The Inn was a bit sketchy. You get what you pay for and the price was fairly cheap. The staffs were friendly and the room was decently clean but that's about it.

The clerk who checked us in gave us one story on the phone and another when we got there. Was rude and not customer orientated. The rooms were border line prehistoric. Beds uncomfortable and horribly made. Pool was filthy and the Jacuzzi Luke warm. Continental Breakfast and lady working front desk when we left was much nicer and customer orientated. Hotel is in horrible need of an update.

Young lady that checked us in was nice, got to room and it has a 1998 big box TV lol that u have to get up and turn volume up and down then NO towels in room asked for towels then 20 min later asked again got towels from some rude lady then our other room had no towels so I go to front desk and tell them some goofy eye guy tells me they have none I said would have been nice to know his first words were do you want a refund how nice lol the place is trash just like the so called manager.

For the price its comfortable. Great spot to take out your furr babies. Good location.

If I was allowed to rate this place below one star, I sure the hell would do just that. I was publicly humiliated by shelly, a manager or the front offices help, by being called a damn drug addict, amongst other things. Because of a fight that I had no part of. Karma's coming for you, shelly. Thanks everyone for reading my post. Let's rid this world of any kind of discrimination once and for all!

The staff is very nice and helpful but the rooms are not nice. The carpet have what looks like oil stains all over it, the towel looks dirty, the tub doesn't look clean dirt stains all over it, and the T. V don't have NO remote. The good thing is Wal-Mart is right next door so I was able to get clean towels and cleaning supplies. If I wasn't broke down and could've gotten my money back I would have left. I will not stay at this location again.

The two rooms we booked smelt horrible. The front desk claimed that one of the rooms we were in had new furniture. That was a big fat lie! The chairs & carpet were stained. We didn't have enough bath towels. No iron or ironing boards in the rooms. My stay was not worth the $$ I paid. Upon check out, I asked the front desk for the number to corporate and she stated that she didn't know it. Of course! So she asked me to leave my name and number and she would have a manager call me. I'm still waiting and it's almost been a week. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a dump site just making $$ off of innocent people.

I was ate up on my right arm by bed bugs. The carpet wasnt really clean and the tub was dirty. There was no other rooms in town available so I had no other choice. The lady in the front was the best she should be working at a better place.

Front desk clerk nice. Room had bed bugs and smelled horrible, and was moldy. Wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here.

It's neat and clean even a little sloppy. I ordered non-smoking area and the room stinked of cigar.

Check in was super easy. The room was clean but I thought it could use a thicker blanket and the metal to the vent was in the tub when I went to look at the restroom. They have a pool and hot tub. But they're in 2 seperate areas.

Decent stay for a couple nights. Old shampoo and conditioner dispensers should be disposed of and the cleaning could be a bit better.

Decent prices everything worked fine, rooms where a little musty smelling but nothing some air fresher didn't clear up.

Big Boxer running loose no lead on. Mgr complained about my small dogs that were on a leashstrange drug activity. And strange woman knocking on my door.

I know a huricane just hit, but all of the rooms were nasty. I also had the guest next to my room ask me if I had any cocain. Kind of shady. Word of advice, I personally wouldn't leave any of my personal belongings in my room.

This place sucks… no washing machines no pool and breakfast is frozen waffles. And we got charged 92 dollars a night. Please never go to this Roach infested bed beg swarmming cest pool of a hotel.

The guys who run the place gave me a great deal after I had a bad experience at another hotel and even matched the lowest price I had found for a week stay anywhere else in Victoria. Room was large and neat with a REAL mattress, normal sized fridge that has an ICE MAKER.

Great rates and customer service. The "continental breakfast" is less than desirable (cereal, eggo's, muffins, and bagels). You can eat at the tables in the hall but better if you take it back to the room. There is a lounge, but it's not a classy lounge and closes early on weekends. Rooms could use some updating. (tiled ceilings, old decrepit bathroom hardware)

It has a pool and jacuzzi?. The rooms need a little updated but the rate is good. It was quiet with cold a. C.

Nice check area, lounge, and breakfast. When I got to room slight second hand smoke smell, towels worn put, and then bed covers.

Affordable! the bed was awesome comfortable alot of pillows staff was nice. I will stay again when im back in town!

Worst hotel ever. Doors wouldn't lock, air conditioning not working and lamps had their power cords cut off. On top of all that the staff is rude. When we arrived the room we got first the door wouldn't lock from the inside and the lamps cords were cut. So they moved us to a new room. That room the air conditioning didn't work. And when I asked to be moved again they gave me an attitude and said that will be the last time because the manager was getting upset. So I told them its not my fault that their maintenance. Worst one night experience ever wouldn't recommend it to nobody.

Good staff. Has a nice little bar inside. Great place to crash or if traveling and don't want to spend a lot of money.

I wouldn't even give this place a star but I had too in order to do a review. This place is disgusting. Pubes on the wall's. Toilet was not cleaned, there were chunks of soap on the wall. There was urine on bowl. Sheets had crumbs and all sorts of stuff on them. Floor was dirty. One lamp even looked like it had been punched because the shade was still dented in. 5 lamps in this room, 1 worked. The Vanity is filthy! Locks on door are rusted. Curtains are stiff and sticky and cover ac… most of all you don't even want to touch a single thing in this room without worrying about taking home bed bugs or who knows what! Do. Not. Stay. Here. The people who rated this place 5 star either works here or are disgusting pigs themselves!

Stayed one night with my family, woke up telling them we could have breakfast and went over and the indian or whatever he was in the front desk was trying to charge me an extra fee for breakfast? Nonetheless started our day off bad having to argue with him. Terrible service!

I have read the reviews of this hotel from 3-5 years ago and must say they are horrible. I chose to stay at this hotel because of it's convenience. Yes the hotel is an older building but must say the customer service at the front desk was the best I have encountered in a long time. They made me feel very welcomed and answered all my questions regarding restaurants and sights to see in Victoria. The room we stayed in was very clean and the style was that of a high quality hotel. The pillows were the bomb! Also the convenience of having a Walmart right next door was even better. The price was very affordable. The bartender in their lounge was just a doll. If I ever pass this way again I will stay at America's Best Value Inn. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. PS leaving reviews up of a place that happened years ago is totally unjust. This is 2015 get with the program people.
