I'm truly impressed by the service here and the gym, although it's small the nautical equipment and weights are just enough to get my work out in and it's opened 24-7. You're allowed to bbq your own food outside while taking a dip in the pool. The fragrance at the entrance is pretty awesome. Rooms are spacious and very clean, you can tell the cleaning crew doesn't play around in this place. Marriot lives up to its name, one of my favorite places to stay in Smyrna during my business travel. I love that I have an optimized full kitchen, w pots, dishes, silverware, glasses dishwasher, fridge and electric stove. Needs are so comfortable, I really have nothing negative to say about this place. I highly recommend it.

I stay here a lot for work. This is a very clean nice motel. Large rooms, extremely clean and the staff is awesome. If I'm in this area it's my number 1 choice.

Exceptionally friendly staff, and awesome accommodations; clean, with all the amenities, kitchen, with dishwasher, all the wares. Comfy! Spacious!

Very new building, nice big rooms. Great for extended stay. We stayed for about 10 nights and we had to call housekeeping every day to clean and tidy up, they never really did it automatically. Had to go ask for towels for the pool twice because they were never really stocked. Pool was always freezing cold because it was behind the building so the sun never really shinned on it or around it… overall wasn't the greatest experience… breakfast was good each day though.

The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The room was awesome. I had a great time at the pool side and met some wonderful people.

Very nice hotel. They have breakfast in the morning and the place was very clean. Other amenities include a pool, workout room, and I'm not sure what else. We only stayed for one night. I will look for this place again if we are in the area.

Beautiful, new hotel within easy access to I-24. Everything is clean throughout the hotel. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

This hotel is in great condition. At check in the shower needed a little attention. The manager on duty, Michael, personally cleaned it for us since housekeeping was gone for the day. I will certainly choose this location when I am in town again.

Refreshing extended stay hotel. Modern style decorated. My quarters had a large chair and ottoman. A lot of space in the room. Breakfast was pretty good for free. Down the street from a large number of restaurants.

We had a wonderful experience here this past weekend. The rooms are spacious, clean and up to date. It’s a new hotel with a really great staff. I had a much better experience here than at the Hampton across the road last month. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, attending to all of our needs. The location was very good, convenient to all of Nashville. It would have been perfect if they had an indoor pool, but that's my only negative.

Enjoyed the stay. Our room look remodeled. The remodel work could've been better quality in the bathroom.

The hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby is nice as well. However our room (#202) smelled like smoke (especially in the bathroom), and some of the fixtures were rusting. Also the ceiling paint was peeling off.

Decent hotel… Very very friendly staff. The first room we stayed in had a very strange odor, but the front desk staff was happy to accommodate us with a different room for our second night. Standard fare breakfast in the morning, nothing special.

Nice, newer hotel in the Nashville suburbs. Large rooms with nice amenities (Full size fridge, dishwasher, etc…). Much more reasonably priced than the hotels downtown and only a $25 Uber ride away from Broadway. Great choice.

Truly enjoyed staying here. Kitchen had everything that I needed. It was quiet. Tge drive to Nashville isn't bad if you leave early enough. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. If you can't find the full length mirror in your room, look behind the bathroom door lol. I read previous reviews of complaints about the free breakfast. People, it's a FREE breakfast. From the way I see it, to have ANY food for free at these room prices this close to Nashville, they are doing excellent!

Best in class service! If you can afford it, you will NOT be disappointed! Local to almost any store or restaurant you can imagine. Very quiet but close enough to major highway that you will not get lost in the boondocks.

Internet connection took 1 hour before it connected to my phone. Hair inside the bed when covers were pulled back, red stains on comforter as well as a red stain in the shower appeared to be blood. Shower also had stains, cold boiled eggs. Asked the server to warm it. Egg blew up inside microwave. They didn't offer to warm me up more. Those eggs were ice cold as if they had been refrigerated from the day before, the fruit they had out was very rotten with black stains on them, very unpleased for the $$ I spent. They should be ashamed to call themselves a Marriot hotel. On the other hand I liked the fill size kitchen &my kids enjoyed the smart tv. The location was great as far as being close to restaurants &shopping stores.

TownePlace Suites is the best hotel in terms in bang for your buck. Full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, pantry plus a closet, sink, the list just goes on. Fantastic breakfast with a great staff. Highly recommended if passing through Nashville.

Costumer service was professional, warm, and inviting… Rooms were clean with all the amenities… Stove… Surprisingly tall refrigerator freezer… Located right next to a highway with plenty of good restaurants to eat… 5 stars ya'll… Keep up the good work!

Shiny new facility! Awesome room and comfortable bed. Convenient to I24 and lots of restaurants. Impressed with friendly staff too.

Not the best location. Make sure to wash the glasses before using it because they use pledge on them. Rooms were very nice otherwise.

I called 2 times to confirm with kyle that we would be checking in very early (1-2am) in the morning upon my arrival. When we got to the hotel we were told they were booked and did not have a room for us. The lady told us we would have to wait until 2pm to check in and mind you we drove 8 hours to get here. I asked the lady what compensation would be given and her response "I don't know. " We are now in a position where we have no where to stay. So to all of you people reading this if you speak to a guy name kyle and want to make a reservation hang up the phone now! The outcome could possibly leave you in a position like me.

Really liked this place. Hotel was newer which always helps. The staff was nice and helpful and have some good recommendations for food. The only issue was that I could hear some work being done in another room, but they were done by 6pm so it wasn't an issue overnight or anything.

The longest I have ever waited for check-in​. The staff was friendly and the rooms wore clean but arriving an hour after check-in time to have to wait 1 1/2 hours for my room is not acceptable. I was told that they wore "short staffed" interesting that when I went up to my room house keeping lady's wore having a conversation in the hallway​. Sounds like a management problem to me.

Rooms were nice and clean with kitchenette and full fridge. The guest service people were nice and friendly but the breakfast was less than expected. Eggs were gone before 9am and not replaced and juice was like slightly flavored water. Overall a nice stay.

Great brand new hotel. It's clean and staff is friendly. I do not like it that these hotels are accepting dogs though. Not everyone is a dog lover. I have severe allergies and traumatic fears of dogs. I worry that the rooms still have traces of dog proteins I'm allergic to. Other than that, pretty good stay. I wish breakfast bars in hotels in general had more turkey meat options.
