Out of all the motels IN San Antonio this fiesta and America's best value downtown on main worst ugliest rooms and service ever . Especially The Inn which is now STUDIO 6 that manager Michelle cusses at employees talks loud to customers and says get out instead of the K out time really terrible service by her only accuses people of stealing money when she is the only one at fault then threatens customers for her wrong doing… Wow… Really for studio 6 needs to put her in a class for proper ways to handle certain situations and how to speak to paying customers…

Place is full of bugs. Roaches, rollie pollies, and much more. The manager goes on drug binges and goes missing for hours at a time. A guest bed room went on fire and Michelle manager could not come down frm her room because of her drug use. Jenna at front desk is slow and doesn't kw how to attend to guest or handle situations. Always looking lost. Jenna girl. "Wake up" Very unprofressional. Bad bad service to staff and guest. Bad wiring in entire motel. They need a inspector out there sooner than later. The whole motel is going to catch fire because of poor electricial work. Electrical outlets dont work and stove does not work in any rooms. Michelle gives rooms for cheap then pockets money. My room didn't have a guest name in system. Like if I never checked in or out. But she gave me keys for a week but everyday I had to get rekeyed because she didn't have me in system for the week that I paid for. I never saw her enter info in system didnt ask for id. Just gave the key and took my money. When I went to the front Jenna said I wasn't in the system for that room. I said Michelle gave me till tuesday to be here. Jenna acted like Michelle does this all the time. Apologize to me, then gladly rekeyed my key and I went to my room. This Manager Michelle yells at guest and employees.

Beds are really hard and uncomfortable. I stayd two night the housekeeping didnt clean nor make the beds and didn't even being bring us new towels. Plus sick bathroom was durty. And I saw 3 roaches For the price that I paid was not worth it.

Great location close to everything. Newly remodeled rooms. However, questionable persons and riff raff loitering the premises. Some rooms had minor issues (faulty faucet, accessible lighting, sticking door, etc)

Never again & I'd never recommend this place. From the 2 people at the service desk to the roaches in the room, I knew I made a mistake. There were live roaches not only on the floor but there were some on both beds. It smelt like fresh paint too. The cover had cigarette holes burnt on it. Then we had to ask for pillows & get questioned about requesting some as if we stole them. The price was reasonable however that doesn't mean they can't keep the pest problem under control.

Would give them zero stars if possible. Showed up and was greeted by extremely rude ladies, Michelle and Jenna. Was told check in was at 3. Also told they don't have the continental breakfast that is on every website we saw for them. They did point out they have coffee and donuts in the morning. Came back at 3:06 and waited in line for an hour before getting up to the desk, all while reading their horrible reviews about drug deals and broken toilets. Was then told they didn't have any clean rooms available yet. Waited for another 30 minutes and finally gave up. They wouldn't let us cancel so we walked out leaving the 10 people behind us waiting forever for their rooms to get cleaned. I don't ever post reviews but this was the worst experience staying somewhere we never got to stay.

Don't come here it looks noithin like the pictures. And there is no breakfast. They don't have towels the air conditioning doesn't work one staff is a fat boy and he dam show don't care. All I am saying is don't stay here its not clean the tub wasn't clean and the few towels was dirty that was hanging up. I want book with booking. Com ever its lies.

Booked this hotel during spring break and when arrived the rude lady at the front desk said there was no rooms available even if I had booked it she didn’t bother to look at my reservation or anything, so that left my family and I without anywhere to stay for the night because I was confident we had a hotel ready for us when I got there so by the time I tried to book another hotel after that incident it was to late. Because all other hotels were booked and full due to it being spring break. I have never had this happen to me at any hotel it was the worst experience ever and so unprofessional it would have been nice to let me know that my room wasn’t available anymore so during my eight hour drive I could have maybe found another hotel to stay at.

Gave my friend and I a room, when we entered the room, there was a man on the bed rolling a blunt. Went back for another room. When we were bringing our things inside the second room, we witnessed a drug deal happen in the parking lot. Upon inspecting the room, the stove was completely disconnected, the overhead fan and light for the stove were broken, there were water stains under the kitchenette sink, there was no drain cover in the shower, wires hanging on the wall below the tv, and the outlet in the bathroom is missing a face plate. Needless to say we were completely unimpressed. Do not stay at this hotel unless you absolutely have no other choice.

Great room, clean and good beds. However, the traffic noise is madness.

