Amazing friendly staff. Under construction though so they only have like 7 rooms for rent right now.

Very shady and dirty, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else for an extra $10. Actually PLEASE stay anywhere else than here. Wifi is a joke, mold in the showers, sink was full of someone's hair, there's a lot more…

I would not recommend this place to anybody cause the so called owner is a racist ass bastard talking about that we was nasty and that we stinked by in reality the room stinked when we moved into it. The so called owner has drug dealers posititutes and dikes living there he said that we stinked so my friend made sure that it stinked in there. The room that they gave us the carpet was nasty filthy and it smelled like mildewed.

The owner is a sleeve ball. They call him J. I got a young lady a room there several days. She asked him about a job. He responded he hire her 2 be a stripper. Then proceeded to persue her. He gave her a job cleaning rooms and said she could stay there. Then he began harassing her trying to get her too have sex with him. Threatening to evict her everyday cause she wouldn't. He would send angry text etc etc… Then eventually put her out cause she wouldn't submit and move into his room. " Lawsuit coming"

Clean huge rooms for a reasonable price.

Location is off of ft hood street rooms where ok nothing special the service was nice and polite.

This is by far the WORST hotel in the state of Texas. Girl at counter was asleep took me 30 mins to get someone on the phone the room smelled like mildew no towels just horribly ran from management down. Stay away from this place.

What I expected was a nice, clean suite to spend the weekend in. What I got were two lights that didn't work, a broken key card machine so we had to be let in by staff, no towels, greasy carpet, no amenities at all, and while we were there somebody tried to break into our room. I would not stay here again and I do not recommend it. The suite was not even really a suite, but a large room. In addition the office staff were fairly disinterested.

Very nasty when you walk in it look clean but sheets have blood stains and my son found and was laying on a use condom. Very rude and unprofessional staff. I repeat if you have children this place is not for you. Very nasty for children. And they will not refund your money back they will argue with you and tell you it's not true and when you ask for a refund they will call the police because you made and want a refund.

Our room was spotless. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only coffee, a few bagels and bread for toast… No juice or milk. Should have stayed In bed.

Yeah I stayed there for one night. Will never do it again. Please do not go here! Came late during night the check in person gave us somones room so me and my wife walked Into another couple sleeping. Furthermore the next room right after had cock roaches crawling up the window blinds. Do not go here, save your self.

Stayed the night, beds were so uncomfortable, advertised free breakfast and only offered free coffee. The next morning we were getting changed and a pest control man just walked right in. No knocking or anything. Obviously they must have given him a master key. Tried to call downstairs no one answered walked in and she was on her cell phone. Will not stay here again.

Horrible experience! Wi-Fi doesn't work, pool was closed when they promised a pool at booking, internet stated free breakfast and upon arrival they said they did not offer free breakfast. Poor quality, would not give is any extra anything! no towels rags, nada! theres not even a phone, coffee pot nor a telephone in the room! do not stay here!

The room itself was fairly clean but all of our towels we're filthy. We found a pubic hair on our only bath towel. The only hand towel was covered in something. We ended up drying off with our clothes. Was it worth complaining? Probably not. We just needed somewhere to sleep for the night.

Got a good deal for a 8 night stay but that's the only good thing. Zero Wi-Fi signal unless you have a room in the main building. The TV had blown speaker and made a buzzing noise at medium volume. Went three days without room service. Towels had brown stains on them and looked like someone wiped their butt on them. There was no phone, ice bucket or coffee maker in the room plus the ice machine was broken. Water temp in the shower took forever to get hot, about 3 minutes to get hot water to the shower head. Stains on the couch and on the pillowcases. The two pillows on the bed were half the size of the pillowcases they were in. Holes in the walls and tacky furniture. Only saw 2 roaches. Don't be fooled by the room pictures on their website because they look nothing like them. When it's just me staying in a hotel I will go for the cheap price and lower quality but if I had the wife and kids, we will stay at holiday inn express. You get what you pay for because the quality isn't here.

DO NOT waste your money on this filthy hotel! The floors are stained, the rooms are roach infested, someone missed cleanliness 101! Also the Wi-Fi is terrible! The personnel at the front office accused my son and I of stealing a purse from the front desk! Two employees came and banged on my room door in the middle of the night, and demanded that I allow them access into the room to search the room. I immediately contacted the police, and asked them to search the room as I did not feel safe allowing the incompetent employees of this establishment in my room, around my child. I was also told that I would need to leave the premises because the employees wanted me out for trespassing! I then asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds. I asked for the information to contact the owner of the establishment, and the dense employees were not able to provide that information as well. After the police searched my room I was then told I could stay! They claim to have cameras and would review the footage. Something that should have been done before accusing a paying customer of stealing. Had the employee been at her post a purse wouldn't have been stolen. She left a note on the front desk stating she would return in 5 minutes. I got locked out my room and went to ask for another key. All this headache is not worth it. Again DO NOT waste your money on this run down, hole in the wall establishment!

