We enjoyed this hotel for our family getaway, it is in a convenient location, close to all of the areas attractions and a very quiet setting. Room was comfortable and very clean, and it was affordable. Front desk was very helpful. Would recommend to Everyone!

The rooms were nice and bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful as well. Slept well; bed was comfy and pillows were too. I'd gladly stay here again.

This is an extremely clean, pretty and updated hotel. I am very impressed with this hotel Great stay! Staff is exceptional. I'm looking forward to staying here again!

This place was much cheaper and nicer than some of the hotels that are closer to the Stockyards that charge much more. The service was good. Overall a good experience. It was very unique.

I love this place, especially the jacuzzi suite but they tend to change their rates up from week to week for no good reason.

My wife and I was in town to visit family. It was late at night when we checked in. The room we had was very clean and did not notice any smells or any kind of bugs, we was planning on staying 2 nights but we will probably have to head back to Ohio early. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. For the price you can't beat. I seen the past negatives review's on this hotel and I don't see what they was complaining about. I was in the military for 16 years and have sleep in some really bad hotels. This was not bad. Like I said we would stay here again with no worries.

BED BUGS! HORRIBLE I wake up 2 times at night with my elbows and legs itching like crazy. No lamp at the bed, I trip and fall on the way to the wall to turn on the lights; they all hide away, I can't catch them but as soon as I try to sleep, they chew on me again like their buffet. I have to lie between 2 bed sheets. It's better Three hours before I check out, I catch a bed bug with big belly full of blood. I figure out they hide between the layers of the quilt blanket and that big one just falls out of the hole on the second layer. When I come home, I immediately load all of my clothes in washer and wash in hot water then dry them in high temperature for 40 minutes But when I unload my stuff, my eyes catch the little black dot on one of the cotton ball in plastic bag. Thinking it's a little dirt, I reach in to remove it and in my terror: IT'S A LITTLE BED BUG I remember using cotton ball to wash my face before going to bed and I take the bag out of my luggage, get one ball out and set the bag on the bed (of course I didn't dump all of cotton balls out) just about 5 minutes and the bed bug can climbs to the plastic bag, crawls inside and sit comfortably on the cotton ball. I wash and dry all of my clothes and all of things that are washable (wallet, purse, camera case. Even my bed sheet and pillows because I lay down on my bed. ) and dry them in full hour this time.

Management was incredibly rude and overly intrusive. The pillows were thin, flat and practically non-existent. The lighting was all overhead, extremely cool/bright white in color, and the complete lack of any kind of lamp or reading light made for the lighting to be harsh and awful. The towels were coarse and rough, as well as very thin, and there was only one set in the room, though the room was a double occupancy room with two beds. The shower could not be turned on without spraying water all over the bathroom. I will never stay there again, nor would I recommend this motel to anyone I know.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Parking lot appeared safe.

Its class without the price the rooms are spacious nd clean. Their very very nice I'll have to go back again.

Very, loving, careing owner, we just need to know how to use kind words when talking to him… as well. As He does anything to make his customer's. Happy content and heartfelt.

Nice place and clean. Some of the staff — the older man who works the desk and I assume is the owner — is rude and unfriendly. But the most important thing is the rooms are nice and clean. Nice and quiet too. Bring soap and tissues. If you need a cheap place to stay that is clean, this is recommended.

They said $50 over the phone and tried to charge me $70

An okay motel at an affordable price but it's not too far from the stock yards.

Stayed here three nights this is the worst customer service I have ever received at a hotel. I've stayed at worst looking places and received better service. The owner and his wife are so rude he belamed for taking his that weren't even in that room, why would I take them tore up dirty towles.

People are good clean rooms.

This place was the pits… Upon Check in… the lobby was hotter than Mumbai… no air conditioning on… the man behind the desk couldn't find our reservation or understand our name… Now to the room… did I say it was over 100 outside… well. The room was at least 110F… the A/C was not on… the beds were hard, the linens questionable. The mini fridge was turned off and when turned on… made strange noises all night as well as noises coming from the bathroom. There was only one set of towels… a wafer that was considered soap and not very clean. The so called laundry consisted of a broken washer and dryer with the cords on top of them and both were covered with dirt and grime… At least the ice machine worked… but have no idea how that passed code… The pool was closed and covered with a tarp… not good considering it was one of the reasons to stay… a small relief from the heat… The continental breakfast consisted of a small store bought poor excuse of a roll… the coffee in the steaming lobby was stale… cups small, and no sugar or cream… The web site said there was shuttle service to the stockyards… well… that turned out to be the manager offering a ride to… and not back… The neighborhood was less than idea… The only good thing… there is a wonderful breakfast place down the street… other than that… stay away… pay more and be closer downtown… the other hotels around were actually worse…
