I recently stayed in this extended stay for a month and from day one it was problems. It started off with very loud noises from the people above, so I asked to be moved to the top floor. Once a room became available on the top floor the refrigerator didn't work. Took a few days before the refrigerator was replaced. When I needed to wash only 1 washer machine was working properly. Soon after that I began to see roaches. They told me that my room was sprayed but I soon later began to see crickets everywhere. An entire week went by and that problem was never resolved. How can anyone rest with crickets in their bed! I then called corporate and still nothing from them. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The staff was friendly but they couldn't do much because management needed to handle things. The general manager there was very unprofessional and didn't seem to care about the issues I was having. It sucks to have to experience this coming from another state.

It was ok, staff were friendly but customer service was horrible I was stuck with a bad microwave for a whole day. EDIT (2 years later) : Disaster. That’s the best way to describe this place now. The pillow cases smell awful, I had to buy my own pillow because the smell didnt make me sleep at night, nearly threw up one time, the microwave was bad (again), took them two days to bring in a new one. It was always a tug of war to get them to clean my room every week. There were also few bugs in the bathrooms. Some of the cleaners are extremely rude, so watch out for that. I had a confrontation with one of them and it wasnt pretty, I had to go downstairs every sinlge week to complain so my room would get cleaned. The carpet smells terrible for the most part. Most of the staff act like they're being forced to work there, there were a few friendly staff but overall not so much. The management at this hotel is really terrible, the place is pet friendly, not against pets but if you're going to have that rule, you've got to amp up the hygiene of the hotel to the max because with pets comes a lot of untidiness, something they don't understand here apparantly. Overall below, average experience. Will not be visiting again.

This place is not a good place to stay. This is my second time here y I came back idk… the TV want come on at all I called the front desk they told me I couldn't get it fixed until Sunday, really Sunday, today is Friday. The internet is slow as heck it makes not want to even use Wi-Fi u get frustrated bc want nothing play… no TV no Wi-Fi in a $103 per night hotel. Trust save ur money no TV until Sunday… when u could have easily moved me to another room or just brought in another sorry workers sorry hotel.

Room wasn't ready at check-in. Not really a big deal. Get in the room — extend stay? No coffee maker no anything! Had to walk down to retrieve coffee maker. Get back to room and realized you need coffee cups. Call front desk to find out if you want them you'll have to come get them. Customer service=Fail! I will not stay here again. Disappointed.

This place is a complete disaster, I stayed here for two weeks and it was one of the worst hotels this side of the Susquehanna. Clothes stolen from washing machine, bathroom bag pilfered and other items stolen from room while the do not disturb sign was on the door. No garbage cans anywhere in the halls or by any doors which ment there was garbage all over the place, the same pile of trash laid in the stairwell for almost a week. One day I came home to a pile of broken plastic bits on the floor, a note saying my room was inspected and cleaned but the bed was not made and the trash was not emptied, and worst of all there was no toilet paper but the toilet paper holder was laying on the floor of course this happened when the do not disturb sign was on the door. No respect or care about the customers, what's the point in having a do not disturb sign if you constantly go in the room with it displayed.

None of the anmenties that were offered. No microwave in the room no dishes air doesn't work. I'ts 90 degrees outside no towels no toliet paper the matteress filthy it's horrible no smoking but u smell is marijuana I would not recommend to ANYONE staff rude as heck.

6 of the longest weeks of my life. For over 750$ a week I feel like I was owed refunds, plural. Every other day, from day one, the television had no signal or partial channels. The heater didn't work and I called and was told they would send someone up by the next day and no one showed. And the internet was slow and down a bit too but not as bad as the TV. The man at the front desk, Romone was awesome and so was the manager who comped a day for the TV the first week I was there. I was supposed to the daily house keeping and twice I told them no and they never bothered asking but one time after that. When I really needed it and called they were no shows and once they came hours later and my kids and I had to walk next door in the rain to wait. The fire alarm went off 4 times, once after midnight. Not one time was there an issue other than the alarm itself. The 3rd floor smelled awful every single day because trash sat in the hallways until late morning. And for a no smoking hotel it reeked of pot 24/7. Very roomy though. Breakfast was just some granola bars n muffins but that's no biggie compared to everything else.

