They are burglars, I left my purse in the room, 5 minutes later, I come back, my purse is open and under the mattress, there was no cash on the purse. The lady who was cleaning our room said she did not take anything. Becarful don't coming here.

Very convenient location.

The staff was not helpful. It was extremely loud and noisy. The doors are very heavy and so no matter how much you try to close them lightly they are very heavy. I have to travel here quite a bit and will never stay at this hotel again.

Atmosphere, friendly staff.

Just Love Laquinta. I travel a lot and teach in many areas. LaQuinta is always such a blessing, fresh, clean awesome Staff… greatful for this second home away from Home.

Feeling good great breakfast great staff great place.

Our room was clean. Well stocked, we had everything we needed. Free breakfast with a healthy selection. It only had a small room with one washer and one dryer but I had no problem using it and I had to wait on no one. Overall a good stay, truly no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

Friendly front desk help. Adequate room with a comfortable bed but the pillows left a lot to be desired. As soon as you put your head on them they went flat. The swimming pool needed a good cleaning. The breakfast was very good. One of the best hot breakfast of any La Quinta I have stayed in.

One of the few places that do not charge for your pet to stay. Last minute choice for a place to sleep. The room smelled like a sweat and cologne and was not very clean. We paid $145.00 for one night and checked in at 10p. M. The breakgast was good. The lady that set up the breakfast worked hard and was very nice! I would not stay here again.

Atmosphere was refreshing, everyone was helpful, and location was great! Rooms were very clean and our rest was very pleasant. Highly recommend it!

Nice hotel. It's clean and quiet. The fitness room was better than most. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work for me the 2nd day though and the water from the fountain next to the gym was pretty bad. I'd stay there again.

Convenient location, free weights are a plus. Flat comforters are a negative, and the management leaves much to be desired. Our room wasn't ready and we waited a while for clean towels. As we were checking in, the person checking us in just left. Guess it was the end of her shift, but she didn't say anything to me she just walked away, leaving my ID and credit card on the counter. Another staff person came to the desk within a minute, as the woman walked out of the hotel with her purse. Guess that shift over the staff are just out? Lastly, we asked for and were never given blankets for the sleeper sofa. My daughter slept under the towels we waited for.

2/5 (quality of the rooms) — one of the beds had several holes, almost like burn marks. I also found a clump of long black hair on the restroom counter, but the bathtub was decent & the rooms were quite large. 3/5 (pet friendly) — this location is pet friendly; however, there isn't much grass for your furry friends to walk through. 4/5 (breakfast) — the breakfast room was very well stocked & maintained. 1/5 (rewards program) — we initially booked our room using our rewards card (we are elite members) however when we got to the hotel they informed us that we would be paying for the room out of pocket because the hotel had already "sold out" of the rooms designated for rewards members (we booked 2 days ahead of the trip). I let the front desk member know we had booked online using our points however she said that a manager would have to override the reservation. Another female employee then rudely stated that the manager would not override any more rooms for that night and went back to what she was doing. My husband and I disregarded the whole situation because not many hotels are pet friendly and finding one last minute would have been a nightmare. If this was not the case we would have taken our business elsewhere. As elite members (designated by how frequently we use this hotel chain) we are disappointed & will more than likely not book with La Quinta in the future.

Awesome service and experience! Very friendly staff and I've been to a lot of hotels then this is the nicest cleanest friendliest Hotel I've been in. Especially Miriam I was having a bad day when I was checking in she noticed and offered a hug which I accepted it meant a lot! Someone had unhooked the cable box so my TV wasn't working right and I called maintenance and they were right on good job and he was very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and hopefully get a chance to come down and stay again.

This hotel was the worst experience I have ever had. I checked in and the employee said I would get a certain rate with a discount for law enforcement 2 nights for $282.00. When it was time for check out my bill was $570.00 I was shocked and after explaining to the managet and supposedly the general managet the agreement, duscount, pricing etc not only did I not get a discount I was told I would get even after my Id and proof of employment was scanned I was told its my fault. HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING my experience was very stressful and I am currently doing whatever I can to dispute the unauthorized transaction for the wrong amount. The two managers I was speaking to which are Indian/India did not work with me one bit. Horrible customer service.

