Room was clean. Drove 800 miles that day so just wanted to pass out. Beds were on frames that were the wrong size. Bed was very uncomfortable due to this. I was too tired to deal with getting it fixed. Everything else was fine.

Room is clean enough. Location good.

Not a good start. Pool closed, no room service unless I pay extra. Just here for a couple of days, but if I want towels I must take the wet/dirty ones to front desk. Room is clean enough. Location good.

Literally gave me a room with a guest inside. I walked in and there was people still in the room. Scared me and that guest. Should really change staff or update system so it can show who booked in what room. Scary to stay in a place that mistakens the people inside the rooms. I would give it no stars but I have to leave one.

Good service with reasonable price. I like the full kitchen and free breakfast here.

Disgusting! it looks a place from THE SHINING… the hall smelt like marijuana there was drug activity outside, the pull out bed sucks, everything in room 305 is broken, this place needs to be condemned. DO NOT RENT A ROOM FROM THIS PLACE unless you like nasty places like this! — SICK PLACE.

Great place to stay. Restaurants close by and off the highway. Quiet with a great staff.

The room layout is perfect; more like an apartment than a hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff has been friendly and responsive to every need. For anyone needing a mid to long term accommodation, the Farmers Branch will do the trick.

Bad experience! Allow me to explain: Your Guests are just that: Guests **** They are your " Bread and Butter ". I've always been of the philosophy it only takes one negative opinion and the next thing you know know they're coming from every direction. Word of mouth is a very powerful medium. When you experience everything from constant dope smoking, domestic violence, bed bugs, discrimination against my ADA and my Service Animal who happens to be medically, and Governmentally certified. Would not recommend save your money or better still go across the street.

The room we have is awesome! Its the top corner room its huge! Staff is extremely nice this is my favorite of the extended stays!

Noise factor. Your trying to rest and the front desk will put a family with kids just above your room, Instead of putting them on the first floor. When you try to explain why, some personal don't care. Other than that, okay place for a temporary stay.

Great location. Elevator needs maintenance. Grab n go breakfast item is not reliable. Looks like management is waiting for overall maintenance of the facility soon.

The rudest staff ever 10minutes til check out they send police to my door stole my mothers phone returned after I text I found my phone it reappear magic huh sad pathedic service by all means DONT BOTHER!

For sure 5 star… The room was like my mini house with every facility. Loved it. I will recommend for both short and long duration stay.

Ive been at this location for almost year and catina kelley the front desk is always rude never at the desk I even bumped into a great employee. And when the employee lead me to room 121 looking like she was just waking up then she always have a attitude then I watch her walked rite back to the room. I really hate when she at the front desk on weekend I thought the front desk suppose to be at the front at all time. They need to replace her she once told me she was going to get they manager fired and she was fire 2 weeks after she told me I would recommend anybody to this location as long as shes there.

Quite, clean and comfortable. Fridge, stove, and microwave all work great. Pet friendly and have an area for dogs.

The place was clean and nice. The staff was so very friendly. We had several problems with getting a package from ups and the employees went out of their way to help us get the package. One of the best places I have stayed.

Staying here for a school but it isn't a bad place. Spacious rooms but poorly lit. Internet connection is lacking, but sufficient. The staff is great.

Very slow Wi-Fi means almost no Wi-Fi. Keys have to be reset every 2days. Gym with noisy and minimal, almost not working tools. Never changing breakfast (apple, coffee, peanut bar)

This place is okay. Cheap and it is worth for what I paid for. The front desk people are very helpful and nice. The only thing I can complain I dont know why is the stuff delivered to this building the boxes always come opened. It happened to me and my friends too for many times.

The location is quaint, just out of the way from everything but in a good way. I've yet to have a problem finding a parking spot and the desk attendant has been very polite with us. Rooms are in great quality and very quiet. I'd highly recommend this establishment to a friend and would definitely come back if the opportunity arose.

I was home when I got a charge on my credit card from this hotel. I immediately called my bank and reported the fraud, but I also called the hotel so they could contact the authorities or whatever they needed to do about the freeloaders who had stolen my information. They told me there was nothing they could do. Thanks.

I constantly have to have my key reset and of course it was my fault because I keep it in my wallet. After keeping it in a separate pocket and still having to get it reset ever 2 days they realize the battery in my lock needed to be replaced. So if they hadn't blamed it on me the first time it could have been fixed. The battery in my carbon monoxide alarm dies so the lady just tells me to take out the battery because they don't have any 9volt batteries available. Instead of taking one out of an empty room. They claim they deliver clean dishes to your room if you request them, no, they don't. You have to go to the lobby to get anything and that is only IF there is someone at the front desk. It's a 50/50 chance someone is there. The lady has her headphones on ALL the time, leaving me standing there waving to get her attention if she isn't looking directly at me. I asked the guy behind the counter why the place is so poorly managed and he says, "I don't know about that sir". Really? I have traveled all over the world and stayed at 100s of hotels and I can see a poorly managed one and this is one of the worst. Stay away and pay a couple extra bucks for anywhere else. I only pay 65 bucks a night and I'm still not getting my money's worth. Just a total crap hole.

The staff to me are great people. All needs are taking care of no matter the hour of the day. The house keepers make sure that they clean the property. If u need a good safe place vacation at this place u will love it and not to mention that young respectful young. Guy that works 2nd shift he is such nice respectful gut… Kudos to the team.

The room itself was nice but the ac didn't work well.

The rooms are good but I get water through the sink from other rooms also when they come to clean the room they didn't change the towels bad service on that.

Clean, new and safe! The room was clean and sufficient. I stayed when it was about 8°C outside and found the heart in my room worked wonderful, but seemed to only reach about 17°C and levelled off there. The windows were not all insulated and I could hear conversation right outside. The walls are plenty insulated and had no issue there. Pricing is reasonable.

The GM whose name is Nicole is very rude and unprofessional. My partner suffers from a rare form of skin cancer and we were in town for his treatment. She had the audacity to accuse him of stealing towels, yelled countless obscenities and even physically pushed him. After we called the authorities and pressed charges, she tried to refuse a refund of our money. Luckily the law and Priceline were on our side. Do not stay here!

Omg my experience was horrible first my room reeked of weed and cigs. I ask the manager if I could change my rooms and she told me that maybe I needed to find another place to stay for the night this was the best she could offer. Wow as my morning continued in this hell hole the manager comes back to my room and ask me if I could help her locate what I think was an illegal substance in the hotel. She seemed in dire need for what ever she was asking for. I'll never stay here again.
