The hotel and guest services were great. The breakfast in The Cast Iron restaurant was amazing. Dinner in Whiskey and Rye was great, too. The only improvement I would suggest is ensuring the online reservation system worked correctly. My online confirmation email was not for the dates that I submitted. My friend also had difficulties with reservation accuracy with the online system. My suggestion is to call the hotel directly for reservations. I would still recommend the hotel for anyone staying in Fort Worth. It's a great hotel with great staff.

The Omni is one of the nicest hotels in downtown Fort Worth for the money. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Very conveniently located and in a one or two block vicinity to great restaurants and very safe walking with the presence of police officers in abundance either in their cars or bikes. The beautiful St. Patrick's Cathedral is one block behind the hotel and the Water Gardens directly in front of the hotel. Valet parking was the fastest I've ever experienced at a downtown hotel. Will only stay at this hotel on any future trips to Fort Worth.

As crazy as A-Kim was the hotel didn’t skip a beat with service, cleanliness and hospitality. Never too busy or annoyed to help us with any questions. Thank you Omni hotel and their wonderful staff.

This has to be Fort Worth's best hotel. Two very good restaurants and a great bar are located in this hotel. Our Starbucks experience was below par. Our room was super clean and always cleaned in a timely way. We are eager to return to this hotel.

Great place. Could not ask for more. Being in the military and sales, I understand who creates the environment and follow up service. My wife had to call multiple times to have an Omni error corrected, without any follow up after several promises to call back. I spoke with corporate and they promised the management team would all be addressed. I hope so, because an environment does not change with a phone call. It takes someone to be on the ground with eyes and ears on to fix this.

Stayed at the Omni for their cowtown unplugged. What an awesome experience. For $199 we got a nights stay, 2 tickets to the show, and 2 buffet breakfasts the next morning. They also had appetizers before the show which is were heavy enough for a light dinner. (Also included in the price). It was lots of fun and a great price for all the stuff we got. My only complaint is that their pool is so small so that there was no room for us to take a dip. Literally there was no room. My only disappointment.

The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly and always accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. 5 star service.

I stayed there for three nights with a friend. Our hotel room was super clean, and the bathroom was oversized. Plenty of space for two women to get ready in. The lobby was nicely decorated, I'm not sure why you would ever have a fireplace in Texas though. All of the staff were super helpful, especially when we locked ourselves out of the room. My only complaint, would be the drop off area, there are way too many cars for such a small area. I'm so glad we didn't do ubers instead of renting a car.

The service everywhere was great from the front desk, the restaurant and event the valet. The only complaint I would have would be that the pool was small and crowded. Not enough chairs etc and very murky looking.

Nice hotel rooms and clean but noisy at night. From my room I was awakened several times by people who oassaient in the hallway. Moreover the Wi-Fi is paying and the restaurant menu of the hotel lack of choice…

Nice but not to the standards of other hotels that cost less. Bathroom shower drain could have been cleaned. For the price, I was excepting a nicer hotel and cleaner. Staff was nice and welcoming. Having dinner at Bob's was the best part of our stay.

Nice rooms and good food but watch out if you have to park a car. Really expensive and inconvenient — a real miss for a conference style hotel. Could stand to add a few people to the front desk during peak times. Internet isn't the greatest and you'll have to pay for it unless you take the time to sign up for their reward program. Room internet should be a part of any conference. There are other Fort Worth options worth pursuing.

Beautiful hotel with great exceptional service. Was greeted with a warm welcome and prompt, professional service. Gorgeous room. Excellent meal. Wonderful valet service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was amazing! The room was incredible and offered a view of downtown Fort Worth. I advised the booking agent that we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. The staff surprised her with a birthday card and chocolates!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience with everyone we came into contact with, from the bartender to the bell hop. What a fantastic staff. The beads were comfortable. I loved it here.

What a ridiculously priced hotel, if you want a balcony that is literally right underneath the pool, to the point where you can jump in it, then this is the place for you! Oh and did I mention it will cost $500 a night to sleep on the couch, yes this is true. Unfortunately if you want a balcony with a king bed you are going to pay at least $800 and you are in Texas, remember that.

Great hotel! As a hotel snob I give this Omni 5 stars. So nice, clean and superb staff. In house steak house is one of best I’ve had.

