We enjoyed our stay. Very affordable. Big, clean, spacious rooms. Great location within walking distance to most west end attractions and a few blocks from a dart transfer station for anything else. The staff was all friendly and helpful and their breakfast bar was top notch. Highly recommend.

We fit five people into a two bed suit with a couch with plenty of space to spare! It was a great experience all around! Very safe! Very fun!

We was racially profiled! They smelled weed and automatically assumed it was my group of well educated females. I will be looking deeper into this and have already contacted a lawyer. They called the police and the hotel manager refused to give us further explanation. There is construction in the hotel and we are now aware that she used a noise complaint and then changed it to marijuana. We don’t do drugs! We all have well paying jobs. I will never book with Marriott again because even corporate refused to help us and hang up saying they don’t overturn hotel management rules. I’m very upset they our trip was rudely interrupted by this nonsense. I will plaster this story every where that I can and make it public where people can call and make complaints. Not only that, we had been there 3 days being awaken by workers. Our air was broken and we never received towels when we requested them. This hotel is disgusting all around even the employees. They don’t care about paying guest. They threatened to call police when there was no issue. We’ve never had run ins with police! The nerve of them. General manager needs to be fired. How you refuse to speak with paying hotel guest?

Second time staying here. First time was great.
Second time was terrible! Had to constantly ask for them to unlock the pool area. There were a group of about 15-20 young teens running around all night partying and smoking weed. Kept yelling in the halls all hours of the night, slamming doors, cussing each other out. It was so hard to sleep (I had my 2 children with me as well). It was so noisy I couldn’t sleep until the partying stopped at about 6 am. The hotel staff did nothing to calm them down or assure the other guest could enjoy their stay. I stayed for 4 nights, on the second night the smoke alarms were going off because these children were smoking weed and it was so smoky it caused them to go off. We were miserable anytime we were at the hotel. We tried not to be here unless it was time for bed, but that was pointless due to the continued partying they allowed. Plus the “luxury breakfast” was a brown paper sack with an old orange and cheap cinnamon cake/muffin. Very disappointing.

To start our room had a broken TV and air-conditioning leaking all over and carpet smelled. Tried to go to pool but couldn't enjoy that area due to the large group of young adults smoking weed and yelling at each other. The same group partied all night till after 4am. They ran the halls slammed doors screaming. No masks no shoes. Sleeping in common area — only 1 small young female staff on duty who tried to call them up and ask them to please be quiet. Sleeping in halls and no regard for others. I would rate a 1 star for the overworked cleaning ladies who were obviously understaffed. The single desk worker who seemed to be exhausted and all alone was out of her league with the trashy type people who obviously used the hotel as a party place since bars were closed for covid. Disgusted.

Great location to the convention center.

This stay could have been much better, considering the room was just fine, and hotel staff was fine. The third party valet company on the other hand took almost an hour to get my car and basically lost my keys right after having them in hand. I was told my room was being comped, received the statement in my email that showed a reverse charge, yet my credit card statement still has the charge there. Probably won’t be back to this hotel, and I am an avid Marriott person. Never have had a terrible experience until this.

Valet lost our car this morning, no one seems to really care. UPDATE: Nearly 2 hours later after several complaints from other customers not having their vehicle for hours, they brought it out from a garage catty corner to the hotel. Overheard one customer filing for a claim on his red sports car being scratched/Revved excessively. The Valet also lost another customers keys, which ended up to be a huge miscommunication between the staff.

Was very good for the price. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free. The room I got smelled like an ash tray for cigars. I went right downstairs and was promptly given another room. That room was very good. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is not to brag about but gets the job done and is better than some other hotels for sure. The pool is very small. Don’t plan on taking laps. You are only two blocks from a very bad part of town so make sure you don’t take the wrong turn like I did. Besides that if you only need a night its good.

The location is great. We valeted our car and walked everywhere. Love the bed and pillows. Best night sleep I have literally had in a long time. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The girls at the front desk were awesome. I give it 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The biggest thumbs up goes to the ladies manning the front desk. They should be recruited to teach hospitality courses! Awesome!

Horrible! Booked 2 rooms 6 nights! 1) misquoted not by only 1 employee, but 2! 2) housekeeping did not clean rooms as of now 2days straight 3) one bed not slept in, pulled sheets back and big brown dirty spot in bed… disgusting! Poor management including GM they say oh we will give you 25% off … really? We were quoted price of 966. And change for GRAND TOTAL… bull crap credit card charged over 2000.00! dont stay there too many other places to stay Corporate hope you can look into this! I asked for the person over the GM to contact me… lol not gonna happen cause I was told they can’t give that message! I guess not! Dirty towels and asked for clean ones… not happening! Obvious Marriott doesn’t care about guest it’s about the almighty dollar!

