Me and my mom had a wonderful time at your hotel and we will be back! I rented the conference room for a pop up shop event and anything I needed the staff provided! Everything was ok but the sink didn’t have hot water-and the sink did NOT proper (very slow drainage)

Bar staff is great. The Bar manager Brandon is world class. Even opened the bar early 30 min to provide us food and drink.

Outside appeared dated but the inside was beautiful. Nice, beautiful lobby and bar area. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only had 1 regular coffee in the room along with 2 decaf in the room which was rather disappointing. I think our main issue was we weren’t aware that the hot water was going to be out from 10am-4pm the day we were checking out. We saw the sign in the elevator shortly after 10. Just would’ve been nice to be told when checking in instead of us stumbling upon a sign. Other than that I would stay here again.

The hotel was nice. The ballroom was well stocked and the layout of chairs was easy to navigate around. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was a little skeptical as we drove up to this place on a recent business trip as the outside looks old. I thought to myself… "oh great, I hope the rooms aren't old and gross". Well what a nice surprise as we walked in and it is clear they have done a full update on the inside. Very sleek, new and nice in the lobby/restaurant area. Staff is very friendly and were welcoming. My room was clean, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The bed was a dream. Super soft and cushy with wonderful pillows. I loved the bathroom with a nice larger shower and roomy vanity area for all your stuff. I did not try any services like the pool or restaurant here, but it looks like it gets a decent tourist crowd along with business crowd. I would totally stay here again.

Hilton honors member. Easiest check-in and we were tired from traveling all day. Great, helpful staff. We made it down for breakfast at 11am (late, we slept in, great bed, got a good night's rest) — and were told that serve breakfast until 9:30! Oh well, we ate lunch instead!

Great location. Staff (Polo and Chris) was very helpful and accommodating to us. Room was nice and clean, bed was amazing. We will stay here again and would recommend here for sure. We ate at the restaurant all you could eat for Thanksgiving and it was great and very fairly priced.

Great place to get reserved whether on business or vacation. Staff is awesome and responses are fast, polite and courteous. Meals served are above other hotels, even the coffee was good (huge plus on my checklist). Thank you doubletree for making my experience there grand.

Very nice, friendly, attentive service! Comfy beds. Great location to local activities. Shuttle service, uber service was great! Added bonus to get to and from the stadiums!

We stayed at the Doubetree by Hilton in Arlington, TX for a weekend trip. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a warm chocolate chip walnut cookie. It was delicious and the gesture was very nice. We did not have any complaints, however the guest services checked in multiple times to see if we were in need of anything. We found the hotel to be wonderfully hospitable and we would definitely stay there again!

We had a work training here, very comfortable hall and very clean lounge area, dining and bar area were first class. The best customer service I have seen in a while. I definitely recommend them for any work related meetings or even big parties.

Service was excellent. The room was nice and clean and the complementary breakfast was great. Front desk clerk who worked Saturday night 11p till morning on 4/28/18 was excellent. I can't remember his name. I would certainly recommend your location.

I was here for a speaking engagement in a conference room. The lobby and conference room were nice and clean. The front desk staff was attentive, helpful and polite, going so far as to walk with me after I admitted I can be a bit direction challenged to the room. One of the other event attendees was staying at the hotel after coming in from out of town and had remarked on the guest rooms being nice. It's also relatively easy to find.

I only visited this hotel to see my parents and it was VERY nice. It had a beautiful brown wooden headboard with lantern lights, flatscreen TV with large king or queen bed. Beautiful place.

This place has turned very ghetto… Trash in the hallways and elevators… There front desk staff really needs to take a class on customer service… I was disgusted when a staff member was making fun of a child with a mental illness… I will never waste my money on this place again… And lets not talk about the complimentary breakfast apparently you have to be a specific race in order to get it or they will tell you to get your plate and eat in your room which is what happened to us today… Don't waste your money people!

We've stayed in double trees in multiple parts of the country and every time we end up having the nicest hotel staff. Every thing is very nice inside and the rooms are well kept. The one side over looks a storage center but the price of the room is worth it.

I had booked for 9 nights. I checked in and they gave me a dirty room. I asked for another room and again was give a dirty room. The hallways were dirty, elevator was dirty… I canceled and booked another hotel! The lady at the front desk was very nice a out it but seemed to care less. I wasn’t there long enough to take pics!

They have a wonderful breakfast, and excellent staff. Always a preferred place to stay when traveling in the DFW area. The staff are attentive and the parking is super easy. As well the rooms are very nice and comfortable. A home away from home.

I always have a good experience here. The rooms are clean and the beds are soooo comfy! Like laying on a cloud. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. The only soso part is their breakfast it should be free because it has not been that great. Other than that its a good place to stay and I will continue to stay there. Oh and it's close to all of the Arlington entertainment!