The front desk employees are slow and rude. It doesn't smell clean. You can see fingerprints/ handprints on the walls.

2 stars because of the nice staff. The hotel is old and dirty. Smells like cigs. Wifi did not work in our room even after calling customer service. Would not stay again.

Extremely dissatisfied. We have stayed in extended hotels all across the country from California to Texas and this is by far the worst service we received. We asked for blankets and pillows for our children for the pull out bed. They said wait one hour they are in the laundry. We waited. They knew what Room we were in and instead we went to receive our stuff and they said to late we gave them all out. I asked if they could go to an empty Room and get some which the man agreed to do. He said he'd go get them and bring them to our room. At this time it was 11 pm and my kids were tired. We picked all the stuff off our bed and of course gave it to our children so they could sleep. The man never came and we slept without a single thing except towels to lay on and rolled up our clothes for pillows. I can't even imagine how much money I've spent at your hotels over the years to get this service is unacceptable. Also everyday we had to go to the front because the key deactivated. Which the man at the front desk for some reason thought was something to laugh about. Very inconvenient. I called the front desk multiple times to recieve nothing in return!

Friendly staff but the rooms have cleanliness issues & the GM needs to start checking the chemicals being used on the kitchen & bathroom floors because they were very sticky.

Not to bad of a stay for the price. I got better treatment here then at the Wundam in park cities. And the room had more beds for my buck. I like that I rented on priice line and Isajia not sure how to spell the gentlemens name. Regardless this gentlemen seen that I got two beds so one of us did not have to sleep on that couch sofa sleeper. I think he deserves a 777777777ssssssstttttttaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrssssssssss For that Because the Wyndam just last Week wanted 30 bucks for parking Then wanted to male me sleep on floor because to upgrade to two beds was 100 extra at Wyndam And we only paid 65 a night on price line. So yes Kool reasonable place to live for a night or two. I like the kitchen and the lay out… …

The curtain had a blood stain, the air conditioning didn't work properly glad there were cool nights. Other than that it was okay.

The staff was very nice… As far as anything else… POOR! WE HAD TO ASK FOR CLEAN TOWELS DAILY. No house keeping was told that the housekeeping comes every other day to clean. Toliet was broke and their wasn't any maintenance overnight. No hot breakfast just muffins and coffee. Dishes we had to get ourselves and bring up. Was here three days no one came to pick up our trash at all. There is a shortage of staff and everything you will need at a hotel. Never any clean towels or dishes… And sheets and blankets. I will never stay at anyone. Very inconvenient for me and my family…

The staff is great, but there was no early check in available, and the lobby and hallways need a clean up. The rooms are nice and clean.

We have stayed here many times and had great times and no problems. This will be our last time staying here due to the type of business they have going on here. Not enough towels, stains on sheets… looks like the wash the sheets but stains. Just nasty. When u come to front desk the poor staff try to be nice and inform u not to park in back due the camera dose not work… well not a good tho f to Mr Joe because people were taking the flat screen TV out the back door. Joe is a good person. He trays very hard to please but he's only one person. This place has turn into a weed or drug or maybe just gettho place for six flag. Our 2nd room also smell like smoke and the rooms are not clean. So sad for this place to go down like this. Good luck Joe on trying to run this place all alone. Would rate this as. 2 stars but it was really bad.

