assured me that everything was good to come on. When I got there I got a bs story that the bathroom had problems and they needed to send me to another motel. He tried to send me to another hotel 30 miles away at 1:00 in the morning. They were not helpful at all. I do not recommend doing business with them.

I travel to DC a lot. My business is shared between inside the beltway and Arlington which makes the Crystal city area a great comprimise when it comes to location. I have stayed in almost all of the major hotels in the area and for the price I feel that this hotel is one of the best choices. The hotel is getting some years on it, but the rooms are well appointed. They gym is not a bad gym. The parking is 10.00 cheaper than any other hotel in the area and the internet is free and works very well. There is no breakfast, but there are also several great quaint restaurants right around the area that serve a yummy breakfast. Its not the fanciest hotel in Crystal CIty, but its not the worst and the cost typically runs 10-30% below what the other hotels charge during the same period.

I am impressed with the simple quality of Radisson Reagan Hotel. The room was cozy and the beds were extremely comfortable. After a long day on our feet, it was so nice to return to our air conditioned room and sack out on the plush Sleep Comfort beds. The room was clean, the service staff — exceptionally polite and helpful, and the value was unmatched. This hotel comes with my highest recommendation.