As a HH Diamond member I have some expectations of what each different Hilton hotel has to offer.
The actual accommodations were good, no problems there. I checked in via my HH app so I could bypass the desk. When I made it to my room, I found it was already occupied, so I called and had to wait for Chris from the front desk to assign me another room and bring me a key. He did give me 2 drink coupons, so all was good at that point. After a 6 hour drive, all I wanted to do was get comfy and order some room service. When I called room service to order a meal, I was told there was no chef available to prepare any meals. So I had to get dressed and go out to get food. Upon my return and inquiring at the front desk, I was told the chef just never came in. Not much they can do about that, but I would assume that they could have called someone in earlier to fill in. Just an awkward series of events to say the least.
I usually stay in Irving, but there was no availability, so I had to stay in Arlinton. Will have to rethink my location next time.

I have just gotten here and the hotel is very nice. It's clean in the room and the bed is ssoooo comfortable. I absolutely loved the room but the only downfall is no microwave, now I know this hotel is upscale but that would be nice in case we have delivery and need to reheat it you can't do that here. The other thing I absolutely hate is the fact the walls are so thin … Or the people in room 313 is way way too loud I have a toddler with me and afraid she won't be about to sleep or me. It sounded like a football team was yelling in my ear. Hopefully the night goes better than the start. Oh and the rooms would be way better with a shower/ tub combo. I thought I was going to relax but not this time.

My family and I stayed recently. I was extremely impressed all around. Every staff member we encountered greeted us and was very friendly. The room was clean and well stocked, the bar staff was friendly and never let my drink go empty. The manager although busy made sure to take care of every guest including us in a timely manor. Called and reserved a room and upon arrival not only did they not have the room they advised it was the fault of their computer. Then they offered me a suite at a rate that was almost double the king room I had reserved. You would think they would have given me the upgrade and kept my business. Hilton Hotels used to be my brand. Wyndam will have my travel dollars from now on.

Nice Property with quiet clean comfortable room. Fitness room was clean with updated equipment. Quality of food at breakfast was great! I would of rated 5 stars if the water pressure was stronger. I would stay here again.

The hotel itself was pretty nice. I had no issues with the room or the front desk staff. I did not receive any Honors member perks, though that was kind of irrelevant to me at the time, so no big deal. My issue came with the Restaurant in the hotel. Worst dining experience I have had in a very long time. My son and I walked into the restaurant and there was one table of about 5 folks in the dining room area and maybe 5-6 people in the bar area. So not very busy at all. We ordered the sliders and a pepperoni pizza. Over an hour later, as i've watched all the new guests come in and get their more complicated food orders, the food comes out and the sliders were meh, and the pizza was very similar to the elementary school cafeteria pizza from my childhood, only it wasn't as good. Why did it take over an hour to serve that? More importantly why would that cheap style of pizza even be on anyone's menu? I loved the location of the place (proximity to AT&T stadium) and the staff was fine, but I am uncertain if I will stay in the hotel for the next few games I am attending this year.

Good breakfast staff & overall staff too. Descent rooms, small though. Has Subway & general stores across the street, which is helpful.

Although, our bed squeaked and the mattress needed to be replaced and the air conditioner was a little uneven — either very hot or very cold, the hotel was great. The front desk staff was so helpful in every detail. Love the cookies. The bar even had a drink named after the Michigan Wolverines. Carl, the shuttle driver was awesome. We were in a dilemma as to whether to turn our car in the night before and take the hotel shuttle or turn the car in the morning of our very early flight. Carl offered to pick us to the airport even though it was 8:00 pm. What great customer service. I would definitely stay there again.

Huge problems with staff disrespecting customers when issues occur accessing their room. The fault was the hotels, but they want to place blame on their paying customers. Unacceptable.

The whole staff has been exceptionally Carrington and attentive. I love this place and don't forget about the cookies mmmmm.

I attended a work retreat at the DoubleTree on August 8. The conference room was bright, clean and comfortable, and the restrooms were well — attended to. The staff was very friendly and attentive and answered questions and addressed needs promptly. We had breakfast and lunch, buffet — style, there and the selection was great. The food was really tasty as well.

This hotel is close to lots entertain places like six flags, Rangers stadium and cowboys stadium to mention a few. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Big problems with check in. My name was on the room with my uncle and I couldn't check in since it was on his credit card. The girl at the desk was not willing to assist so I had to put my card on the room. The upgrade we were promised was a room with a view of a storage facility and a bag of snacks! Terry was able to explain why we didn't get what we asked for and gave me complimentary breakfast meal tickets. Then it took two phone calls to get more towels in the room. The rest of the staff was friendly and the food was delicious, but no big selection for vegetarians. The food was also way overpriced. May not return.

That chocolate chip cookie you receive upon check in is BOMB! Hotel lobby, pool, and room were spotless! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast buffet. Since it was not complimentary and $16 with tax, I figured there would be made to order omelettes and more fresh food. Instead it was scrambled eggs in a food warmer, pastries, melon, breakfast meats in food warmer, and grits. Other than that everything was excellent and will definitely be staying here next time!

