Fantastic Hotel! absolutely beautiful.

Banquet facility doesn’t allow to go boxes for food not consumed for “health reasons”. Funny how the steak house located in the same building does allow it. How stupid does the banquet staff think their patrons are. Will not be attending any more functions there and will be telling others.

We had our Pregnancy Help Center’s Annual Gala here. It was absolutely stunning, exceptional service, the food was superb! Hope we can return next year!

Location was nice minutes from a variety of things to see and do.

Our family reunion booked a sit down dinner for 100 people on Saturday, July 27 and everything was wonderful. Ashleigh did a great job in assisting our family for the event. The catering staff and Alex for the audio made our event memorable and worry free.

Comfortable well kept rooms, friendly staff, quick to answer to anything you need, beautiful lobby, great food, fast elevators, great location…

Not only was the staff rude, but we found human feces on our pillow and when they told us they would bring us more sheets and pillows, after 3.5 hours of waiting for them we told them not to worry about it and checked out. The refrigerator wouldnt stay cold, the ac was not very adequate. Overall just a terrible expierence.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities and excellent customer service.

It was an honor to stay in this hotel knowing its History and seeing it on the walls. Great customer service. Always someone asking if I needed help with something. And the breakfast was delicious. Only down fall was having to go to 1st floor for ice and refreshments. Prefer those on same floor. I can run to ice machine in my robe on same floor. However went to bed parched for not wanting to go to thru lobby in my robe. In all it was a great stay…

I arrived to the worst customer service of my life everything went wrong — room not ready, reservation incorrect, went to their website but apparently I was pushed through to a 3rd party — so we left. You can have the 250 dollars — I rather spend the night on the streets-you are the worst of the worst-but you know that and your greed is pathetic — my only consolation is that I can tell the world — but you don’t care — you will be out of business soon!
Ft worth hotel — Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth/Fossil Creek — run as fast as you can, and if you want to see the witch at the front desk right now-take your kids and have a lesson on what they should not grow up to be. Thank you!

Front desk/valet were great. Hotel was nice enough, loved that it’s joined to Starbucks and Ruth’s Chris. However, we were looking forward to a night in watching movies and just relaxing only to find it was pretty much basic cable without any options to rent movies. We’ve never stayed at a hotel or a Hilton that didn’t have a movie rental option. So that was disappointing.

Came in for business meeting and they tried to add $100 to my booked room at check in. Would not fix it and said they were sold out, walked three blocks south to the Omni and will never be back. Crooks still charged my credit card and it’s being disputed.

An all around bad experience. Elevators were out all weekend. No hot water until it was check out time. No ice on floors, had to call down and ask for a ziplock bag of ice and they were out 2 out of 3 times. AC systems wasn’t cooling efficiently and had problems with Internet. Spoke with a manager upon check out and he did Comp me a room. I did appreciate that he did that but it didn’t make up for all the inconvenience of the weekend.

Rooms had decor updated but age showed so looks like 4 stars in photos but functions like 3 star: AC had to be reset to cool the room down enough, beds/plumbing were old (lumpy beds, toilet not flushing unless you held handle for a while, drain slow). Lobby area is great for lounging, taking calls/doing work, meeting friends. Staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great too. Valet parking only so I just used street parking nearby.

Only saw the lobby as we meet a person for lunch out. Very well decorated with excellent seating in several places. People who stayed in hotel seemed pleased with it.

When for a work event and stayed over the weekend. Rooms were clean and the food served by the hotel was really good. You have to pay to have you car parked, and the rooms never cooled down to my liking but overall a nice hotel in heart of downtown with lots of fun shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Executive suite is very nice. Complimentary Breakfast was good. Everything is in very close walking distance from Great restaurants to little bars to great history of Fort Worth.

