Very safe and friendly people. Great quiet location.

The night staff was very accommodating to my request despite being reluctant. The room was very clean and I slept VERY well. But this place HAS GOT to do something about their mosquito infestation. It's no different than bed bugs, pests are pests and some of us have allergic reactions to bug bites.

Very Nice & Courteous Staff made visiting where I was raised even more pleasant! Till next time!

If you've been to courtyard then you know what to expect, but this is at upper end. Everything really nice and new, very comfortable bed, clean and friendly service. Food and beverage at breakfast were great.

One of the best Marriott properties. For being in nowhere close to a big city Texas, this hotel was new, modern and had all the amenities I needed. Great place. Great staff.

Solid hotel with a great staff. Rooms are always clean with all the amenities you would expect to have. Most importantly the bathrooms are always well kept. Will stay again when needed. Room service is quick and quite tasty. I particularly like the chicken pot pie.

Receptionist was friendly and explained breakfast times. Very nice, clean rooms. Excellent. Movies was next door, mall all.

The accomadations were great! The staff was great! But our reservations stated that we were to have continental breakfast which we paid extra for, but they did not have it at this location.

Nice facility plenty of choices near by for food and some staple stores close. But be aware in the evenings the blue collar crowd arrives. The staff keeps it to a minimum but parking can get a little challenging at times.

Staff was very accommodating and polite. Hotel was very clean and posh. Would gladly stay again.

We had a graduation party for our son. Everyone was very helpful. Joe did an Excellent job making sure everyone & everything was taken care of. All of our guest said he gave them a warm welcome. The bartender was VERY helpful as well. Brenda did an EXCELLENT job in helping us reserve the Event room & hotel rooms as well. They all did a great job. We enjoyed. We will be returning!

A very nice luxury place to stay. The rates r very reasonable… even more w AARP membership. The staff r very courteous always willing to assist u. Great atmosphere. Walking distance to movie theater & mall. Actually ur in the center to a wide range of places to shop & eat. The rooms… the beds pillows r to die for. So comfortable. No problem falling asleep. We stayed an extra night because it was so comfortable. Lol but true.

Poor customer service… overbooked our room this weekend. Never again… Victoria is horrible customer service… coaching and training is needed.

Great friendly staff, quick easy check in. The room was very nice and clean, didn't use the pool so can't comment on that. The bistro is very limited on drinks but still pleasant. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that plans on staying in town.

Rooms great, staff friendly. Just one thing to comment. As I checked in, the front desk mentioned it was Happy Hour in the bar so I stopped and ordered a drink. Crown and club soda. They opened a bottle of club soda that had been already opened and poured it in my drink. I said "it's flat" and they opened a fresh one and remade the drink. Happy Hour price and that one shot drink was $10.63. Not everyone that stays in hotels is on an expense account.

This is by far the best upscale hotel in Victoria. Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend.

Location is really convenient for who travel out the. Across the hotel is Victoria Mall and right next to is the movie theater, also close to the grocery stores such as Target, Walmart… and restaurants such as Red Lobsters, Fire Steakhouse Sub… I booked the King size room with the pool view and I love how the interior design looks like. Really simple but modern style that's how I like. Friendly and helpful hotel receptionist is other thing making me recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located walking distance from The Victoria Mall, movie theater and restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, no sticky floors, plenty of towels, and smelled fresh. Hotel comes with nice amenities such as laundry room, fitness room, business center, outdoor pool, and a fire pit. Too bad there is no free breakfast, but there is a nice bistro inside with a bar.

The staff is great from top to bottom! From the manager Oscar, Brenda in sales, front desk Adriana, the ladies in the Bistro, the maintenance team and housekeeping is the best! I'm here on business every monday and they've been consistent every since!

Nice hotel, convenient to the location of Victoria Comic Con where I was working, very comfortable and accommodating.

The hotel was very nice and I really enjoy the fact that the hotel has a bistro. My only complaint was that the soap holder in the shower had a thick layer of soap scum on it.

As always, very pleased with the Courtyard. This time, decided to make use of the "pack & play/crib" offered at the hotel instead of folding & loading mine up. My 1 year old OBVIOUSLY had no complaints!

We had an incredible stay-cation here! The GM went above and beyond to make us feel special. We enjoyed being close to the mall & the movie theatre! I highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms were very clean and accessible. The pool was clean and the staff were extremely nice. The bar was very stocked.

The staff all around were very polite! The hotel from front to back, inside and out look very nice and well decorated. They have a pool and hot tub located outside in the back. They also have a small bistro/bar in the lobby. They have laundry and a gym. There is a movie theater next door as well as a mall across the street along with a few food places nearby the mall. The rooms were very clean as I stayed in 2 different ones. Overall happy with my stay and would stay again if in the area.

Cons: Only hotel in Texas with No Free Coffee in Lobby in the morning. Water not drinkable due to Harvey, no free drinking water provided, bring enough money to buy your drinking water. Food in the restaurant is unaffordable. Pros: Friendly staff, they say no very nicely to free drinking water and free coffee. Decorated very nicely. All staff alway ha a friendly greeting.

We stayed there during Harvey… the staff was the best with all that was going on… we stay there a lot and this is why we keep going back… it suffered damage during the Hurricane… and the staff kept us safe and sound… thank courtyard Victoria…

Always a pleasant experience at the Courtyard Marriott in Victoria. Comfortable, clean rooms and convenient access to food (and the mall). No complimentary breakfast, which was somewhat disappointing… and nobody ever asked for my member ID number. Guess I will have to call them later to do that part. Overall, pleasant stay, but could use a little improvement.

Wow is all I can say. This place was great! I was in town for my son and daughter in laws baby shower and I was treated like a queen here. When I first arrived they have me a welcome gift of bottled water and snack. I was starving. They also let me check I nearly so I could change after my long drive before the baby shower. The room was so nice and clean and very big. I was able to order a light dinner when I got back around 8 that evening. The lady behind the counter of both the front fest and the restaurant were great. Everyone was very friendly. This seems to be the newest hotel in Victoria. The price was great too. Would stay here again for sure.

They were very accommodating. I loved the green light on the top of the building. Easy to find our way back. I would come back again and again.

Google Maps will take you to the wrong place. The hotel is actually located just north of the movie theater on the west side of the Mall.