I stayed at this place for months and some of the rooms were really nice while others that have yet to be remodeled not so nice. The people that stay there are wonderful and helpful. Love the people that work there especially the front desk worker Tiffany always smiling even when the manage ls constantly belittling here and using profanity on here in front of everyone. I have never seen a more unprofessional person in my life you can hear here early cursing at the top of her lungs at anyone she feels she wants to at that time. I payed well over the usual rent and on days I was late had to pay 10 late fee yet the hotel policy doesn't charge late fee and they never showed on my bill so wonder where those 10 dollars went on several occasions or the UN accounted days I stayed there and pain foe but the hotel had no record of. If it weren't for management I would recommend this place to people but not untill that changes because with all the caos and corruption she is involved in its just not an appropriate place for any family.

Great place to stay newly renovated feels like home I've stayed here on and off 2 months and never have I felt like this place deserved any bad reviews the staff and nice and helpful… They didn't make me or my partner feel uncomfortable. The LGBT community needs to know about this place to stay… If I had to live in hotels again this is the place I would go.

It was Days Inn. The room I touched is like 50% remodeled, old bed, bedspread and old sheet, new floor, old tub, very old bath curtain with smell of pee, bedspreads and sheets with rare stains, new "Kitchenette", the lady of reception somewhat rude, maintenance person It seems that they have him forced to work, breakfast very poor in variety (I know it is continental but in the photos seem more variety)

This is a wonderful motel, one of the best in town. The manger (Michelle) was very polite and respectful… all around good vibes from her… I will definitely be staying here more offen. Thank you Michelle.

Mistake of my life, if I slept in my car would have been much peaceful, didn't sleep all night because of some weirdo screening all night, bad service, even for regular people with not a lot of money I will not recommend them to stop and stay in this place just for safety reasons. I am in the room still, I will never ever even stop around this neighborhood when I come to San Antonio. I think the owner should consider a serious manager and a security company. I Hurd someone clicking his unloaded GUN, I WAS WORRIED SOMETHING BAD WILL HAPPEN. very bad experience. i will not stay here even for free. not a safe place people not a safe place.

Worst room ever… The restroom and floors we're dirty in the room we killed 2 roaches the door latch was completely loose looked like all the staff was high. They ended up moving us to a different hotel.

What a disgust! The pictures on their site are nothing what it really looks like! This hotel has crack heads & prostitutes all over the hotel (one was shooting up sitting on the parking lot in front of the hotel) our room was so dirty& there was a roach with termites in our room, no phones nor smoke alarms and the door locks are broken. Our shower had mold and the walls are so thin that we could hear the persons (lady screaming) next to us having sex" so grossed out! " I couldn't believe how cops could just drive by after all these people (pretty obvious) are prostituting and on drugs and not do a thing. Someone even started banging on our door at 4 am. In all honesty just because it's cheap your life or your children's life isn't, pay them extra $40 and stay somewhere else that's safe& clean where you'll have peace of mind, after all that's what vacation is all about. Ooh! And why the heck don't they really put up pictures on how ugly there pool really is?!? Its dirty & Slimy! Please please! Don't make the same mistake we did because once you book your money isn't refundable and you'll have to stay!

Location was close to downtown, liked that. It was. Rainy and cold the heat in the room did not work Ugh! The Tv only got 1 channel. The tub was cracked and the fix was to put putty on it. Would not recommend even for the cheap price! You get what you pay foe I guess.

Nothing at all like the pictures! Carpet was wet, smelled strong of mildew and cigarettes. There was a huge hole cut out in the wall exposing piping, no mirror in bathroom, I imagine this is what jail would feel like. A lot of roaches and I got bed bug or flea bites. Towels and linen were dirty, I asked guy if I was at the correct location and advised oh only 5 rooms were updated and those rooms have been booked for the night. We couldn’t get a refund so crashed for 2.5 hours and decided to take our loss and go else where because of strong odor in the room. On top of all that no toilet paper provided, door lock was broken so anyone could push it open and window latch broken as well so felt very unsafe the time we were here. I would not recommend to anyone with a family. When we went to turn in keys in morning their breakfast was a joke as well. Brown rotten bananas and donuts with flies all over. Pay extra and avoid this place at all costs.

All the rooms are being remodeled. They look awesome now… was there 4 years ago and its so much better now.

They're in the middle of changing owners so that's something to consider. Rented the room thru a 3rd party website and saved 30 bucks! Keep that in mind since honestly I don't think it's worth more than 60 a night right now. There are crack heads and prostitutes around so if mind don't stay here. The room we got has already been changed. BUT they left the old bed sheets in the room and all the plastic and labels were still on the new items. One towel good thing I always carry my own.