I stayed here because of an incredible deal I found on the internet for a high star rating in a downtown Fort Worth. The hotel happens to be the old Texan Hotel where John F Kennedy spend his final night before leaving for Dallas. Hotel offers a reception hour breakfast but you must pay an awesome spot in downtown Fort Worth and a super nice luxury room. The reason I give it 4 stars is because your car is never easily or quickly assessable as it has to be parked in a private garage off site at $30 not which is not included in the rate.

All was nice except I put my breakfast order out at midnight and they never picked it up overnight. When I was checking in… the man at the front desk said hi what’s going on. I said I’m here to check in it was late. It felt like I was interrupting him and this was my first time staying here, I had no idea where anything was or what time checkout was… but the hotel was nice.

So so! I'm not going to the Hilton anymore!

Location defines everything! But the hotel is already old and requires repairs and more order in administration.

Very nice hotel with great employees. My room was a corner room and it was large, clean and comfortable. I will stay here again!

Great location on Main and 8th, walkable to and from a variety of points of interest. Rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable but slightly dated. Beds are comfy with lots of pillows. Only complaint is no drinking glasses were provided.

Our stay at the Hilton Fort Worth was phenomenal. Every service we received was superb. The only issue was a coffee pod left in the coffee maker. I called about it and we received a "make it right" card, good for a free drink of our choice from the hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable. The food from room service was especially delicious and the concierge service was impeccable. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Had drinks at the bar. We had a wonderful very delightful bartender named Nicole. She was attentive to everything we needed. The Hilton is a wonderful place. Great experience will definitely go back.

They call us the historic Hilton Fort Worth. The reason that is historic is it is the last hotel that JFK stayed in prior to his assassination in Dallas. Right outside the hotel there is a memorial that is pretty cool to check out and absolutely free. The rooms were clean but had some issues such as the chair looked like it had to tears in it from a knife or something like that. The shower curtain had a stain on the outside of it that to me look like blood. The beds were clean and the floors were vacuumed and nice. I don't understand in today's age why hotels don't have more Outlets next to the beds or on the nightstands though. Check-in was easy and there's a Starbucks in the first floor area which was awesome.

The rooms were very nice and clean the beds were comfortable the hotel is very luxurious and caters to a upper class of Society. This was the original site of the hotel Texas where our 35th President Kennedy stayed the night before his assassination the room that he stayed in is no longer in existence. My overall experience other than the price was definitely a good one it is a beautiful establishment with professional staff.

In downtown Fort Worth, well located to get to know the city center.

It isn't true, that all things are bigger in Texas Extremely disappointed with their generic breakfast buffet. There was absolutely nothing available that would set it apart from a Denny's. Ordered eggs benedict off the menu, again, highly disappointing with the lack of canadian bacon it's suppose to come with. The hostess and server were top notch, but than again, the server seeing how the food was sparingly prepared should've had it corrected before bring it to the table. This Hilton needs help compared to others we've stayed at when traveling. Katy, TX.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with all the amenities you'd expect. I always have trouble finding a shower with a high showerhead, but this one was perfect. The lobby and location are unmatched in the area with lots of local restaurants and bars literally across the street. There's an attached Starbucks, which is very convenient. My only gripe was the less than professional cleanliness of the room. I found hairs all over the place, and a couple of bobby pins on the floor in my room. Aside from that, sheets appeared clean, and the room was kept up very nicely.

This place is a good choice to choose from when it comes to the lodging in overnight. I like the way that doing what I arrived for as well as being served didn't while here didn't cost too much to enjoy. If your looking for something in these parameters then this is a good place to go. Connected to this building is a Starbucks as well as a Ruth's Chris restaurant.

Good location… excellent customer service!

I just picked my wife up there tonight who was at a conference. She asked me to post. The staff was incredible, really nice and professional. The room was horrible! There was dried blood on the light switch, air conditioner didn't work one night. The bathroom ceiling was coming down at the joints. This is an old hotel that they have put no renovation in to. All they claim is that this was where Kennedy stayed the night before he was shot… And they haven't done anything to the hotel since apparently… If I had been staying there, this stay would have been comp'd. Don't stay at this hotel!

