Office as like other Indian places… smells of curry… yuck… nothing spectacular, for the price you would expect better. Ants outside door, faucet dripped all night, older decor. Like I said… for the price they are gouging… would expect more. But it is muleshoe texas.

It's getting a bit run down. But the customer service was great and the owner made sure I had 3 beds in the room.

Best place in this hole in the wall.

Non English speaking attendant at the front desk so language barrier was an issue. Overall, very poor customer service. Beds are not queen size as advertised — very uncomfortable, room dirty although AC worked great. Breakfast was limited to cereal and waffles only. We will not be returning. Pictures online were very deceiving.

This place turned out to be a disaster. Dirty sheet with blood spots. When reported, angered the owner, yelling and thrashing sheets. Threatening to throw guests out.

Worst place to stay. There was blood and hair on a clean bed. No hot water, the man that works in the office was very hateful slammed the window in my face because I wanted them to remake the bed. Came to my room and wanted me too make the bed. Then told my husband he was checking us out at midnight. Will be turning them in to BBB as well as health department.

Friendly people. Decent hotel room.

We love that it's quiet, the beds are comfortable and even over that you motel that went up at the south end of town we feel more at home. There's a good eating place within a block or two.

Very good beds, but no queen available with ADA facilities, so 4 people on 2 double beds. Worn and thin towels. No protein available for breakfast. The pool was closed during our visit.

Found bed bug on pillow. Caught it and took it to the front desk. Owner agreed to change room but that was it. I asked for a discount or a refund as I couldn't be sure the next room was clean and he refused. He did say sorry.

I was driving across the state and was getting too tired to drive anymore. Luckily I found this place nearby and called to see if they had any rooms for the night. They did and I was there fifteen minutes later. Such comfortable and easy atmosphere. I was so exhausted that I would have been happy with a tiny room and a single bed. But it was actually very spacious and clean. Bathroom was tidy and bed was comfortable. Just the right kind of stop for a weary traveler. They were not serving breakfast the next day, but apologized profusely. Thankful for the comfort end hospitality offered on such short notice.

Do not stay at Heritage House Inn in Muleshoe Texas! The rooms are over run with termites! When this was reported to the attendant at the front desk (which, by the way, she couldn't have been older than 14) there was absolutely no concern AT ALL! I had called ahead to make sure it was OK if we stayed past the usual check out and the manager told us "Yes, you can check out at Noon". Of course at 11 am he was knocking on our door demanding we leave. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! I give this place one star ONLY because there must be a star chosen in order to post this!

We stayed here in January of 2013. I am happy to say that it exceeded our expectations for the area, and for a modest price. The room not only looked clean, it smelled clean. There was a very comfortable recliner in the room, as well as a flat screen TV, great mattress, and nice sheets — far above most thin ones you often find in a motel. The motel has been very well cared for, and we would definately stay again.

I'm from Alamogordo NM and on 6/4/2012 I stayed at Heritage House Inn and I always depend on the reviews when making a choice as to where I do business. All the motels in this town had bad reviews, I was in Muleshoe to do Business the following morning so I checked out Heritage House Inn and was very surprised to find how nice it was, Huge Room, Very Clean, Quite, Free Breakfast. Employees was Very Nice and helpful. I want to say THANK YOU and I will stay here anytime I'm in this area. They also have Truck Parking.

I walked into the lobby and there was toys all over the place and a little boy jumping from couch to couch. I continued to the front desk and was meeted there by a young lady that was paying more attention to her son saying his name over and over. "Drew Drew Drew" I just walked out.