I stayed in this hotel the last week of January and the first week of February for work. Two separate reservations through a third party booking site. I got into my hotel room and looked it over. There was random dishes in the cabinets. A half eaten lasagna was in the microwave and I had to scrub some hardened food off the table. The battery door on the smoke detector was also open with no battery inside. The breakfast is muffins and granola bars, which is fine but the description we read when we booked the hotel on a third party website advertised a full breakfast. You have to check out any dishes you want to use and they didn’t even have all the ones they advertised they had… The interior of the hotel looks as if it’s under construction, but the whole two weeks I was there no workers were present and no progress was made. There’s holes in the ceiling in the main lobby and hallways. The carpet was rolled in the side of the hallways. And one of the elevators didn’t work. The first week I stayed, I had to add a night onto the first reservation. I went to the front desk and she said the rate would be higher since we weren’t going through the third party site. So I told my boss and he said wait. I went the next day to add it on and the SAME PERSON I talked to before said she would be able to add it onto the same reservation for the same price. When I went to checkout, they said I owed for the extra night, a higher price then the other nights.

Rooms were dirty, Prices were way to HIGH … We Paid a 1000.00 dollar's for one week stay. Want do it again. Employees Smoking right out side the entry doors. Have to ask for soap, towels. Never had coffee when I went to the desk. Yes and the staff is very rude.

Carpet was old and stained. Bed was comfortable. Not enough shampoo/conditioner, soap. Smelled like someone was frying fish.

The bathrooms were nasty the front desk was nice and helpful but housekeeping needs to do better with the bathrooms… toilets had some much residue.

The suite we stayed in was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. And, it was very large. Friendly staff. Cereal bars, instant oatmeal and coffee for breakfast.

Decent hotel, over priced for the quality. Odd smells on the hotel and rooms. Decent hotel if you won't be spending much time in the room.

Rude and actually would not take us because of a 7 year felony. This place carries the most traffic and rates are much higher now and they need a $125 dollar deposit you get that back after they inspect the room and they are pickey so be careful on the carpet.

Was given the wrong room upon arrival. Then moved to another the next day as by them. This room had bed bugs everywhere. I tried to mention that I’d like a refund but nobody was at attention of the night shift. I waited until morning and asked for a difference in my stay for my other 2 days remaining. Manager checked the room and said none were visible but I sand there with bite marks all over that were visible. Do not book here.

When my family and I needed a emergency place to stay the lady who works the night shift was very helpful to helping us get a room we spent over $700 for a week which we fully didn’t stay because a lady complained that we were smoking marijuana in the room and brought the manager to our room and kicked us out with our 2 month old baby we knew the consequences so we would have never smoked anything period in the room, the man across the hall actually was smoking a joint and maybe that’s what the lady smelled in the hallway but instead of watching the cameras where it showed him with the joint in his mouth and clearly see when my husband or me did go smoke we smoked outside away from the doors. They charged us $250 fine which is for only if you smoke in the room and now me my husband and our 2 month old was on the street.

Just checked in for a one week stay poolside room is clean and accommodations seem to be simple… Not too crazy about the pet deposit but it's whatever. Always looking for Reasonable rates like Extended Stay America. Thanks!

Location is great for Six Flags, Cowboys Games, & Rangers games. Front desk service was great. Rooms and noise at night were not the best.

Friends and I booked two different rooms. Both non smoking rooms either smelled from a failed attempt to clean something up or smoke. Although room price wasn't bad, we got what we paid for.

Very poor maintenance of the room and property. Asked for early check in never even got a response. Had to wait 3 different times to check into my room… room was spacious but Tub did not drain.

Room was so hot. The a. C. Didn't work and their response was open a window! Shuttle was a complete disaster too, we ended up walking to the Cowboy stadium.

Was Greeted By Porsche and Yevette upon my arrivel with A warm welcome and was plesantly suprised with A good clean room. Is right across interstate frpm 6 flags enjoyed watching the rides I the afternoon also A nice shaded pool area to kick back and relax. Laundry has good machines clothes compleatly dry on first round. Internet was good TV not bad…

Hotel and rooms were great. Construction not so great to wake up to.

Love it cozy but kids can get on ur nerves lol if you work the midnight shift and have to sleep during the day.