Enjoyed the stay at Hilton. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds comfortable. We had a nice view from our room window. Breakfast was great. The staff were nice, friendly and courteous. A little pricey. Other than that we enjoyed the stay. Definitely would stay here again.

I wanted to make sure I tell you of our stay as most peoole like to mention the negatives. We had a great experience w the wait staff at breakfast everyday. Name tag said "Alic" (i think they call him Joe though) was so kind. He asked every morning how my sick child was feeling, am I enjoying my stay, filled my personal coffee cup, addressed me by my 1st name (something I have a hard time doing myself). I didn't have cash to tip to get something out of my car & valet said "don't worry that's what were here for". Only problem was an extremely filthy pillow that was not cleaned after 2 days still being on our bed. Front desk evening supervisor handled it very well though. Thank you for allowing my children & I to enjoy ourselves in Ft Worth while my hubby worked hard.

Conveniently located however service at this hotel is very poor. House keeping is inconsistent; sometimes the bed is made, sometimes it isn’t. Sometimes bathroom supplies are replenished sometimes they aren’t. Also, do NOT try to order room service because your order will be wrong and or meals will be poorly made. I ordered chicken noodle soup but was delivered a miserable broth with rice instead of noodles. I placed a complaint and they said there is nothing they could do. This is just one of the many blunders they have made. This hotel is definitely not worth the price. I will be staying in a different hotel in the area the next time I am around.

While the location is perfect for convenience I was disappointed with the overall care that goes in to such a beautiful (and expensive) hotel. Even though it is advertised that they are at your service, when you call down for something you get an annoyed response of 'i guess I'll send ____ up to the room'. I guess I'm of the mindset that when someone pays to stay in a nice place you shouldn't feel guilty about requesting service. The hotel is in walking distance to the ft worth convention center so I assume the staff feel that it's ok to be subpar because it's known that they are always at the top for convenience purposes and will always have guests because of it. I expect more when it comes to what should be a first class hotel.

Rooms are ok, WLAN reception is not the best in Eckzimmern (eg Nn8). Very good location and short distance to many restaurants and shops. Parking unfortunately only valet ($20 per night).

The Fort Worth Hilton is a historical landmark hotel one block from the convention center. The rooms are very nicely furnished and comfortable. The happy hour at Ruth's Chris Steak house was a pleasant surprise. I recommend the Hilton highly.

It is truly an elegant piece of history. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Decor is updated and the location is perfect. No need to drive. Everything is within walking distance.

The hotel itself is nice and well located in the city. However, the ballroom that can be used as conference venue is one big freezer. It's nice and warm outside with people wearing shirts and shorts. In the ballroom we have people sitting with jackets and scarves, freezing. I even saw that some attendees brought blankets with them to keep warm. A few attendees also started to developed a cough. My hands are freezing, I forgot to bring gloves. We have been told the hotel can't control the temperature in here. Unless you host a conference on fridge/freezer combinations or winter fashion, you might want to look at other options. Rooms are really nice and can be heated, which is great. Staff is very friendly.

Hotel staff was unexpectedly the nicest and friendliest of any I have met. Hotel itself is as you would expect of a generally well-kept Hilton, in a fantastic location downtown. Only downside is they have valet parking, no self-parking.

We have stayed at this Hilton for many years and have loved it. At first they were pet friendly as we travel with our dog. Now, they are not pet friendly. Our stay this last weekend was so disappointing. Started at check in, the front desk said we had adjoining rooms but our two rooms were not adjoining. Not that big a deal but we had our kids with us. After going back down and bringing this to their attn. I went back up and my keys for the room did not open the door. Back down to the front desk, on a busy Friday, got new keys. It's now been at least 40 minutes to get all checked in and new room keys. Later that night we were all getting ready to go out and the sink in the bathroom stops up. About 30 minutes later the sink was unclogged but now the toilet was acting up. We were tired and just ignored it, used our second rooms bathroom. Sat. When the room was cleaned, all of the used towels were gone but no new towels were left. So that night we had one hand towel to use. Several other little annoying things as well. I write this review because after staying at this hotel at least a dozen times in the past, I don't think we'll be returning. There was a constant sewer smell in different areas of the hotel, especially around Ruth's Chris and in the "Panty" behind the front desk. There are so many choices now and I feel like $260/night could be way better spent.