A little short on amenities and not the easiest place to access. Room was spacious and the price is reasonable.

Well… Ha. Just No. If there was an option for zero stars I'd take it. First night found a crackpipe in the medicine cabinet, dried dog urine in the bathroom. The bathroom floor and tub was covered in long black hair. Mine is short and red. So not mine. There was dried blood and long black hairs all over the sheets and pillows. There were cigarette butts in the outlet under the mirror. The water shut off valve sprayed water all over the bathroom. The headboard of my sons bed fell off the wall the lights flickered in the bathroom there was no cold water in the shower. The toilets have to be flushed 2 times every use. The neighbors found a bottle of urine in the pool. The table between the beds was slanted backwards and everything would slide backwards not to mention the issue we had with roaches in the room. After we checked out they charged us for the headboard even though it had fallen before any of us had even sat on the beds or touched the beds. The staff was nice but they didn't make right any of the issues that we had. And instead charged us for the issues in their run down dump. Definitely not worth the money to stay there spend the extra 10 dollars to stay ANYWHERE else.

Kasi at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable, she was very nice and had knowledge of the area to recommend places to go and things to do! We will definitely stay here again! She was great! The rooms are nice and cozy very home like! Coffee makers inside the rooms nice clean linen! We've stayed several places here in San Antonio and wish we had found this place first.

Got there A/C was broke. Got rigged to wrk. Sheets looked dirty. Had roaches. Housekeeping very rude they Fussed about giving out 2 extra towels. Went to eat breakfast & came bck Wallet was stolen frm room. Manager & employees had no clue. Housekeeping already cleaned our rm for the day…

This place is great pools clean service is great at a great price. Room is descent and comfortable.

If you want quality then you have to pay more… not bad for the price but the umedad is apparently a problem.

I used to come here awhile back the place looked like sh_t no body did anything like clean up sweep pick up trash ect… but now I just been comming back to stay and way diffrent people that wk their very nice friendly people the maintenance person is very helpful he works practicly all day I think he has made a big diffrence there along with all the other employees.

First time here my child hood dream to come here has been answered Im in love with its better then Royal Inn I feel safe and so happy here.

My second time here. This hotel has a good location and is close to downtown. Both times the rooms have been clean.

We got there and the room smelled awful! Then ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES! we woke up at 2 am to a bed full of BED BUGS! Big nasty ones! The blankets were stained with blood and the restroom full of roaches! I don't think they should even be opened!

The "Hotel" more horrible that I have known, the truth made me appreciate that sometimes it is better to pay more for more quality, to start with the receptionist ill-humored and rude, because if not, she was asleep and I woke up, the room very smelly, and dirty towels as if someone had cleaned the shoes with them, I do not return to the days inn EVER.

To be days inn lacks furniture new, both as a hygienic, microwave, clorin pool, and the main thing the ad is from $44 I only rent and I went out for a night — $72 peak super is a lack of respect not to respect their own ads.

The place is a dump. They have bed bugs, blood on mattresses, and the place smells like bo. They tryed to give us another room. It also had bed bugs. The health department will be getting a call from me.

I had a very positive experience. I came in very late and had no problem getting my room. It was as close to the breakfast and the pool. I have alot of physical problems and had a room on the lower level just like I wanted. The bed was large and nice. There was a reasonable couch, blow dryer, and bathtub. I had the late checkout I needed and their breakfast included waffles, orange juice, and fruit. I had a very positive experience. It is the kind of Motel I would recommend to my family who often stay at Choice motels.

Please please please please do not book a room at this hotel. We got here on the day that we were supposed to stay and they were overbooked keep in mind that we already booked the hotel and they were overbooked. Me my husband and my kids had no hotel after driving 12 hours. The 2 ladies in front had big attitude problems. I was promised 2 double beds for me my husband and our kids and they ended up after hours of fighting giving me a king size bed keep in mind there was 4 of us. I asked them for a refund and they declined I asked them to walk the room they were giving us and they refused. I paid for 3 nights they gave me 2. They are 10 minutes from riverwalk so please don't believe them when they say they are close to it. If you want to be disappointed then book with them. But I will never do it again.

Horrible hotel, there are cockroaches in the rooms, the swimming pool has green water of dirty, not cleaned well, the rooms, the furniture of the rooms is old, the air conditioning of the room where me that had no knob, if you're going to come to san Antonio looking for another option.
