I’m not the type of person to go out of my way to review places but this place bothered me so bad I had too. This place is a crap hole, with cruddy service. Every review I’ve read on this place, everyone has had a problem with the guy at the front desk. I would have to agree with them the guy needs to change his attitude plus we had mold on the ceiling in our hotel room and I went to the front desk and told him and he didn’t seem to care much. Place is gross and dirty, you couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

I've stayed at this location twice before. The guy at the front desk has been the same guy every time I've stayed. The last two times he was alright, not happy sounding but still said please and possibly even thank you. My second stay I went to the front desk at 5am and asked for a razor (since the sign in the room stated they had some things if we forgot them from home), I'm sure he was sleeping still or something cause he seemed pretty irritated that I rang the bell to ask for something. Anyway, tonight he was very ownry and the phone kept ringing while I was checking in, he finally picked it up, put it on speaker and didn't say anything until a man came on with a "hello? ", The guy front desk man then said with anger in his voice to "hold on! " The man on the line hung up about 30 seconds later. He then handed me a paper to sign as he got another call and all he said was "upstairs" to me. I got to my room and was using disinfectant on things since the whole covid thing is going on and instantly saw a mouse run from behind the TV and through a tiny hole under the door. I went down to to ask for a refund cause I obviously didn't want to sleep with mice and there was a lady there complaining to him that she specifically asked for a pet room 3 times when she called to make reservations and he kept almost arguing with her, telling her she was wrong. When I got up to the desk he said "what do you want?

Horrible experience
Booked a reservation for two nights. Had proof of such the only gave me 1 night and I had to create another reservation to stay. Owner told my kid if I didn’t book another reservation my son stuff would be his stuff that was left in the room Complete joke
Do not stay here.

Hot tub, decent breakfast. Will return.

Rooms were dirty, host was arguing with customers and cops were called. Host is rude. I tried to get out of there ASAP. Still got charged for a night I didn’t stay, but I didn’t want to argue and make a bad situation worse.

My husband and I are in the middle of a military move across country and we stopped here after driving all day. We got there around 3am, when my husband went inside an old man was sleeping in a chair and he had to wake him up. My husband asked if he had any pet friendly rooms and he said yes. My husband said to him that we had 2 dogs and they gave him a pet fee and gave us a room. Well about 2-3 hours after we checked out and left the manager called and told my husband that we had them in a non pet friendly room and that they're going to charge an extra $300 because we had dogs. The man over the phone was very very rude and said that pet friendly room are all on the first floor. Well how are we supposed to know that? We didnt pick our room it was given to us by the man that was half asleep! We called the hotel back that night to the man that was working that night, he was in denial and said that we did not ask for a pet friendly room when that was the first thing my husband asked. We mentioned to him about how he also called our room that night because we had a noise complaint from downstairs, and asked what was going on, my husband said it was the dogs that they were rowdy but that they were calming down and that we were going to bed and he said okay and hung up and said nothing about us being in a non pet friendly room.

They make you think of there attitude is this bad I don’t even want too see the room. Go to the BW Paradise instead.

When we made reservations we asked for a room that had view to parking so we could park motorcycles close when we pulled up Raj was there before we even parked showed us the window for our room and go ahead and park whow what fantastic service check in was easy and Raj was great was great stay thank you we will be staying on the ride back.

Hallways smelled like a phoney fake air scent. Room was decent, bathtub looks like it's been around since the great depression, but the shower head blasted the dirty right off my body. The toilet paper roll was put on backwards, big mistake. The garbage pails outside were all tipped over, unlike all the cows in beaver, which were cheerful. Could be better, could be worse.

Rooms are modern and clean. It's a great place to stop overnight. Good clean room and breakfast with free Wi-Fi. What more you need for a overnight stay.

Staff here is exceptional. Hands down would recommend this place to anyone passing through Beaver. Was having a bad time, but the staff made up for it and changed my mind completely on the entire situation. Give them a chance and you won’t regret it.

I cancelled my room on August 1 at 3:00 pm (NOT AUGUST 2), before the cancellation deadline but was still charged for it 4 days later. I actually received a confirmation of cancellation and I have sent this to the manager. Additionally, I've talked to the manager on the telephone three times. Each time he has been less than helpful and misleading in his directions. Very shady business dealings here. Not recommended!

Excellent hospitality. It is a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming with excellent services. It is pet friendly and they serve hot breakfast.

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel pretty worn down. Lots of wall scrapes/dents. AC worked fine. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean.

JUNE 15TH, 2018 We booked a room with the employee discount and when we arrived at the hotel they had cancelled our reservation. The man ahead of us booked a room so we know they had rooms available. Not cool. We went to the Comfort Inn and they honored the employee discount and it is a much nicer hotel.