No cameras outside, had a trailer stolen here and heard other guests telling front desk about their cars getting broken into and things stolen. Very slow service if any at all.

Breakfast could be better and the beds were horrible! But the customer service was very nice and the room was squeaky clean. All in all I would come back.

We were in Arlington to attend a family wedding and stayed in this extremely ethically questionable "hotel" for the week. The entire 3rd floor smelled like a Marijuana farm, and even after complaining to management TWICE about the illegal drug activity going on two doors down they still did nothing about it. There were cockroaches, the bathroom door handle was non existent, the hairdryer set fire as soon as it was cut on, the air conditioner did not work, and after having "maintenance" come up and "fix it" they turned the heat on and left it on, and it took several hours to get the room cooled back down, and when we called to request a fan to help cool the room back down they refused. This was anot awful experience and I would never recommend this "hotel" to my worst enemy.

Don't stay here. It sucks as bad as the Chinese place next door to it. Noone at the front desk at night when you need them to address issues, not cleaned worth a damn, light bulbs out and I guess they can't afford to replace them. The list goes on and on. Trust mean, you'd sleep better AND be more comfortable in your car. Crappiest hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've spent 16 yrs on the road in hotels!

This place barely is acceptable as a 2 star hotel. My first impression was when there was nobody at the desk to check me and another patron in. After waiting several minutes, I had to call the front desk to summon them. The room along with the whole hotel was DIRTY! My room had stains on the floor and comforter. The kitchenette floor was visibly dirty and sticky. The stove and bathroom sink had hair on them. When I dropped something and had to look under the bed, I discovered a couple of crumpled up tissues, a bottle of eye drops, and a "sexual item"! Disgusting! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Too bad I can't give minus stars. The room we had was disgusting… one of the filthiest places we've ever stayed. We had to wait for clean towels since they had none clean. We will never stay here again. Rather sleep in my car!

Stayed here for wrestlemania and was extremely happy. The room was clean and met all our needs. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were amazing. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. And the rate was amazing!

The rooms are quite big and the location in front of Six Flags is great. The only thing is that the building looks and feels like a not very good apartment complex.

Im staying for two weeks. No turn down… But theres Nice rooms but the corner rooms are the biggest. Service was friendly.

The front desk Nate was extremely knowledgeable and kind. It was my first time at the extened stay in Arlington and I was there on business. The breakfast wasn't the big but it was enough. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in horrible hotels world wide and this is truely the worst. It stinks. It is filthy. I truely would have been just as comfortable in a tent under a bridge… HORRIBL!

Upon entry the hotel seems pretty standard but then you get to the back where all the rooms are you can tell you probably should have chosen a better option. They were doing renovatons to the walls while guests were staying and everything just looked tacky and unclean. The rooms upon first inspection looked pretty clean and neat at first. If you find that you're lacking a garbage can you may have to look under the kitchen sink cabinet to see if it's there because that's where we found ours. Above all the rooms looked clean and so did the bathrooms at first, but that's the key term: at first. When we finally settled in for the night we found roaches running across the floor every other minute. In the kitchen, the bedrooms, and worst of all the bathrooms. It was ridiculous and plain embarrassing. Speaking of the bathroom you may want to bring your own soap and towels since I didn't like the way theirs smelled as well as toilet paper unless you like 1-ply. Bringing your own paper towels is a must. The beds were average but they worked. The kitchen was clean and it had a microwave and stove to cook on which both worked. I'd love to rate it higher but the roaches just hurt them tremendously. Thankfully we didn't have bed bugs but the fact that we had NUMEROUS roaches in 1 day just doesn't sit well with me. If this is your only choice for a hotel proceed with caution and be sure to ask about pest control.

