After 8 hours of driving this little place looked like Heaven! The beds where clean the room looked better than I would expect for $50 a night. It was a comfortable stay and the owners where very nice.
We were traveling from Santa Fe to the Austin area and needed a place to stay for the night after all that driving. Very disappointed in the room. It was dirty, the TV didn't work, and the deadbolt to the door was broken. We ended up sleeping on top of the bed because it looked dodgy, and barricading ourselves in the room because of the lock not working which did not make for a decent night's sleep. Giving 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. Don't waste your money on this dump. Spend a little more and stay at Heritage House. Their place is clean, safe and quiet, unlike this place.