Our stay at the quality Inn was Amazing! The staff members were always professional and friendly! They made my family feel right at home! One specific staff member Raj, went above and beyond from the time I made our reservation, to checking on us on a daily basis, and in checking us out! The overall property is very clean and well kept! The stay also included a wonderful breakfast buffet downstairs each morning! This was a very important, Sad and emotional visit for us, in losing my grandmother. What set’s this place apart from other motel’s, is that they are good listeners, they truly care about customer service. And it really show’s! I want to say Thank you again to Raj and his staff for this great experience we had staying at his property! I would highly recommended all of my family and friends to stay here at the quality Inn! Very good Hotel Quality Inn.

Not a good stay, got in late and found hair all over tub and smelled of urine. Had small kids and after we had already put the in bed had to get them up to move to a clean room. Then while showering lost all power and had to shower in the dark. No power even when we left. Breakfast was terrible nothing worked tables were dirty. Would not recommend to anyone.

Best experience we have had at a hotel in a while. They had everything we needed. Great hot breakfast. The pool was warm. Beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was incredible. I wish it was that good at our place. Great selection on the TV channels. We are definitely staying here again.

Comfortable motel if a little worn looking. The key cards didn't work very well and our door needed a good push to open. Breakfast was standard fare. They do have a waffle maker, though. Staff was friendly. $15/night for a pet.

Beaver, Utah is a small town. This stop for us is perfect. Great beds and sleep is a for sure thing. A little restaurant close by with very good food. If you have pets they are pet friendly. Big open area behind hotel.

I would highly recommend staying here. After a long day on the road it was nice to relax in a clean room, later soak in the indoor pool, and have a fine breakfast at the motel. The staff was extra nice and went above and beyond. Friendly and helpful. Also a very good price. Quiet room with no outside street noise. Honestly can not find anything to complain about. You really can't beat the price for what you're getting.

Visiting family in Beaver required us to be in a hotel over Christmas Eve and Christmas day. It could've been a bad experience, but it was great! It was conveniently located just off the freeway, we had a great view of the mountains, it was clean, quiet, everything worked, great Wi-Fi and nice sized flat screen TV. Nice microwave and fridge in our room and we'll as totally awesome breakfasts. I mean they were wonderful-sausage, eggs, juice, milk, cold cereals, yogurt, Danishes, muffins, waffles! Very helpful, friendly staff. I hope we get to go there again!

Got stuck here when the barrings in my trailer went out. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Staff was friends and the rooms were clean.

So glad we picked here to stop. Good prices, good complimentary breakfast, and an indoor pool. Plus a gas station is just a minute away so it was easy to wake up, eat, gas up and get back on the road.

F this place. Don't stay here. The guy working the front desk speaks very broken English and then gets mad at you when you don't understand him like it's your fault. The breakfast is lacking and they don't keep it stocked. Can't keep up with demand. There were probably only 10 people staying there that day, they still can't keep up. Plus, the rooms stink. They over charge. And one of my dogs almost ate a watch battery that the maid failed to pick up.

It was a quaint little hotel. Good location. Very clean. Food in walking distance.

Very nice rooms. Just stayed for a quick over night while traveling. They were very accommodating. Overnight clerk was very helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable. A. C. Worked great. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Best stay that we have had on our entire trip from Louisiana to Utah so far. Highly recommended.

Not a great experience! Specifically, not recommended for families. Upon arrival we received an extra charge, that we were unaware off. Website stated that they had guest laundry, which upon arrival we realized that was not true. As soon as we walked in the room, we realized the A/C cover was completely falling apart (no decency to making the room look presentable for guest). Breakfast was no good. I tried writing a detailed email to owners and I received a very short email response stating one of the issues.

Good midway points to/from vegas and salt lake city. The inn is in middle of nowhere. Very clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast is offered. Indoor pool/spa is small but a plus.

Easy access off the freeway, and the room rate was very reasonable. Rooms are big, nicely appointed, and clean. There is a nice family restaurant steps away for lunch or dinner, while breakfast is provided by the motel. There's a nice indoor pool, and pets are allowed for a nominal fee.

It was decent. You get what you pay for. The rooms were pretty nice and clean but nothing fancy. One of the key cards didn't work. It was quiet. Good variety of restaurants around.

Always seem to end up here, and always treated nicely by the owner. Very quiet and peaceful and fair priced and rustic like I like.

My wife and I are currently walking across the country and we had a really good experience at Camperland in Beaver. We were there in late July of 2012 and had a great site with electricity and water even for tent campers, and Andy was really helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Bathrooms/showers were clean, laundry was fairly priced, and we enjoyed our stay at Camperland for sure.

Warning! I should have known by the distinct smell of cat urine in the office, this place is bad. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. It's an overpriced, dirty campground. Keep driving or go to another Beaver Campground.