Charged my credit card twice after I cancelled my reservation almost 3 months before checkin date. Called and they couldn't find my reservation or my cancellation. Customer service was rude and told me it was my fault. How is it my fault when I had up to 3 days before and I canceled almost 3 months before. Still waiting to hear but I have all my emails with the info. Not happy…

Loved the area. Across the street from the Dallas World Aquarium. Within walking distance to dinne dining or casual drinks. The rooms were very clean and staff amazing. Only draw back is parking. The valet is $30/day with going and coming as you please. There is a parking lot across the street from the hotel, but it's questionable if the pass will cover you all weekend no matter which stall you're in or is by stall only. We purchased the weekend pass $24. Just be overly cautious as I don't believe going and coming is allowed as parking for a day is only good for 12hrs.

The staff was fantastic! In the middle of a busy month of conventions, the staff knew my name and greeted me every time I walked through the doors. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The location was perfect with so many amazing restaurants nearby.

Great stay! Staff is super friendly, both front desk and housekeepers. We were there for a Harry Potter con, and they were really interested, really cool about it. Breakfast has a good selection. Room was clean. Location is 15-20 minute walk from the Kay Bailey Convention Center.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, walking distance to restaurants and museums. Train station about 10 min walk away. Short drive to other trendy areas of town. Parking can be an issue if you choose to not valet. City view rooms are nice. Would stay here again.

We came for a convention and the staff was so insanely friendly. They had a cute mirror for my 2 year old. They had no idea that we love beauty and the beast. So she walked around saying, "beast! " Due to a computer glitch our room wasn't completely cleaned when we got to it, but she just needed to vacuum so it didn't really inconvenience us. But she, the head of housekeeping, and 2 managers apologized to us, asked if we wanted to transfer rooms, and then they gave us a gift bag with snacks to apologize AND gave us a free night on rewards (we had prepaid). We asked housekeeping to clean our room next one day so the toddler could take a nap and she did. The staff always had a smile, they asked questions about what we were doing and they loved my toddler. We even forgot to request a crib when we booked the room and they brought one up for us once we checked in. The past two years we've stayed at the Omni for this conference and this is the best experience we've ever had. Overall they were very accommodating and very helpful, even going out of their way to help us carry gallon water jugs to our room.

This is the perfect place for those on a budget that don't want to stay in a ratty hotel. It was optimally located in downtown Dallas, just a short drive to the Music Hall where they do Broadway, (why we were there, we went to the Lion King! ). Continental breakfast was great as well, the only thing I would advise is you have to pay for parking. We paid the 30 a night for valet, instead of self parking because it was roughly 25$ overnight elsewhere so we thought the 30$ for valet was fair. I would definitely stay there again!

5 Stars isn't enough! The hospitality of the valets, front desk, housekeeping, breakfast hosts and their Director Sharlonda was absolutely outstanding! I can't begin to thank them enough for offering to assist me when my flight was canceled out of Dallas. Only a great hotel AND staff would go above and beyond!

Parking is a little weird you have to park in the garage across the street the location is amazing. I really like the West End of Dallas. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is standard SpringHill Suites fare. The staff was really cool and quick with a smile.

Place is great. Close to downtown. Staff real pro, friendly and accommodating. However, pool and gym is a fraction of the size suggested in their pics… totally embellished… other than that, good to go.

Pros: great suites; friendly staff; hearty, hot breakfast; convenient to downtown business district. Con: tough parking situation ($30 valet or parking in a public lot a block over). Satisfactory if able to find a decent deal.

The hotel itself is nice and it's in a place where u can access dallas spots easily. The thing I hated about it was how loud the traffic is all through the day and night… I did not sleep because of how loud it was. I feel like Marriott should charge less per room here just because the noise level was so ridiculous. My advice would be to bring ear plugs. Other than that, the hotel and staff were elegant and sweet.

Great service and stay. Employees were very helpful qhith all our needs. We showed up HOURS early and they let us check in to rest up at great price.

The bed was Comferable but the room was a little small. It would have been nice to not have had to pay for parking. The outside pool was a joke and it's not heated like they say. We couldn't even use it. I've had better breakfast at a 2 1/2 star hotel. But for a quick one night stay on a cheap deal, It was not bad. Could have been better could have been worse.

