Worst Hilton Ever! We were in town for a funeral and thought we would stay in comfort in this emotional time. Unfortunately that was not the case. We received Motel 6 quality for Hilton prices. The room was dirty/ dusty the AC vent was disgusting and the beds were horrible. Not only were they uncomfortable but the center braces was supported with wooden blocks like Jenga that just like in Jenga fell over our first night.

Remodeling going on but as always Hilton Hotels are great!

My husband and I always use Hilton when we travel. We were at the Tyler location May 24-26 and were so disappointed. The first room that we were in the air was not working and the hallway was very hot. We got a new room and it was late, we were very tired and just crawled in bed… the mattress was way too hard and made for a restless night, but the worst part was waking up to discover that we had slept in sheets with blood and fecal matter on them… GROSS! Front desk staff says they were washed just not bleached… I disagree because the stains were crusty and the exact stains were on the mattress under the sheets. I will never get into a hotel bed without checking the sheets first again. So disgusting. My husband spoke with the general manager and she offered Hilton points to compensate for it, but to date we have not received the points and she has not returned any of his messages.

I am totally pleased with the Hilton Garden Inn. The room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. But the best has been the staff. Everyone from the front desk all over the place, someone is saying is everything ok. And Miranda in the breakfast area this morning was so friendly and helpful. I was there on Saturday July 28, 2018. Everything was great. The lady work at the front desk name Megan was so kind and was greeting everyone with a welcome smile. She made sure we had what we needed when asked by my family and I. The crew that worked in the kitchen on Sunday was very kind as well. They got everyone breakfast out in good timing. My family and I will always choose this beautiful hotel.

The staff where awesome, loved the breakfast and the bar / restaurant, very good food.

I love this hotel. This was my home away from home for several years in a row. It's hands down the best Garden Inn I've ever stayed at anywhere. The staff is amazing. They know you by name and even put you in your favorite room without having to ask when they see your reservation. The suites are the best. I stayed in 108 more than I did my own room at home one year. Super roomy, cozy room. The breakfast is so good and even the service in the morning is great. Indoor pool/hot tub is just icing on the cake. Highly recommend this place even if it's just a night to get away. But always splurge and pay the extra few bucks and get the whirlpool suite. It's worth it totally.

Staff is wonderful, the room is peaceful and inviting. The shower is phenomal, I mean come on. I want a shower head that has options, not just the standard trickle and this place has options on their shower heads. Beds have an adjustment knob if you want less firm or more firm each side. Great resturaunts and the concierge will point you to great eats. You ok u need to do Stanley's pit bbq. I have enjoyed Tyler, TX for work but being able to laugh and joke with the employees and enjoy your room is a huge bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My wife and I had been traveling and stopped in Tyler on personal business. Our original intent was to drive home that afternoon, but it was getting late so we decided to stay overnight. We thought it might be fun to stay in a nicer hotel, and since it wasn't a planned visit we went with this one because our experience with the Hilton Hampton Inns has been largely positive. So, without doing any further research, we booked a suite with a whirlpool bath. The rooms in the suite were huge, but looked worn and in need of repair. The carpet, couch, and chairs look old and dirty. The kitchenette cabinets needed to be repainted. There were stains on the master bathroom walls. I guess housekeeping forgot to restock the towels and washcloths, but I picked up some at the front desk. The hallways and elevators were hot (outside temps in the 90s) and in desperate need of vacuuming. Also, no free breakfast and a very limited room service menu. My wife enjoyed our stay, but I couldn't relax there because it looked and felt dirty. I felt it was a waste of money for what we got out of it, especially considering that there is a very nice (and much cheaper) Best Western Plus nearby.

The hotel itself is great. The overnight clerk at the front though, attempted to be as of little help as possible when we had an issue with the A/C. Eventually we got another room, and it was fine. Wish the beds were a lil softer, but wasn't bad.

Great breakfast, nice room. Quiet. Friendly staff. Lovely facility. The only thing bad was that the staff had sprayed Febreze or something like it in the hall SO strongly that it was overpowering and set off my asthma, so I struggled with wheeziness all night long. I held my breath when I was walking down the hall after that. Terrible!

Staff was super friendly and facility was very clean. Great location. Also, beautiful running path. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy some of the amenities. Excellent breakfast!

Rooms were clean and comfortable and had the items you'd expect in a Hilton Garden Inn. We ate dinner and breakfast there and it was very disappointing compared to other Hilton Garden Inns. Nothing was cooked properly or plated appropriately. Service was below average. Overall the exterior is nicely landscaped but the lobby, in particular, could use a face lift.

Beautiful Hotel with very sweet, polite and accommodating staff. The food from the restaurant is amazing. I can't wait to stay here again.

Staff and building was great. Realxing scenery and hot tub and heated pool work great. All around that place to stay.

The room was clean, the service was good. The on-site restaurant was kind of junky in appearance, but the food was fantastic. One of the best burgers I've ever had, hands down. It's definitely a situation of not judging the book by its cover.

This is my third time starting here. Great value for price! Feel safe and well taken care of each time and that's why we keep returning.

While the room was clean, it did seem a bit grungy. Air flow was a definite opportunity in the bathroom, and the thermostat failed to maintain temp. I feel that the facility may be a bit dated and in need of an update. The service was accomadating and attentive.

I was booked here for a few nights while doing some job training here in Tyler. Hotel grounds were nice, and the rooms were clean. It was nice having an indoor pool and hot tub, along with a fitness center.

Great service! The manager was so nice to upgrade me to a suite with a jetted tub and I was given free bottled at check in. The hotel itself is very nice and clean! Definitely will stay here again.