When I went to check in they couldnt find my reservation. Then she tries to give me a room with 2 full size beds stating that thats what reservation said. I explain that I was there with my boyfriend and that we wanted to sleep together and that the 2 full beds were not acceptable because after all he alone is 280 pounds. She said she had no other rooms and after me throwing a fit she all of the sudden finds one. When I walked into the room it smells so bad almost like a stiff or stail smell. The carpet was stained the TV was one of those big box tvs and when I go into the bathroom I find that its a hadicap room. The shower was stained with mildew along the edges and the water was luke warm it never got hot. There were big water stains on the ceiling and the shower head had to be held in my hand because it was one of those extended heads for bathing handicap people but there was no were to hang it up… I was so upset that the next day I asked to be moved by the day shift. When I was moved it was a pleasant surprise to walk into a room that was totally different. I couldnt even believe that this was the same hotel. The room had a modern tv, the smell was mild, there was a patio, the bathroom was clean and more appealing, carpet still dirty but bettter then the lastroom. The bed on the other hand is way to soft. My body is aching so bad. Oh yes and breakfast… What breakfastt?

Wow is not the word… we need a refund. Stayed for 15 minutes. Dirty pool with no chlorine in it. Tub in bathroom pilling. Urine in the toilet, breakfast was said to only serve little donuts, oranges, apples, honey bun, and cold coffee… DO NOT BOOK HERE!

It sucked the manager has a dog also he has a no dog polocie the higher paying guest are treated better the tvs only has 36 channels and the room I have has a hd TV whos heard of a 36 channel hdtv and customer service sucks!

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel and I wish I could rate it less than one star, as it did not deserve that. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted to a musty and filthy hallway. Our room was no better. The room was filthy.

DO NOT STAY HERE I have been staying in this hotel for a month now for work reasons the general manger DAVE is a bad and rude person he doesn't have any respect for anything this hotel has a NO DOG POLICY and he have a dog in the hotel and he lives in the hotel. He will scuff at you and and just don't care about anything. They WANT you to put s $50 deposit that they SAY they give BACK BUT THEY DON'T they even tried to charged me more on my card I made my bank FORCE A REFUND and they claim that they didn't charge my card BUT I think that manger dave charged it for getting MORE MONEY FROM YOU. They need a supervisor to come and fix this hotel its run down they need to remodel and A EXTERMINATOR they have 2" roaches crawling around the floors and walls. It is better that you stay across the street at the studio 6 they have much bigger rooms and they are like a little apartment they have a full kitchen and living room AND cheaper.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I booked this thru a website and when I got there, they first said I didn't have a reservation. I showed them my confirmation and they said I was all set and put me in a room (a horrible room but that is besides the point). When I went to check out 4 days latter they tried to give me my bill for the entire cost of my stay. I told them it was booked and paid for through a travel website and they said "oh, yes. That is right. This bill doesn't go to you". A month latter my credit card bill comes in and they did in fact charge me. I needed to have the site that I booked it throu call them and make them give me a refund. Do not make the same mistake I did. Stay somewhere else.

Very affordable Hotel and it's in a prime location to experience most of what Arlington has to offer.

I stayed at the Studio 6 across the street for a couple nights at first so relative the the neighborhood and my experience, this place just deserve 5 stars. Helpful staff, GREAT POOL, nice little restaurant/bar on the main level and they'll shuttle you to the airport. I did find a cockroach in the bathroom but it's Texas so I'll let it slide (not from Texas) but yeah. Book your hotel here if you're looking for a good priced hotel in the area.

This hotel is in need of serious updates, and a training course in courtesy and manners. We had a terrible experience with the night desk clerk, he was very rude to the point to which he used profanity, my fiance and myself were verbally assaulted for following the hotels smoking policy. He even threatened to call police after telling us to get out in 10 minutes or else at 1:30 am. He insisted that we stand in the rain away from the drop off area at the main entrance, we were right next to the ashtray at least 20-25 feet from the door. We tried to reason with him which then started his verbal abuse and use of profanity toward us. His boss whom I had a meeting with the following morning did comp our room for the next two nights and did tell a day shift desk manager that he was to apologize and shake our hand, neither of which took place. They actually said that there was an excessive amount of traffic in and out of our room, I do not think that the one individual that did visit us twice was "excessive" who happens to be a retired Ft. Worth police officer it was almost like they were insinuating that we were cunducting illegal activity to which we were very offended. I would also like to say a few things about the accomodations as well.

Staff is helpfull. Rooms ok. Non smoking but I was gasses out by someone smoking in there room. Told the staff but didn't appear to help. Some peoe could care less I guess. Couldn't sleep it was so bad. Would ask for another room but have to wake up early.