This was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They over charged me an extra day, yet wouldn't let me stay the extra day after I already booked ahead of time. The hotel smelled like cigarettes, weed and sex when we arrived. The blankets had holes in them and there were roaches in the sink area. They also didn't have batteries for the TV remote. The women at the front desk blatantly told us everything would not be in the room because people steal everything and when we arrived two buff scary guys were pacing around the establishment. Lastly, the prices don't reflect the ones on Google. I would give them no stars but Google is forcing me to press at least one.

Worst place I have ever stayed at. 15 people partying in parking lot from 10pm-2am until huge fight broke out and 3 cop cars showed up. No breakfast, nasty room, rude staff, and no refunds will be given even at 2am when I was woke up for the 4th time because of the police chasing someone. Was told at check-in that I could check-out at noon but was woke up at 10:30am by lady at desk banging on my door telling me I needed to hurry up and check-out before 11am. After I explained I was told I could check-out at noon she called me a liar and if I wasn't out she was going to charge me for another day. What a bunch of lying jerk holes. I only gave 1 star because there is no option for ZERO stars! DO NOT STAY HERE!

It may be cheap, but go somewhere else. I've stayed in a lot of hotels for 40-60 dollars and this one is rock bottom. We booked two weeks before our stay and when we arrived the lady at the front desk had a hard time finding our reservation. After 20 minutes through phone calls and papers she finally was able to issue our cards. We booked a non smoking but she told us we would have to be in smoking because there wasn't any non smoking available. Okay. We walk to our room and noticed that there are some rooms that have windows that are broken. We get to our room and open the door and the smell immediately grossed me out. Of course it's smoking so there is some smell but it smells like someone tried to cover the smell with a candle. Just not a good smell. I immediately noticed the stains on the wall. You can tell they don't wipe down anythong. The carpet feels sticky on my feet. I bet they barely wash or vacuum it. You can tell they don't wash the sheets. I found a cigarette carton wrapper IN the sheets as well as black hair. Went to warm up lunch and the microwave doesn't work. Went to grab a pop from the fridge and the fridge doesn't work. Haven't even been here a full 24 hours and debating on going somewhere else and getting a refund. Don't feel safe, the door doesn't lock. The only good thing is the price, but with the lack of comfort, it's not worth it. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra ten dollars a night and book somewhere else.

Location: 1/5 (especially at night) Cleanliness: 2/5 (Sheets and towels looked alright) everything else, in terms of smell (pungent smoked smell even in none smoking rooms) to the point I had to buy febreeze to make it tolerable and appearance (its a two star "motel") Additionally: With the stink that was emanating from the A/C unit, I took the liberty of looking at the filters and they looked like nobody have looked at them in years. Staff: 3/5 (Neutral, neither friendly nor harsh or rude). The staff is unidentified so whenever someone knocks the door… Rates: Well, they are the cheapest in the area, so they do have that going. Wi-Fi: 2/5 It drops constantly so if you are traveling and working, it may get frustrating.

It wasn't such a great stay. My fiance and I stayed there. Well it was a non smoking room. Though it smelled like smoke? Also the towles were dirty. They don't have anyone to clean the rooms I guess because everytime we left and came back. Nothing was done. There were roaches all over the place and oh my goodness the carpets were so stained. The internet Wi-Fi never worked and our TV didnt have cable. We didn't get it fixed till the next day. Our keys stopped working. My fiance had to go and get them checked the whole time we were there. Also the trash was never taken out from whoever was there before us. It wasn't a great experience at all. Really disappointed. This was suppose to be a great weekend with my fiance and it was not!

Checking in was good the girl at the counter was nice promptly changed me rooms when TV wasn't working. However when I woke in the morning the roaches were so bad I didn't want to shower I grabbed my stuff and left. The hot breakfast that is advertised in the rooms consisted of grapes and coffee. I informed the desk of the issue and all I got was "thank you" the employee was more concerned about a personal call and a guy waiting outside for her. I will definitely be calling management to receive a refund hopefully they are concerned enough to address the issues.

Was filthy night shift reseptionist was nice, switched rooms. The second wasn't any better. We had two nights booked was so bad we didn't sleep, next morning got our money back and went somewhere else. Do not recommend. The rooms are nothing like pics.

Overpriced, we were told we could get a military discount when we first got there and then when we went to pay they said we couldn't get the discount because we should have showed ID first (cost us about $100 extra). Room we stayed in had holes in the wall and bugs, had to ask to switch rooms and the second one was not much better. Key stopped working multiple times and the workers were not understanding or helpful.

Room was nice size and the staff friendly.

Been here a few times and enjoyed it but this time the pool is closed so that was a disappointment.

Bad service. I had to ask for towels 3 different times. Was told that they did not have any clean one but when they were done drying they would bring us some never showed up then called the lobby and asked got told same thing. Then a hour latter I walked up to the lobby and and the front door was locked they cracked a window to talk to me like I was going to rob them or something. The the key card stopped working. When we came to check in at the check in time was told room was not ready come back in a hour. Employees were very rude. Will never stay there again. No complimentary Soap or shampoo.

Great price! Service was good n besides a couple stains on the carpet the suite was a great find.
