The people are friendly. The office staff is interested more in selling their homes than the RV's. When arriving no employee helps direct the RV'r to their sites. Thank goodness for good neighbors helping. If you have a dog — Don't expect your pet has room to run. They have two dog parks which are about 20 by 20 feet. The fence is a 5 foot all wood wall.

Clean, well maintained park with super friendly residents and staff. We felt right at home from the very first day.

The facilities are first class. Even have 'extra' equipment so you can play pickleball, shuffleboard, pool, and exercise equipment. Everything is CLEAN and well kept. Even office staff is willing to assist anytime you ask. We looked at many other parks in the valley since this is our first year here and we will come back here in future.

It is so clean. Nice very quiet. Nice people. Lot of activities to do. Beautiful, place.

Great Three months here in RGV of TX. Rec Hall very clean beautiful pool alway Hot. We looked at other parks in the area not as nice as this one. The staff and the people live in the park from very very friendly.

It's a great place to be when it's warm or somewhat cool. The pool is heated and the hot tub is relaxing.

The best park in the valley. Wonderful people including management. Lots to do n participate in. Always great entertainment n dances. People come from other parks regularly to enjoy our entertainment and dances.

Put on some good shows but need to teach their residents how to shut up when performers are on stage. Very rude.

I've lived in the Rio Grande Valley 6 years full time, and lived in 4 mobile home parks by now. Everyone I know say CdV is "the party park, " as the people who live there are fun. I have been dancing there several times, and last Saturday was bored with the band, so went wandering around the big recreation area. Was I impressed! They have two jigsaw puzzle tables going, a library that's nicely arranged, several rooms for cards or meetings or quilting or other stuff. Very clean. There were tables with all the activities going on, such as bike excursions, trips, Wellness screenings occurring there, and even a defensive driving course by AARP! The dance hall has a wood floor, the good kind, for dancers with bad, or good, knees. I don't know the price of rent there. I prefer to live in a park where I own my own land, which isn't any more expensive than paying $350 a month for rent at such a place. If you want lotsa activities to keep you busy, this would be a good place to go to. A guard gate there, but never seen a guard at it during the dances.

Clean and spacious, a nice size RV Park with the amenities of larger parks. Very friendly and makes you want to return year after year❗️Our home away from home ❗️

We were there for the first time as winter Texan in 2015. Everyone made new comers feel very welcome. In the three months we stayed there we met a lot of friends. There were things to do everyday with the group and you were warmly welcome as a new person. We will be going back there the next time we want to get away for the winter.

Great Park with large lots and friendly people. We have been here over 10 years. Nice amenities and close to almost everything. Highly recommended.

Visually a very nice park. Most lots are filled with repeat customers. They are like a big group that doesn't welcome outsiders. Not for anyone trying to find a home away from home.
