Love it is worth it. Good staff.

Lovely hotel very welcoming guest attendents. Always on top of everything. Very attentive to guest relations problem if there are any.

Very nice staff, helpful. Rooms are decent. Laundry room is sufficient with more than one washer and dryer. Only complaint is that they could have used a few more larger styled rooms for long term business guests.

Nice people and that matters when your having a hustle and bustle day in the heat. Smiles and greetings with warm ❤ count. True blessings.

The rooms are ok for what they are. However, apparently some parents chose to let the hotel staff be their daycare while they're in their room. Two young boys about 4 and 5 years old are always down watching TV in the lobby. That's ok but put some cloths on your kids. The youngest is there right now with only a t-shirt on laying all over the furniture. I wonder if it would be ok if I did the same? If you can't stand for your kids to be in the room with you, then go rent an apartment so they have room to roam.

So far so good. Clean room, comfortable bed with decent kitchen. Good cardio equipment in workout room.

Very nice hotel. Cost a lot though. $75 pet fee, and no complimentary breakfast. But the bed and room were very nice!

Very curtious staff, free washer and dryers. There's a gym with a tv. I sleep good here. What more could I ask?

Lumpy, old, the mattresses need changed. I woke with a really bad pinched nerve in my back. Took three days of great beds to get rid of the pinch.

I made a reservation using IHG points. Check in was pleasant, there was a $10 hold on my card for incidentals released the next day. I had a regular suite on the 3rd floor. When I entered the room I was immediately hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. I left and went back down to the check in desk. Where I talked to the same lady and she told me she could only spray the room or put an ozone machine in the room, but could not switch my room. I hate cigarette smoke and the whole reason I booked here was because they are a smoke free facility. Thankfully the Owner or Manager was there and was very nice and MADE her switch my room to the only room left that was a larger suite. It was a nice room, but the chair was pretty worn and the remote to the TV didn’t want to work. But it was clean. Smelled clean. Nice shower. Comfy Bed. All the plates and cookware you need in the kitchen. Good parking. Fair amount of road noise. I did like the vanity type area in the bedroom. This facility is also close to any kind of food or shopping you would want to do.

Booked a room to attend a funeral here. Check in went so-so. Asked for a late checkout as Funeral was at 10 am followed by lunch at 11. Clerk said I can do 12:30 instead of noon. I said that will not work and was told 1 was best they could do. Get to room and furniture was old and surface of chair was peeling off and looked nasty. TV was very difficult to operate as well. Otherwise room was ok. Get back after the funeral the next day by 12:30 so we can hurry and pack up our two pets that travel with us and walk by front desk and manager and another employee see us walk by, same manager that I verified my 1 pm late checkout as I was trying to push it back further and was told no had to have room clean by 3 pm (get real). When I got to room the key was already canceled, she saw me walk by on my way up. I can back down and explained what happened when the manager snapped at my and was trying to blame it on the "system". She continued to get irate with me as I was trying to figure out what happened now remember I just returned from a funeral and she knew this. As I am walking away she starts talking out loud saying very rude things about me so I hollered back do to have a problem with me and she hid behind a wall. We got our stuff together and brought it out to find her sitting in her suv in a handicap parking spot with no handicap plate or hang tag. Needless to say I will not be back here.

Very clean, comfy and cozy. Great customer service. Everything offered here that's needed for extended stay.

The hotel is located in a busy part of town off of a busy road which makes it hard to get into the hotel. The room is quite small compared to other extended stays. First thing I see when I open the door is a brown leather recliner with a good portion of the brown worn off where one would rest his head and place ones arms on the chair. I found a huge hole/rip in the comforter and the curtain are heavily stained with something. I did read that housekeeping only comes by every 7 days and there is no Continental breakfast. All things that I have received at other extended stays.

Great staff, super clean rooms, close to everything. Can't wait to get back here.

Tall shower heads! I dont have to duck, which is rare and amazing. Overall good hotel. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchenette has everything I need.

Staff is super friendly. My room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfy and the a/c was cool. What more could I ask for?

Very good hotel with a lot to offer! Gym is kind of small. Full kitchenettes in rooms are very good. Hotel had a sort of "cleaning supplies" smell; however, you get used to it very quickly. Air conditioning is either very hot or very cold, but staff were very nice and rooms were clean I and would recommend the hotel to anybody.

First time here and the staff is amazing! They accommodate you in every way possible and treat you like family! Would highly recommend this place!

It is the ideal place to stay. The rooms are superb, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean, and 1 of the best places I've stayed. Everyone is WELCOME here!

I was only looking for a place to stay for the night for buisness and I made a mistake on my booking and Miss Heather Scott was very patient and helped me fix my dumb mistake that I made. I will return to this hotel only cause of the excellent customer service by Heather Scott.

Trashy hotel trashy staff this candlewood is horrible don't stay here the very greedy foreign owner charged me for smoking in the rooms and I don't even SMOKE! I try to plead my case they had some bs pic of food still got charged 250 I would rather sleep in my car than ever stay in a candlewood again.

Excellent Studio Room, clean, freshly painted with a pleasant staff.

They had great quality of service. Had a meeting in the conference room, and needed more space then what was first planned for. The staff jumped right into service helping accommodate everything we needed. Will be using their services again!

We normally stay at your competitors down the road. My grandchildren and I loved our stay and our room. The free laundry, kitchen and living space is great. When in Baytown again I will definitely be staying here. Staff is amazing too.

Comfortable, friendly and clean. Make sure you bring your toiletries though because only hand/face soap and shampoo are complimentary.