I would go out of my way to beg you not to stay at this hotel. Ever. Worst hotel experience with any hotel and I'm a big traveler so that's saying something. I booked a room in early Feb for a stay at the Omni Hotel in Fort Worth in mid-March for 3 adults. We booked a room with 2 doubles but when we arrived, somehow they were magically out of rooms. Their only solution for us was to put us in a spot that isn't even an actual room but an extension to another room that only has a pull out couch. Remember… 3 adults. Which meant one of us had to sleep on a tiny twin rollaway made for kids. Then after explaining the impact of the situation for us, they finally get the manager and he agreed to comp us for the room we don't have for the night… Gee, thanks… And after all that, they actually charged me $1, 000 instead of $600! Even better, the next day when they were supposed to move us into the room we booked, they said they'd call when it was ready and never did, so we waited around until 1pm to hear anything and finally I went down there (again) and the room had been ready the whole time. Another day into our stay, the hotel charged me AGAIN for another $775! This hotel originally should've cost me $800, but then after they were supposed to comp our first night, it should've cost $625, but I was into it for $1800. The manager wouldn't put anything in writing saying I was supposed to only be charged the $625 but asked that I trust them.

Horrible horrible. Had no idea that the WHOLE hotel is pet friendly. Daughter is highly allergic to pet dander. When we questioned the desk about this was informed we could have filled out a form for allergy free room. How would we know to ask for this when we were not aware of the pet friendly policy. Rooms have thin walls. Awake all night listening to high school kids running up and down halls. All around horrible stay.

A very good hotel, no doubt about it. The food is very good, they have very good taste (does not apply to the restaurants) those are point and apart. The state of the furniture could be better. The knocker of the door was just fastened by a screw and also loose. The pins of the contacts that are subject to the bureau were hanging behind it. The water flowed very slowly to the drain in the tub which caused a floodplain in each shower bath. For a fee of 206 USD the night should have those details covered, I trust that it was just my room.

The stay and most of the staff are fantastic. However, the language barrier is huge which put a damper on our stay. The rooms were excellent and so are the restaurants in the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and wanted to be helpful, the only issue was the language barrier.

The food in Whiskey and Rye is delicious.

Except for the noisy rattling air conditioner vent that went all night, it was a classic Omni experience. The restaurant food was great, the fire in the lobby was wonderful, and our corner room had a great view. It was disappointing that due to dreary rainy conditions the rooftop pool was closed and I bet the garden is lovely in the spring. Staff was helpful and accommodating for our late check-out and locking up our bags while we waited for our train departure. I was surprised for our 5 yr anniversary with the train ride down and one night in our favorite hotel chain. There was a conference so a table of loud drunk ladies disrupted our anniversary dinner at the steak house, and they didn't seem to have taken the reservation request into account but the food was great and our server as well.

Although busy and people constantly going about the lobby is still a nice peaceful place to sit awhile and put your feet up. The are usually containers of cold fruit flavored water for free and sometimes snacks and raw fruits available for sale at various times of the day. Very friendly helpful people.

The hotel is enormous and beautiful. The outside is modern but the inside and rooms are more rustic than you would suspect. The cost per night is high but not any more than an average luxury hotel. On the ground floor there is a bar, wine bar and restaurant. The rooms offer great views of downtown. There is a garage but we opted to save money by parking on the street a block away. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Very nice, well clean, overjoyed with the amazing staff. From the first second I got to omni for dinner the nice gentleman at the front of the hotel held the door open for me. Very easy to find the restaurants out of the 3 choices of whiskey and rye, cast iron, and bobs steak house. Cast iron was my choice for dinner amazing service my server was amazing. Then I decided I would go to whiskey for dessert and the service was just as amazing as cast irons. I am yet to try bobs steak house.

It is a very good place to Ospedarte and also the restaurants have excellent attention and very good food.

