I stayed here a few weeks ago n the rooms are not at all what's on website… The room had hundreds of roaches n the lights didn't work. Plus no phones in room u have to buy your toilet paper at the front desk for a $1 I called office get money back n they wouldn't. They sent security to move us rooms n that room was worst… For $57 I could stayed somewhere else nice with phone n no bugs! This place don't deserve no Star…

Total shock. I was in town for a conference and left at 8:00 a. M. And returned at 9:15 p. M. Too find my luggage in the parking lot and 3 women and 2 men going through it and I walked in the room the door was propped open with a chair. I noticed a strange smell and lots of glass and beer cans. I turned around and then the people with my items set what they didn’t want on fire and drove off I called 911 as I was running to the lobby. The lady at the front desk obviously had me extremely confused with someone else because she told me they didn’t want my kind there and I needed to leave or charges would be filed and my credit card was charged for $600 room damage. I have proof where I was and took pictures of the people with my items and luggage on fire. I am a paralegal and the attorney I work for and myself are going all the way. People should pray for the owners and all people staying there. I lost over $4500.00 in that room (make up, clothes, lap top and printer). I was totally abused. I will pray they have a heart and do what’s right.

Ok place… Price is good for what you pay… Office staff are super nice and so is security…

Affordable. And if you need anything the staff and security are always happy to help. It's a fixer upper but they are making noticable improvements daily.

It's a nice cheap place to stay if you need extended type stays. It's older and could use some upgrades. Which they are starting. Friendly staff. Only wish they were more pet friendly. I was told no pets. Then after checking in I saw lots of people with dogs. I would even pay extra for the privilege to have my dog with me. But other then that awesome rates.

Staff very nice and understanding. There bad were ever you go even River oaks people get shot and killed so it ain't about the area about people in the area.

I only gave it one star becaus I had to. I waa shown a room with one with two beds it was roaches everywhere, stained walls, broken closet door it look like it was hanging by a thread, couch was stained all over with black stuff. Front desk was nice tho. But hotel is cheap but for how gross it is they could lower the rate $50 to $60 less it is just not kept up at all housekeeping maintenance slackin!

Crappy ran down place, people were getting shot at the store behind it. It's full of trashy drug heads even the people who manage and maintain the place are on drugs. I would never stay there. It's unsafe and you would probably catch something or get robbed.

Very friendly staff, great location before 1960 near places to eat.

Place was filthy Management was rude No landline in room Roach infested.

Absolutely disgusting. The TV didn't work there were no lights in the bathroom the bed looked nasty. I will never stay here again.

Wish I could give less then this! The rooms are filthy! All kinds of people walking around. Found a CRACK PIPE in the bedroom! The stove was nasty the TV had no remote. The TV wouldn't even change channels. I called the front desk and the lady had a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE! I may needed the room because of FEMA but they need to remove this location because it is horrible! Me and my kids left the same day and I will never recommend this place to anyone not even in another city. My experience was a nightmare!

Its just a temporary fix for now. Not the best, but not the worse. U just have to make the best of it. It's better than a shelter where there is any n everything.

Been here a month they fired the guy that cared about the place so it's rapidly declining downhill.

Really bad experience. TV didn't work, no one would look at fixing it. Room wasn't very clean. Had no cell phone service in there. People in lobby were no help for anything. You do not want to stay there.

Reminxded me of the Queens Projects in NYC, one place right on top of each other.

It's the lowest priced place in the area that actually cares about its business. The new owners are spending a lot time and money to make it the best extended stay in more than a million different ways. They are renovating everything and even building a restaurant next to the pool. They understand the condition it is in because of the previous owners and are doing everything possible to make the customers happy. The maitance crew are fast know exactly how to get things done. I would come back again and again every time I'm in the area just to see how it has improved. They are even renovating a lot of the large rooms to accommodate the local school uti, by offering them a special price for the students that want to roommate together as well as special pricing for our nations veterans.

Not horrible. Been here 5 months and things have improved. The room is just right for me at this time. Seems expensive but with no extra bills and friendly house keeping, it works for me. Love the Wi-Fi and big screen TV.

It's excelent service and good rooms.

In the first room that they put us in, both the shower and the a/c didn't work at all and the room smelt of urine. There was mold in the room as well. The second room they put us in had dirty sheets, the shower worked but there was no hot water, and there was mold in this room too. This room had a terrible smell of cigarette smoke. Finally, the 24-hour desk was locked with a deadbolt and there was no one inside when we were checking out.

I decided I couldn't stay single a refund and left. They still charged my card and now won't answer my calls.

Worst place… like 3rd world country… no respect… full of drunks, pimps hoes and addicts. Wouldn't stay there again if I was paid too…

One of the worst motels I've been too. You ask them to replace something they give u something that is more fucked up! Small roaches smh u won't get no sleep due to loud people and car horns. Cops stay over there. The only thing comes good out of it is Cheap monthly rates. Don't waste your time. Rude manger and the people at the front desk is ok.

Very old and outdated. Not a very safe place due to prostitution and a lot of drug activity. Staff is friendly and nice but the room that I stayed in was the complete opposite. Hair in bathtub that was clearly not mine. Carpets are made of this old material and sticky in spots. The air conditioner had dust in it. They just don't care to clean it properly. Go anywhere but here. Sleeping in your car might be much suitable. Also the photos that they have are over exaggerated. They might've cleaned really good and then took the photos… it doesn't really look like that.
