Great place and the lady at the front desk was great!

Charged for a room we never stayed in after clarifying they would not do that, would not refund.

Great area plus there's a good restaurants and gas stations near by.

Don't stay at this hotel. We and two other families stayed there for a funeral and there was excuse after excuse as to why a certain room wasn't available for my handicapped mother. On top of that, we got an extra $130 charged to our credit card before we arrived for a so-called 'no show fee' and the hotel gave false info to my credit card company when they questioned it so I had to eat the $130. Stay anywhere else but this place — and save yourself lots of grief.

Very accommodating as we had no reservation. Room very nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Not much could improve my experience unless you train your employees better. The man I met upon check in did absolutely no accommodation for me. I asked for two keys. He said they didn't have enough because they were booked full. I dont think so. Then he never informed me that that there would be a security deposit of the amount of the room to be held for 3 business days after departure! this has never happened in all my years using Best Western hotels. I have gotten 3 different answers to the same question as to why my card was charged twice. I am still waiting to have the deposit taken off.

Great stop for eastbound travelers before reaching few-and-far-between area of west Texas. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with all the little extras (microwave, fridge, coffee pot, hairdryer, huge flat screen). Full delicious breakfast included. We left rested and well-fed.

We were pleasantly surprise at how nicely kept the exterior of the hotel was on arrival. The staff was efficient and pleasant too. Unfortunately that's where our good review stops. Upon arrival we were told that there were no non-smoking rooms available, not before we got there even though we requested this when reserving the room. For someone with allergies this is a big issue. In addition the bathroom supplies were in pumps on the wall and did not work. Beware!

Top floor has really low water pressure. Tub wasn't very clean and ac was mediocre.

Great place to stay if your in the El Paso area. Close enough to town that it's an easy drive but not close enough for the traffic. Breakfast is hot and plenty. Rooms are clean and spacious. Tractor/trailer parking is in the back in a wide open area. Highly recommend!

The service was quick and easy but I placed a do not disturb in the door and house keeping knocked on my door at 6am anyways other than that no complaints.

Clean! Outstanding service! Room was beautiful, and stocked with appliances and modern toiletries. The third floor nighttime view is fantastic. Substantial breakfast that is helpfully monitored. Exercise room looked great, but I didn't use.

When I made my reservation arriving I was told they had no rooms even already had reserved.

The bathroom was not clean. The closet door was broken. The only good thing is when I complained about the cleanliness that was fixed.

This is one of the most noisiest hotels to stay at. I asked for a quiet room away from kids. The lady in the afternoon said the top floor, I said ok. Well she put me next to the elevator and all I heard all night was inconsiderate people going in and out their rooms letting the doors slam. So Sunday morning I go to check out, I had to wait on the very rude women get off her personal phone. I asked for a print out and she replied we direct bill clc. I said I don't care I just need something showing I was here. She rudely replied I'm getting you something then said but this I don't care stuff I don't know about that. Very rude also she might want to pull her shirt up nobody needs to see the nastiness down her shirt. But I guess when your that close to the border there is no courtesy.

Friendly staff, room looks to be recently updated. Good room for a good price. Pleanty of room to park a big truck and it's within walking distance of a couple of restaurants.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Exterior was under renovation at our time of checkin. Will look great once painting is complete. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Lots of construction workers present and staying long term, but they were not bothersome. Nice hotel off the freeway for when passing through for the night.

Bathroom area was a little tight. Front desk person needs to be a little more knowledgable as where to eat supper in the area besides just the place next door. Breakfast needs to have a larger choice of foods.

Thin walls and unpadded floors. A decent hotel, somewhat ruined by cheap construction. Every single passerby sounds like they are in your bedroom, and the stomping of the people on the floor above echo like you are inside a hotel shaped drum. Your rest is entirely at the whims of the sleeping schedules of the other guests.

Clean room. Needs attention on design of bathroom, water spills on floor. Up to date room.

Very despot, the receptionist, doesn't speak Spanish being a border city.

Nice people. Above average breakfast. Very clean room. A little old — — bathroom door stuck, etc. Pillows all too firm. TV choices were quite limited. Not enough staff on duty for checkout — — one person preparing and maintaining breakfast and being front desk for checkouts and to assist guests.

Not bad for overnight stay while traveling thru. Rooms were clean but carpets were fairly worn and dirty. Wall very thin, could hear people talking in adjoining rooms and walking down hallway.

It's got to the point I will no longer stay at this hotel again. Prices just go higher and higher. Truck drivers beware you can no longer park here you will have to back all the way out. If the front desk sees you. You will be told to park up the road only 4 wheelers allowed. The truck parking lot is currently destroyed.

I stayed in this establishment a month ago during my coast to coast to coast motorcycle road trip. I have been staying in BW all along my trip and this BW is definitely not on the top of the list. The person at the desk was not very enthusiastic in performing his job, although it was late. The room was outdated. The only good thing is that it is located next to Mamacitas for a good late night Mexican food.

I had the last room by the door and heard everyone coming and going. The door banged so loudly! And the toilet paper is in the most awkward spot to reach. But those are my only complaints. The lady that checked me in matched the online price. The breakfast was good for free. The room was very clean, especially for a place that allows pets! I would stay there again if I passed through.