The beds were not too hard, but also not too soft. The people their were also nice. The housekeeping would always smile whenever we walked by. The pool was also clean. They provided many towels and a place to put them after they had been used. It was a good stay.

Clean rooms, friendly attentive staff. The made to order breakfast was delicious. The front desk personal are super energetic and helpful. Danny was super great during my stay telling us were all the best places to eat.

Just a beautiful hotel! Not only were the rooms top-notch, but the staff was amazing! They left a plate of cookies and milk with a personalized little welcome note for me! Not to mention, their breakfast buffet was killer! Waffle maker, made-to-order omelettes, fresh fruit and juices.

Great location for restaurants and right on a running path for those that like that. Secluded but right on a main street. Rooms are great as well.

Clean rooms, attentive staff. The breakfast is awesome. Service was fast and the breakfast chefs will prepare your order pronto. The best deal in town.

My room was in good shape, very clean with sheets on the pullout bed. The microwave and fridge in the room were also clean. They were also hosting an assisted living community that had been evacuated from hurricane Harvey, but inside the room you REALLY couldn't tell.

Staff were extremely friendly, place was well maintained and very clean. Didnt stay overnight but would definitely consider it if I needed a place to stay in the area. They were letting hurricane victims have free room and board with meals. That's a class act.

This is a very nice family hotel, all the interior looks recently decorated, not sure when it was built. Breakfast is not included but we got a "bed & breakfast" rate which got us cooked-to-order omelets etc. + buffet of waffles, muffins, yogurt, juices, etc. For 2 adults & 1 child for $10. Everything was delicious. "Cooked to order" food is brought to your table. And since breakfast isn't "free", it resulted in a much more pleasant experience in the breakfast area (not overrun w/unsupervised children getting free food). There is complimentary coffee in the lobby — quality was unremarkable, but it is available. There is a nice paved trail & creek running just behind the hotel, great for getting out kids' energy. The room (2 queen beds) was lovely and roomy & comfortable. The only downside to the room was that the basin, toilet, & shower were all behind the bathroom door — makes "sharing" for multiple occupants a little harder. However I would definitely stay here again. Restaurant & full bar onsite. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

In town for family wedding. Very good breakfast options. Air conditioning was weak at times and the building oddly got hot. Bed had "adjustable" firmness but really just felt like it was two different levels. Altogether a good hotel experience.

Really liked the hotel! The bed had a softness seeing which was nice. I like the room really cool and the AC worked great in late April. Has a hot tub and pool, weight room. Yes would definitely stay they again.

Easy to get to and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Overall very clean and bright atmosphere. Would be five stars but the select comfort bed did not work and no HGTV available.

Just the best! The room was clean and well maintained. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This is the only hotel we will stay in Tyler. We will also look for Garden Hiltons in other places.

Man I absolutely love everything about this place so everytime I come to Tyler it is to this place I stay. From the breakfast to the jacuzzi and pool to the dine and bar it is the best by far. Try the suit and be amazed fa sure.

The Jacuzzi suite is great! We had our Son and he enjoyed a bath in the Jacuzzi and its seperated living space with pullout sofa was perfect! Indoor Pool is a plus.
The beds are adjustable for comfort but with both sides set exactly the same there was this uncomfortable dip in the middle and there was no free breakfast. For the price breakfast should be included especially for the suites.

AMAZING! Arrived late in the night, staff was super nice, helped w/ everything. Rooms are spacious, sleek and comfortable. Breakfast was good and yes you have to pay for it. (If you want free breakfast-go stay in a hotel where you can hear all the doors slam)! By far the NICEST place to stay in Tyler!

Friendly service and very nice, clean building. If I had to find a negative, it was that my bed squeaked every time I rolled over, but I survived. ;-)

Was easy to get too. Rooms where comfortable and clean. Had free Wi-Fi.

The beds were adjustable, so we could make each side harder or softer. The front desk staff were great. The breakfast, though, was horrible. After being in many hotels, I've come to expect complimentary breakfasts, but apparently Hilton isn't rich enough. A single omelet costs $10.95! Nothing else is priced, but they charge $6 for a waffle that you make for yourself! Every thing that is offered for breakfast has an expensive price, that they don't disclose to you until after you've eaten. I won't be back, that's for sure.

Great service, poor quality of rooms. It's just a little older and the building itself wasn't secure. The door on the side of the building wouldn't close properly and the beds were uncomfortable.

Had an amazing stay here thanks to a remarkable staff member Terry! The room was very spacious and clean, and the whole staff seemed like they just wanted our stay to be as convenient as possible.

What an amazing place to stay! Everything was perfect: the pool, hot tub, breakfast buffet (with fresh fruit! ), beds, cleanliness and the super friendly staff! Our stay was effortless and we will definitely be back!

We stayed here with my wedding party for my wedding. Everything was great! The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast downstairs in the morning was awesome! Definitely will stay there again if we are ever back in Tyler, TX.

Staff was very rude. Beds were uncomfortable. Entire lobby was under construction and dust and dirt was everywhere. Breakfast was not complimentary. Sat down at table and was not acknowledged for over 15 minutes so I walked out and had breakfast at a fast food chain. I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed in all brands under the Hilton name and was very disappointment after staying here. I feel sorry for the residents and visitors of Tyler if this is the best this town has to offer. Save your money and drive 30 minutes east or west and stay in a hotel that cares about their guest. I will never stay here again.

Nice hotel but I was disappointed that the breakfast was so much money per person. The beds were hard as a rock so my husband and I hardly slept. The presentation of the hotel was beautiful but unfortunately they won't be getting our business again.