I attended a fundraiser luncheon for a local non-profit. I've attended many luncheons and conferences at various venues locally and nationally and I honestly can say this was the worst experience. Starting with the temperature; it was warm in the lobby and as we moved to the open area upstairs for appetizers it became even warmer. This was only the beginning. When the actual luncheon began the staff hadn't completed the table setup so we were standing in the hall while they pulled out tables. Still not the bad part. So here it is, the entire luncheon the wait staff made every noise possible while entering and exiting the kitchen. From dropping individual plates to entire trays. Clanging plates and glasses as they served guests. And talking to each other the entire time. Several times during the lunch the wait staff talked to each other at the back of the room not concerned that they were being loud and disruptive. I was extremely shocked by the poor service and wonder if it was purposeful. If your planning an event do not use this Hilton!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel or just stopping in to meet some of the nicest people! I was staying at the hotel next door and wanted a drink which my hotel didn't offer so I went here. I was greeted by the nicest hostess and server at the restaurant bar. They had nothing but kind things to say and I was having so much fun talking and laughing with them that I told them I would visit them again the next night. The next night not only did I have a grand time I met the best chef, bartender, guest service staff etc… They even went out of the way to help me with printing and scanning things for my work. The food was also delicious, made fresh in no time! I will be visiting them all again tonight because I consider them my friends. Also the hotel itself is kept in immaculate condition and located just 3 minutes away from downtown Fort Worth.

Hotel staff was very nice and breakfast was great. Only negative thing I can think of is our room bed was never remade. We received new towels but we didn't get our room recleaned after the first night we stayed.

A nice, historic hotel that is the last place JFK stayed the night. The hotel has been maintained well and modernized appropriately. The rooms are spacious and clean and we booked at a great price because Hilton was running a deal. Overall, nice experience and great location.

The Hilton Fort Worth is in a great location in downtown Fort Worth. It is next door to the convention center and in easy walking distance to so many great restaurants in the area. My room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff I encountered were very friendly, especially the ones in the Concierge Lounge on the 15th floor. If you go to the Concierge Lounge, walk past it to room 1530 where you will see the Kennedy Suite where President Kennedy spent his last night before that fateful drive to Dallas. There are lots of pictures on the wall there as well.

This is a very nice hotel with no public parking. As in there is only valet parking available since it is downtown Ft Worth. The area is vibrant and has a lot of activities and restaraunt in the area. Our room was smartly laid out and my family had a great trip. Be warned that there isn't a pool which is clearly stated on their website but explaining that to my 4 year old was difficult.

An enjoyable venue for a conference. In-hotel services can be pricy, but during business hours there are many nearby alternatives with a bit of walking. The building is historic, so don't expect brand new rooms. However, they have lots of light, comfy beds, and are well serviced. Plus, the staff are all very friendly and always ready to help.

We have stayed here several times and consider this our escape hotel in our city. Love that they upgraded us to the executive floor where we always stay considering this was to celebrate my birthday. Cynthia was amazing at check in and asking what I wanted for my birthday. We come back from dinner to find chocolate covered strawberries and wine in our room. The evening hors d'oeuvres were delicious in the executive lounge and once again breakfast was wonderful there. My favorite room is 1520 and that is where my husband proposed to me.
We more than recommend this hotel to any and everybody.

The Hilton is a great downtown hotel that's walkable to everything in downtown Ft. Worth. The rooms are all above average size and nicely decorated. The restaurant and bar have great service and good food. Of the downtown Ft. Worth hotels I've stayed in, the Hilton is the best!