Don't judge a book by its cover. The building appeared to be old, but when you walk inside it was very nice. The front desk staff were very friendly. Several of the rooms are still recovering from Hurricane Harvey, but that is no fault of the facility. I would differently stay here again.

The staff was very accomadating in letting me use the meeting room. I would recommend it to anyone hosting a meeting with less than fifty people.

My stay was great room was clean had in room coffee, refrigerator, microwave, nice flat screen TV, large comfortable bed. In the morning breakfast was good it was not just continental breakfast they also add scrambled eggs refried beans potatoes mixed with sausage and veggies along with the usual waffles with strawberries or blueberries cereal hot or cold great coffee toast muffins bagels yogurt a lot to choose from and very tasty. Everyone was very nice.

This was a great place to stay. Staff was friendly and breakfast was different everyday. I'm only giving it 3 stars because of house keeping. House keeping was not professional they were rude and yelling at my husband because our 2 year old got out. Just an honest mistake for to lock top lock other then that I would stay again.

It looks nice, but looks can be deceiving. Do they know what building insulation is? Every step can be heard everywhere… 04:00 and many wake and get ready for whatever, and the whole building sounds like it's going to cave in… not recommended if you are a light sleeper…

Decent but a little bit musty smell. Got a bad headache first night there. Beds & pillows were much better at the no name hotel I stayed at the previous 3 days. Very friendly staff.

This is probably the nicest La Quinta I have ever been in. The rooms are spacious and have a nice layout, the place was immaculately clean and smelled wonderful. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

The beds we're super cozy. Breakfast was the best part since there was a lot of bacon. Their rooms were very quiet at night.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and well-lit. The room was clean and spacious. Conveniently located near a Whataburger.

My family needed a couple of rooms after hurricane Harvey destroyed our home. The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating for special requests, clean rooms, and comfortable beds, and breakfast was great. The only downside is parking can fill up quick, but the friendly staff, clean rooms, and all around pleasant environment made up for any inadequacies. Definitely a cut above other LQ's I've stayed at.

Don't stay here. I stay in hotels quite often. My usual hotel was full due to the hurricane, so I chose this one because of the great reviews. Here's why you shouldn't stay here: 1. Parking is terrible. Not enough. 2. Hotel allows dogs. Now I love dogs, but not at 3 am when they're barking and running up and down the hall. 3. Man on night staff was extremely rude. I interrupted his personal call to get an apple and ask for a paper plate. My mistake. 4. There has been a full trash container sitting in the hallway since I checked in yesterday. Gross. 5. Couldn't check in until around 5. Check in was supposed to be by 3. 6. No decaf coffee. Not a big one for most, but for those who can't consume caffeine, it is a big deal. 7. People are slamming doors at all hours of the night. It's like no one else sleeps or they just have no consideration. Good luck getting your sleep. This hotel is overpriced for what you get. It's comparable to a Budget Inn in my opinion. Don't waste your money. Country Inn & Suites is so much nicer and less!

I lost everything I own do to hurricane Harvey when we checked in everything was wonderful. Then someone at the front desk made a mistake and ran my card more than they were supposed to. And because of that they took what was left in my account and then left me in the negative. I went up to the front desk so they could take care of there mistake. This is what he said. It's not us mam it's your bank there withholding the money. I said ok I'll just call them then thank you but then he said this well mam there going to say that we're the one's withholding the money from you but there wrong. I have two young girl's my husband and my two dogs since we lost everything we've had to spend all of our savings to survive and that money was literally everything we had left. In the end my bank made it right. It is a great hotel rooms are clean and most of the employees are great but the manager needs some help in how to treat and speak to customers.

Had a great stay at this La Quinta from the moment we arrived. The desk people were extra courteous and helpful. Even the cleaning staff seemed to be happy, and they did an awesome job with everything being so clean. Breakfast was good, different items every morning. The only issue we had was our vacation was not long enough. Couldn't have had a better stay. We will definitely stay at this La Quinta next visit.