Rooms are large and nice. The staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. A little disappointed that the weekday breakfast buffet closed at 9 am. But there was a variety of choices like the strawberry waffle batter! Was disappointed in the oatmeal, very runny and undercooked. The only thing I really did not like about our stay was the fact that you have to pull underneath the building into a little area for parking drop off. Parking is off site about a block-and-a-half away so inconvenient if you forgotten something. Overall would return again.

Nice big clean room. Comfortable bed. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Walking distance to several great restaurants.

Staff was friendly and continental breakfast was nice but the room left much to be desired. The room left much to desired. It smelled a little like wet dog and the air conditioner was not pulling any moisture out of the air. Could have been my room but a colleague of mine shared this sentiment.

I would prefer to give them 4.5. There were only two minor hiccups.
1. ) Upon arrival, we waited at least 10mins for someone to come and valet park my car. I looked inside and saw the worker at the front desk, even looked at me, but never came to greet me or notify someone to come outside. I walked in, checked in, and someone was notified to park my car. The process was quick and flawless. Slightly disappointed check in took less than 3mins (which is awesome), but waited at le…ast 10mins before having to go in and notify someone I needed my car parked 2. ) We had food we were still eating that was thrown away by housekeeping while we were out of the room. As I said, minor. Admittedly it could have been stored in the refrigerator, but it did not need to be refrigerated. So it was left out. Other than those two minor hiccups, stay was amazing and I plan on staying at this location on my next trip.

Very spacious rooms, LOTS of fresh breakfast options, the lounge area is very comfortable. My only issue is the entrance and parking. Very hard to catch in moving traffic. Not exactly the best placement but footsteps away from local bars and shops!

This property is in a non-traditional Springhill Suites building which is interesting. It's also in a great location with easy walking to restaurants, bars, Dallas Aquarium and more. Our room happened to have a great view of downtown which looked pretty cool at night.

Good location, nice large room. Gym was small but useful, and laundry on site is great. Also, the breakfast spread is impressive.

It was a very roomy and comfortable room. As soon as I walked in, the feel of the too relaxed me. There was plenty of space for me to entrain guests when they came by because the room was like a small studio apartment. I'm definitely going back.

The best hotel staff I've ever experienced. The hotel room was clean & more than enough. Breakfast was delicious & the always-available coffee topped it off.

We only stayed one night. The room was not very large, but it was fine, complete and enjoyable. Breakfast is included and is buffet-style, full and very rich. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I could see that in the room can hear everything that happens in adjoining rooms, but spend only a couple of nights is fine.

This was an amazing hotel! The front desk staff was amazing and let us check in early! The room was huge and the breakfast was delicious and filling!

I checked into this hotel on November 29, 2017 around midnight. Needless to say, I was exhausted (drove 4 hours & hadn't slept much the night prior). The agent at the counter asked for my ID and credit card. I gave him my personal and corporate credit card. He scanned my personal credit card and then gave them both back to me. I looked at them and apologized as I thought I had given him my ID and corporate credit card. Instead of him checking the credentials provided and asking me which card I would like to use, he chose 1 and used it. And, he still never asked to see my ID after he booked me into my room. Well, I get to the room and instantly feel like I've been zarped back into the 60s. The lobby and breakfast area of the hotel are nice, but the rooms are outdated. Anyway, I turn to lock the latch on the door and its broken. Instantly grab my bags and head back to the check in counter. They put me in another room. In the next room, there were 2 beds. I pulled the cover back on the first bed and found a pubic hair in the bed. Pulled the covers back on the next bed and found a strain of gray hair. At this point, I'm tired and frustrated. The couch looked as if it was infested with all types of germs. I pulled the covers up on the bed with the gray hair strain, pull the extra sheets and blanket from the closet and lay them on top of the bed. I slept in my clothes and on top of the sheets from the closet. I was too tired to have them change the sheets and make a fuss.

Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of House of Blues where we were attending a concert, so location was great. Rooms are definitely a bit dated, but for a night's stay, it was worth the price.

This is like a 3 star hotel in terms of the rooms… But here's the thing, they have amazing customer service. It's the little things that count… Like Everytime I entered the lobby someone acknowledged me to say hello, have a good day, have a great jog, etc. Super friendly staff! & Another plus was breakfast. I think it's a very good breakfast. I don't eat much if unhealthy food, so I found it good. Each morning I had a nutritious meal that was different.

Service: Good. The service is good. Valet is great Room: Small. Rooms are small and slightly cramed Quality: Outdated. Everything in the room is outdated. Bathroom, faucets, iron, ironing board, etc Location: this is the only thing it's got going for it.