I stayed in this hotel when my friends and I came down for the Wisconsin — Alabama football game. After a 15 hour drive, we arrived around 8:15 PM, and were forced to wait in the lobby for well over an hour. The desk clerks explained that our rooms had been cancelled, and that they had overbooked, even though we had confirmation numbers and the hotel had emailed us the day before to reconfirm the reservation. This game went on forever, and we finally demanded to speak to a regional manager. He tried the same story, but finally asked to speak to one of the desk clerks. I felt sorry for the desk clerks. They were two very nice ladies who had been put in this situation, and no answers or explanations. Where was management? They finally "found" two rooms, and when we entered the first, we discovered it was already occupied! They found us another room eventually. We were "lucky" I guess, because another group arrived right after us. They had reserved 5 rooms, but were also told the same story about the overbooking and the cancellations. The rooms were not what we expected. They were dirty and carried a strange odor. In one room, the kitchenette had a stove that literally had pieces of the stove just lying there, as if we'd interrupted maintenance. In our room, we had two people, and a total of 3 towels. When I went to the front desk, they explained that there was no housekeeping on weekends and that all the towels were either already out or in the laundry.

After walking into the room, I realized even with a discount through Extended Stay, I wanted to move hotels. I looked before we even unpacked and what I could afford was booked for the week we were staying so we had to endure. Although the room appeared clean, and was very large (2 queen with sleeper couch and kitchen) it really smelled odd. The air conditioner worked but was so loud I could barely sleep. The beds were hard and towels super rough. Bathroom fan screeched like it hadn't been used in years. No roaches in our room, but I did see a very large one in the hall. Checked for bed bugs right away since the room smelled so bad but I didn't see any. The "grab and go" breakfast was empty of oatmeal and only had a few nature valley granola bars. The coffee was pretty bad too. The only bright spot was the staff was super nice and very friendly. I will never stay in an Extended Stay America again!

New management and seems to have the company going in the right direction now, enjoyed my stay, interested to see the improvements in the near future.

The laundry room is out of service. But when you come to stay, for a month, they fail to mention this when checking in. They had 2 credit cards on file for me, but didn't know which one to charge, so they called and didn't leave a message, instead they deactivated my key, locking me out of my room. That's unacceptable. The coffee was gone at 8:30 AM and they had oatmeal packets and nature valley bars for breakfast. Would I stay here again? Not if you paid me.

Recently booked this hotel unknowingly thru Hotwire for 34 a night. Checked in and I received the Deluxe King room with a kitchen, sleeper sofa and desk. Very clean, very nice room! The breakfast was what's called a "fast-grab" breakfast, so it's not going to be the expected bacon, eggs, waffles etc but granola, fruit, muffins and coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I love this place, very clean, and nice people.

Dirty, stayed here for the game. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not book here. Looks like the only thing they do to clean is change the bed sheets. Food crumbs on the floor. Crayon writing on the walls. Ceiling falling apart. Stained carpet and walls. I would rate this less then 1 star but unable. Stay away from this place. It's a trap! Way over priced. I have stayed in $29.99 motels that where cleaner then this one.

Way too much money for one of the dirtiest smelliest rooms I've seen in a while. My wife is sleeping with the kids to make sure a rat doesn't carry them away during the night. I turned around and walked out when we first saw the room, but it was late and the thought of loading up the kids again was enough to convince is to grin and bear it.

If any one is planning to use price line booking and stay at Extended Stay America — Arlington — Six Flags on Game Day, Don't! Pay the full price and be treated like a real person. The A/C didn't work. Room was in need of a real good cleaning. Rug was stained. There was a mossy stench in the room. There was roaches inside the room. When we talked to management we were told we got what we paid for, contact Price line. We felt by using Price Line we were being punished for trying to get a good deal. We called the Price Line customer service and all they could do was cancel our reservation and put us out to sleep in our car. I will never use or recommend Price Line in the future.

It wasn't like the picture at all; the separate sitting area described, was a couch bed beside the bed. It also was not clean, there was food under the sofa bed, and leftover food in the oven. And worst of all there was evidence of drug paraphernalia.