Outstanding staff! Nicole, Cassi, Papa Mike and Jackie make the stay so wonderful. Manager Wendy follows up on reservations, making sure it's correct. Just need to fix one of the three elevators, been broke for 3 weeks now.

We had an awesome stay… had my daughters wedding reception in a ballroom… the staff was very kind and helpful… the ballroom was gorgeous… our event coordinator Anna was awesome… I could not ask for a better venue… rooms were very nice and large… thank you for making our weekend stay and memories unforgettable… please take any issues you might have to staff they will help!

Wonderful staff who made me feel at home instantly. Papa Mike provided us with wonderful details on everything from where to eat to who to serve you when you pick a place. I was under the weather and left medication in my car they sent someone to pick it up and bring it to my room within minutes. Highly recommended hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a basketball team on the floor above us and had no idea. Central location easy to walk to a variety of bars and restaurants. View from the room showed saucer like convention center and JFK memorial. Will return to this hotel if I stay in Fort Worth again. As a travel agent I would book this hotel for my clients.

Okay, I came to this hotel for the ANT aka Anime Fest. It was a small convention but still fun. But the hotel itself was lacking… The elevator was not big enough or safe enough to deal with a lot of traffic. And being at a convention you have that. They had 3 elevators but only 2worked. The room was nice and spacious but the bathroom was kinda small. We asked for service and really didn't get what we had asked for which irked me since I do myself work as a housekeeper. I had to take the stairs many times for the fact that I got tired of waiting for the elevator. I was on the 8th floor… Would I actually want to stay here again? That would be a no…

I stayed in a king room for Anime North Texas and it was great. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. I will definitely be staying here again!

I stayed at Hilton Fort Worth for a convention and I couldn't be more pleased with the arrangements there. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are prompt and friendly. Perfectly located in the heart of Fort Worth and a short walk from West 7th. This is a great option for anyone looking to enjoy downtown without breaking the bank.

Located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth with everything within walking distance. Cheap and courteous valet parking payable by cash or card. Beautiful interior and very welcoming staff that very much so want you to feel at home and relaxed. I love it every time I come here.

Nice location for convention center activities, and downtown shopping. Hotel clean and we'll maintained. Overall, better than I expected and worth the rate.

Stayed here and had absolutely incredible customer service. The entire staff was outgoing in making my stay as comfortable as possible. From dinner recommendations to staff being awake and vivacious even at my late 11:00 pm check in. Booked this location again and Front Office Manager Kate was able to help me with reservations issues. She made a quick fix and I am beyond satisfied. This will be my destination anytime I am travelling in Fort Worth.

Very pleasant and laid back. Customer service and concierge was the best I've seen in awhile. Staff was promt and helpful.

An excellent place to stay! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The A/c wasn't working, but they had it fixed in ten minutes. Very comfortable accomodations. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family.

Nice staff and good room service.

This place is disgusting. The AC didn't work so thre technician came up and guess what? The coils are stopped up with slime mold. Nothing he can do.

The hotel stay itself was okay, but let's talk about the valet services they provide. I absolutely do NOT recommend using them and that is why they only get one star. The valet attendant drove my car into a pole and then lied about the circumstances under which this happened. Luckily, I had the police present and they were able to call the attendant out on all of his lies. I had to fight to get my car towed to the shop and to get them to pay for a rental car while I wait for my car to be fixed. I also came home to discover that the hotel STILL charged me for valet parking. Are you serious? I'm not paying $25 for your to wreck my car. Once again, I will be the one inconvenienced as I call them and fight to be reimbursed for something that they are responsible for. The hotel managers didn't offer me anything to make up for the inconvenience of this whole experience. I'm sure I will be doing nothing but fighting with insurance companies for the next week or so. If you choose to stay there, great, but do NOT use their valet services, you will regret it.

Perfect spot to stay for the Parade of Lights but I was really disappointed in the appearance. It seemed like they are still back in 80's. Everything seemed old, paint, carpet. They did have a great bed and good nights sleep. No thrills. We did eat the buffet the next morning, not worth the $15 but was good.