No parking! This place has many spaces but lets company trucks take up multiple spots. There were at least 6 spots taken up by 2 different company trucks. When we asked where we should park we were told to park in a handicapped parking spot. Other customers were forced to park under the awning used to unload baggage. The next day the trucks were back and taking up even more spots. We spoke to the desk attendant and he said he doesn't want to tell the trucks to move because they are repeat customers. Great to know repeat customer's money is more important than mine. I won't ever give this brand another visit.

No thrills with large clean and tidy rooms. Unfortunately we we located by the elevator and ice machine. The later seemed to be visited frequently throughout the night until roughly 3.30am. There must have been one hell of a party going on somewhere. That said, this is not the fault of the hotel and I appreciate that hotels are visited for numerous reasons. We would choose this chain again, and the location itself was great for our one night stay.

The Pool was dirty, the hot tub was extreamly in need of chemical cleaning. There was a dog that was in a room barking for 3 hours. Dissapointed with being sent here from the La Quinta Northwest because hot tub was not working then we come here and the pool and hot tub is filthy.
Then we come back and the whole hotel is full with no where to park. There were kids running wild on the third floor unattented. It was a horrible stay. As it is we lost a day on Friday due to the other La Quinta then we are moved. … then we come to more non ending problems.

Our room was large and comfortable. I liked that there is a nice size refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was great: Eggs, French toast, sausage, bagels, danish, muffins, cereal, waffles, fresh fruit, coffee tea and juice. Well managed breakfast area even when there was as a crowd. The business center had two computers that even had a printer available! Fitness center too. The only downside was that the pool and hot tub were a little disappointing.

The air conditioner was very loud didn't sleep much, plus we could smell the breakfast in our room, the receptionist was excellent at helping us. Breakfast was great. Beds excellant.

Good service. Pool is a bit over chlorinated but nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Customer service at the front desk was amazing, the rooms were glorious, anemeties were spotless and refreshing, breakfast was top of the line, above all great stay would recommend. Although one detail on their hot tub it wasn't working but still managed to enjoy my stay.

Over all it was a good experience. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. They offered a good breakfast buffet of assorted pastries, cereala, hot items like make your own waffles and eggs. Check in and check out was speedy and done in a timely manner which kept us on schedule. Would recommend/visit again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located next to several restaurants and a short distance into town or the airport.

We killed 2 cockroaches in the first night of our stay. I will try to attach photos to this review. One roach was running in our refrigerator, so we threw away all our food from the fridge. Receptionist told us that breakfast is served until 10am. At 9:30am on Monday we found out that on weekdays breakfast is served until 9am. Manager suggested us to better read their signs.

Clean and good rooms, pool was a lil dirty but enjoyable!

Okay I'm staying here because my job reserved it… It's okay but omg it's humid and I think I've been in the room for about an hour and I'm already feeling sicky. This sux. I still have to stay here two more days… Why couldn't they get me into the Marriott!?!?!

All the work out equipment was broken, I know most people don't work out on vacation but I like to work out in the mornings and chose La Quinta because they have decent work out rooms… except for this location. The pool was filthy with brown water and trash floating in it. The room over all smelled musky and the top comforter had food on it. When I called to complain to la quinta, they apologized and said nothing else. I'm really disappointed because we've always had nice stays with surrounding la quintas.

If your looking for an American management hotel, this is the one! Staff was very friendly, lobby and rooms were VERY CLEAN. Type of hotel that makes you feel at home. I am definitely staying here again♡.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. My only complaint would be that there were two work trucks with trailers taking up a total of 11 parking spaces in an already small parking lot.

The most uncomfortable bed of any laquinta we have ever stayed at. The carpet and wall had stains and we saw a huge rat outside the door as we left. The breakfast is horrible. We have had better at other laquintas. The only positive was the friendly staff. Not worth that rate better off spending that amount of money else where.

It smelled like? Bed smelled. Thin walls. Loud. It is non-smoking, but I smelled smoke. Staff was nice.

Be sure to bring your own pillows if you stay at this hotel. The beds are not comfortable at all, but the pillows are covered with hard plastic and are terrible! Overall service leaves MUCH to be desired. Texas Nurse.
