Stayed in the room for two nights, when we were leaving I thought I’d be helpful to house keeping and take the sheets off the bed. Which made this syringe fall out right in front of my one year old son. I had been apparently sleeping on this for two nights. I complained and wasn’t offered a refund. When I asked, the desk guy implied I put it there since I had been there two nights and just noticed. Speaking to the general manager, he offered me a one night refund and also implied that it could’ve been placed by me because he knows the room was cleaned and asked questions like “did you not pull the covers back? ” And suggested it may just be an insulin needle. It’s not my job to check my room over for needles before me and my family sleep in it, and insulin or drug needle aside I don’t want to be sleeping on someone’s syringe. I don’t feel this situation was handled professionally and obviously, I don’t recommend.
Great service everyone here is so friendly. I'll be coming back for sure.