Overcharged and under cleaned. I was charged $177 for one adult and 2 cats. The cat fee is only $20. Their own website states a double queen room should not be more than $90 and I was told it was the only room available. I understand that room prices vary, but when your own website states the prices are much lower than what I'm being told that is not ok. There was a dirty dog paw print on my bed sheet, blood smeared on the bathroom door and on the toilet seat, dead bugs on the floor, and mold on the outside of the tub. I only noticed the paw print before bed as I had been driving all day with 2 cats and was dead tired. When I brought it up at check out, I was told I would be emailed as the manager had to be the one to issue a discount for the filthy room, still nothing heard from them. The reviews about it being unclean were right, don't stay here.

Great hotel, cheap and decent quality. Bed is pretty comfortable, rooms are clean and bigger than a lot of cheaper hotels. Definitely worth the stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the young lady in the breakfast room. Breakfast was delicious! Rooms were clean and so was the pool and hot tub!

The front desk staff of this particular this Best Western is awesome. My family and I arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted with warm smiles and genuine welcoming. It was a great way to wrap up a 13-hour drive across Texas. Our rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable; a piping hot shower was wonderful. Then, just before we hit the road for another day of driving west, they fed us a tasty, hearty, healthy breakfast. We will definitely continue to use this Best Western as one of our way points along I-10. Max Assitant Manager is great person to talk.

In my opinion this is a 5 star establishment! I drive a Heavy Haul truck and usually don't find parking at a hotel. Not only did I find room to navigate my 9 axle truck into a parking spot. I also enjoyed a staff that treats you great! Rooms are nice and breakfast was excellent! Thank You John Frederick.

OK as a low budget motel for travelers.
BUT, they won't address any problem you have. Checked in about 6pm. People in room above us must have had a children's party, as there was a lot of running, jumping. At about 9pm as we were ready to shower and go to bed, water started pouring out of the exhaust fan in our bathroom; called the desk, who said they would investigate. Then the water started coming out of the ceiling over the shower; I was expecting it to collapse. Water eventually slowed to a trickle. It's now about 10:30pm, and no call from the front desk. Called them again, and was told the room overhead didn't know how to "turn off he jacuzzi", but all was well now. Really?
Upon check out, I complained about the situation, stating I couldn't even shower/bathe in the room. The guy at the desk actually said I should have just come down to the pool to shower. I insisted that I should not be charged the full price of the room… and got a whopping $10 discount.
All I can say is 'buyer beware"!

Lobby needed to be vacuumed, first room we were given was already occupied or hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, horrible cigarette smells, second room was nicer but still had many problems, rate on web site was not what they wanted to charge us, no remote for the T. V. And had to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring us one, breakfast was good, bed was OK but we rolled to the middle, and the elevators were filthy! Overall, I would not recommend this place. Not the usual Best Western standard of quality.

I have stayed here the past three weeks (Mon-Thurs) but have since moved Hotels. There was not hot water the first couple of days; which the hotel informed me after I made a call to the front desk that the boiler was broken and they were installing a new heater (you would think that they'd let each room know about the lack of hot water instead of having to ask them and you would also think they'd issue a refund for the days without; didn't happen). After installation of the new boiler, the water is now lukewarm; not shower temperature (however the sink can achieve scolding hot temperatures). I have stayed in four didn't rooms now and each shower is lukewarm (it's possible they are still trying to figure out the heater, but after three weeks it's hard to believe). As for the room itself, the furniture is newer, the AC works great, there aren't bad odors, however, the bed and pillows are not very comfortable; the pillows themselves are half the size of a standard pillow. These matters could have been remedied, however the final straw for me was the inattentiveness and lack of professionalism from the staff. I attempted to speak to the night desk employee about the water which turned into an argument and with him indicating that the water was hot and that I was apparently "lying". He then walked around the desk to the lobby bathroom, turned the sink on and said "the water is hot so you just need to let yours run longer".

It has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life in a hotel, our personal things were moved to a different room without telling us before, when we got back to the room was already another person in the room, I think it is a lack of respect to do such a thing without warning before. The problem does not end there, the person who is in receipt of-charge in place of an apology she became defensive and we received very poor treatment of their part without any intention to help, lousy customer service, not how it really is in charge. Finally I want to comment that the towels are dirty, in any hotel I have seen towels so dirty as the ones here, are in grey being that they are white. I asked the manager of the place and tell us that you have a week off. There are simply no words to describe the lousy service of the hotel to be part of Best Western, I would not recommend it for anything, on the contrary, I suggest you avoid staying here at all consists, I recommend you drive a bit more in the direction of the Step to find another hotel.

In the room I found a lot of the fleas and we were for 3 days and none of those days changed samples sheets believe me that I wanted to relax and I have been killing animals all night this is unfair to one as a client.

The hotel was very nice and clean and also a great price.

The AC in the common areas was turned off and it was extremely hot. The breakfast food got cold but they have a microwave to heat it back up.

Loved this place. Room a bit small noisy workers on site. Great continental breakfast. Free Wi-Fi, Vending machines gym, laundry facility a bonus. Detached indoor pool and Jacuzzi was awesome. Upbeat Music and great lighting/Decor in the area. Changing lights in the pool and Jacuzzi. Clean bathroom in the area, lounge chairs and sitting chairs with tables. Friendly staff…

The room was clean and had everything I needed. Though it's not in a wonderful place, I did not feel it was dangerous or anything like that. There is a restaurant right next door and a gas station on the short route back to I-10. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

Everything very nice/clean/well kept for the price EXCEPT. Dang AC/Heater fan is one of those that go on and off. When it goes off you can hear whats going on in other rooms. If you are a light sleeper better bring a small fan. If not a light sleeper all is good. My only complaint.