I’ve never written a bad review but I hope I am Able to save someone from having the experience we had here. We ordered food from room service, they said their would be a 1 hour wait… we were up for another 2 and half hours before falling asleep and the food never arrived. We called the next morning to make sure they didn’t charge us for the food. They said that that two trips were made in attempt to deliver and also said they called our room… (friends from another room were hanging out in our room, so we had a totally of 6 people in our room, AWAKE, during these “attempts”) I asked them If they are sure they were going to the correct room and the girl I spoke with chuckled and said, “Yes, with an order that big we always send our manager to make sure everything is delivered” (We ordered 4 meals totaling to about $60, as most of the options range from $12-15). I told Her they had to have been at the wrong room — we had 6 people in the room, no TV or music on we were all just sitting around talking — their is no way none of us heard the door and their is definitely no way we wouldn’t have heard the phone. After going back and forth she told me she was the manager and that we will still be charged for the order, since they “attempted” to deliver twice and called the room — she also said they left a message on our phone so after I got Off the phone with her I checked, their were no messages.

We had brunch at Cast Iron on a Saturday morning and everything was delicious. While there appeared to be less offerings at the brunch buffet than the last time we visited (which was on a Sunday) everything was excellent. The food items you'll vary from standard breakfast fare to dishes with a bit of local flair that I always enjoy trying.

Great place to go when visiting Ft. Worth! Staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to help you get anything you need to make your stay the best. Great views from the rooms and Starbucks is right downstairs! Definitely a plus! You gotta come here, it's great!

Decent rooms but not extremely fancy compared to what they charge. Pillows are amazing! No bathroom fans if you doubt like a steamy hot room while getting ready that is a problem. Elevators are extremely slow and there aren't enough to accommodate the number of guests, we just waited 20 minutes. Hot tub was out of service. Late check out costs money. Parking is expensive and busy times are so congested in their valet/pull up area.

The hotel location and amenities are very good. The audio and video for the conference was excellent, and the food wa s good. However, the parking is poor, and the signage for the hotel could have been better. The staff were courteous and professional, answering questions easily and pointing out places of interest as requested. The hotel was clean and comfortable. If I ever need to stay downtown I will certainly consider the Omni.

Awesome facility. The hamburger in the restaurant is a masterpiece. Love love love the fireplace in lobby. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I loved having the door opened for me each time I entered or exited.

I've stayed at many hotels and resorts. This was one of my favorite stays of all time. The staff was amazing. Always helpful and smiling. The rooms were great. Very clean and has everything for a traveler. There were 3 great restaurants (the buffet breakfast at the Cast Iron was incredible). I will make every effort to visit again and I will highly recommend it to everyone!

Would give 3 stars but gave 4 because of customer service was so helpful in the end. Ordering drinks to your room is expensive: $20 each (small) plus they were watered down. We couldn't take a shower — it was broken. Plus when we called, the promised engineer never showed. We had to leave without even showering! Good thing they offered to give us half off the room and drinks free. And glad it was only 1 night.

The hotel was conveniently located at one end of downtown with most of the restaurants and bars within walking distance. All of the staff was totally friendly and you can get a complimentary shuttle to and from noon-walking distance locations. We took it the the stock yard for dinner. It made enjoying it stay so much easier. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, new, very nice and very Texas… big rooms big bathroom and shower. Friendly helpful service too. All around great stay, I will be back!

Beautiful hotel! Great location and staff. I was here for a work conference and the handled that quite well, it was organized and the hotel had some great amenities. Would stay here again if I came back to the area!

Very pretty hotel. The staff was very polite. They put champagne and chocolate in our room for our anniversary. Loved the robes and towels were soft. The only thing I didn't like was the fridge wasn't cold at all, the bed was springy, and the soap seemed very cheep. I would still go back.

Very very nice hotel. We were in Fort Worth for the Michigan vs. Florida game and met some friends at the hotel bar for some drinks, listen to music and watch football. Could not have been more pleased with the atmosphere and service. The singer did an excellent job and enjoyed his songs. Really enjoyed it.

Staff is very nice at front desk and at the pool. I am here for a conference and the meeting spaces are good. No complaints. It's nice that there is a Starbucks on site and if you sign up for their rewards program you get a free coffee a day.

First room had some issues but they corrected it and upgraded us you to a suite plus gave is super late check out. Omni always makes me feel like they care. Hotel is very nice and located close to everything that matters in Downtown Fort Worth. Great pool, nice restaurants, and very clean. Thank you Omni!

To refresh your memory my car was probably the dirtiest you got in and maybe the smelliest. I've been trying to trade it in for a Jeep for quite some time, I'm not trying hard enough. Again as we discussed… Murphy was following me around all week. I know it was late and I just wanted to say thank you for taking care of that camera like it was your own. It was my Dad's.