Only stayed one night, just for a concert that was down the street at the House of Blues. Check in was simple and the room was reasonably priced, especially considering I had booked the room on the same day that we were checking in.

I spent a week at the hotel in early November and was incredibly impressed. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The iPad control for the bedroom appliances is amazing. The bathroom amenities were first rate and plentiful. I highly recommended this hotel.

Hotel could be cleaner but service was good. Parking is available in local lots as well as in the hotel. Neighborhood seems to be near the end of a rebuilding phase.

I had an issue with a very strong odor in my room that was due to renovations and it was so strong I was feeling nauseous. I notified the front desk and didn't get very far. Carina the manager on shift was so nice and so polite even tho I was clearly frustrated. She stopped everything she was doing to hunt down a sufficient room to move me to even tho the front desk said they were sold out. She Went up and checked on the room personally to make sure it was ready, called me, moved me and continued to handle the situation with such grace. She then followed up with me once I was re settled and she delivered a bag of water and snacks to my room and apologized again for the inconvenience. I travel for work constantly and I am in a hotel at minimum twice a month and understand situations happen. But never have I been treated so well by management. This hotel is very lucky to have her on staff. I am very grateful and even more impressed.

Solid hotel for the price in a decent location. A few blocks down its a little sketchy but the area right around the hotel is fine. Close to the Dart tram as well. The rooms were good and spacious.

Not a horrible place. Decent lobby and friendly staff, but the room itself seemed like something you could get for $50 a night. Does not justify the cost.

Hotel is located in downtown Dallas. There is a parking lot and parking garage available across the street that are both cheaper than hotel parking. Stayed in a room with two full beds and a pull out couch. Room is spacious with a living area, fridge, and microwave. Breakfast served in the morning with basic breakfast foods like eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc.

It's OK. Not great, not bad but does the job. My review is mostly based on the fact that my room had a wall unit for AC and heat. It was damn loud and ran every few minutes. Worst of all it was right next to the bed. If you value sleep and noise is as problem make sure you get a room where the bed is far from the units. Other than that, the room was clean, service friendly and facilities just fine. Nothing spectacular but you won't be feeling like you're in a Motel 6.

Rooms were nice. Breakfast was decent for being included. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Easy to walk around the area, but the front door locks at night, and we had difficulty finding a good place to eat locally. Would still recommend.

Didn't stay here. We found a wallet on the ground in front of the aquarium. We gathered it up and gave it to the girl at the front desk. She was very helpful and began immediately trying to find the owner. Nice people.

Let's see. First room, door lock is broken. No biggie. Second room, not clean at all. No sheets on the bed. Burrito on the table. 3rd room, there is freaking dried blood on the bathroom door. Marriott needs to get it together.

Room was nice clean and staff was friendly. They lacked information about the surrounding area sadly but were very nice. Rooms were standard, bathroom was basic nothing special. TV was small but worked fine. It had everything you would need to enjoy a 1-3 day trip.

I stayed there at the end of December. I valet parked. I contacted valet by text message as instructed in advance of leaving. When I arrived the valet was no where to be found. It took another 20 minutes to get my vehicle. When my truck was brought into the valet area the valet pulled forward in a narrow corridor. I took my vehicle and left. When I stopped for gas on my way home, I noticed damage to the front corner of my vehicle. I can only infer that the valet either caused the damage, or knew about it and chose not to bring it to my attention. Maybe the valet didn't do it, and maybe he didn't see it, but it was sure frustrating to find a deep gouge along the front side of my truck.

As far as Springhill suites go, this is a nice one, but on the scale of hotel options available in this area, it could use some updates. The gym is essentially two treadmills, the pool is a little over chlorinated and feels a little run down, the elevators have a feel like they might just stop mid floor. The rooms are decent. The bed is comfortable. On the plus side, they are very convenient to food and they are very reasonably priced. The free breakfast is fine, I usually just grab some oatmeal and some fruit. Overall there was nothing to dislike, but there is nothing that draws me back.

The staff was AMAZING! They were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and the hot chocolate bar was the best! Loved it! Can't wait to stay again.

This is a good hotel for business travelers working in the area. The rooms are well equipped and clean, the service is VERY GOOD, and the location is well situated. I've stayed here a week, with additional weeks planned, and the staff has been so accommodating and kind. My requests for extra coffee, towels, pillows, etc. Have been CONSISTENTLY honored. The shuttle service has been really good too. Although not designed to be a full-service hotel, it is a nice, modern hotel with efficient service and comfortable rooms.
