My wife and I used to stay here a couple of times a month as a staycation. It was our favorite place. Still a nice getaway, but not as nice as it once was. The staff isn't as friendly and the guests seem much louder than in the past. Still, a nice ambience.

Rooms were nice and clean. Problem was none was ever at the counter to check in or out. In the lobby about 5 guests were waiting for breakfast but nobody showed up. I left at 615am but no sign of help. I tried to check out but nobody showed up to front desk or to give the free breakfast.

Very nice newer place with easy access off the expressway. There are several restaurants with in walking distance and service and good breakfast.

Please be very careful when you stay. The service is not free… sometimes the best option is the car. This place has been bugs. I inform to the front desk was at 2.00 am. I showed her my back and she could see the stings… she told me the manager is not here so I left the hotel and move to candlewood. Clean hotel. They want only you money be careful…

The complimentary breakfast had a blueberry waffle maker mix that was amazing. The hotel also included a pool. Nice rooms. (Portland location)

Save yourself the trouble & go anywhere else! the owner is a low life scum bag & couldn't care less about customer service. I booked the room through a third party (priceline I believe) & upon my arrival it was not what not the suite with a jacuzzi tub & according to the pictures of what I booked it was in fact supposed to have one! I immediately went back to the desk because the phone didn't even work. He said that's not what I paid for but they did have them available if I wanted to pay the difference of $75! yeah ok pal I don't think so, I said whatever! dust flying everywhere in that supposedly clean room! the "heated" indoor pool was freezing cold! the hot tub had so much chlorine in it i'm still smelling it! there was actual spit in the elevator this morning when I went down for a "hot" cold breakfast! no surprise! never again will a comfort inn anywhere get my business, but especially here! this excuse of a "man" needs to meet a real one! if there was an option for zero stars, that's what you would get, because honestly, one is giving you too much credit!

Nice newer clean hotel. Was a little pricey but was easy to get to and was near good and shopping.

Rooms were nice. But customer service was not the best. We took a driving trip and reserved all our night stays with Comfort Suites. We had a mistake with one of the nights where the website we used booked two different hotels for one night. They charged us for both. They would not give us a credit back for the double booking. We had to take care of it through our credit card.

Stopped this hotel for one night because we helped our daughter and son in-law move into their new house not far from this place. It was 10.30 pm very tired so I bought the room before looking it over. Walked into the room and deodorizer was so strong that my eyes began to water. My wife has sinus allergies so this was very unacceptable. I told the lady at the front desk about our situation and would try a different room because I was exhausted and was the same thing. Demanded refund right then and was at the hotel maybe 10 minutes. She said the manager would have to authorize this. It's benn three weeks now he dodges our call, Passes himself off as someone else, and even left out the back door when I showed up in person to have a chat. This guy is the owner, and he is a crook. He will not refund my money even when I offered to give him the receipt from hotel across the road to show I did not stay their. I should have read the reviews before trying to stay there BED BUGS AND RIPPING OTHER PEOPLE OFF! RUN LIKE HELL FROM THIS PLACE!

Non-smoking room was anything but smoke free. Decent breakfast with good waffles.

It is located in Smyrna, Tn. We are in suite. Its very clean, lot of space, and very quiet. The beds are also comfortable.

Rooms were big clean and amazing. Having Direct TV is always a great bonus. Make sure you hit the free breakfast early if it is the weekend or you will frustrated with the long wait.

Nice room and nice people. Remodeling was a little noisey but they did everything to stay out of the way.

Hotel is going through renovations so our room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. However, front desk staff was not very guest-friendly and they did not have a first aid kit or even an apology handy when my mother sliced her finger open on a razor sharp defect sticking out of the ironing board in the room. Pool was heated, hot tub was nice, breakfast was free and had the common continental breakfast items. Several nearby restaurants and options for delivery. Ok place for overnight stays during travel.

Room clean they smell great and pillow and bed excellent and the breakfast wonderful.

It is currently being remodeled. I hope so, our room was in need of a deep clean and new carpet. The TV is quite small for the size room. The bathroom had terrible plumbing from shower, toilet and sink. The Breakfast was the saddest I've seen in a long time. I truly feel that Comfort brand hotels have fallen behind their equal brands like Holiday and Hampton Inns.

This hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every inch of this hotel is very clean. Our room was was very specious and beyond what I expected. Only complaint would be the breakfast was not very good but we still ate so really no complaint.

We were visiting family in Nashville for Thanksgiving. Got there on Wednesday night. We were told when we checked in they served a hot breakfast. Thursday morning I go to get breakfast and there is nothing fixed. I asked why and the clerk, who I found out later, was also the manager, said the owner had called and said not to fix the breakfast since they only had 4 guest. The next morning I go to get breakfast and still no hot breakfast. I hear her tell a family or 3 there were only 4 people in the hotel so no hot breakfast. I knew that was a lie. There were 3 in their family, 2 in mine, plus I saw 2 other people. I looked out at the parking lot and there were at least 10 cars parked. The 3rd day I go and check out the breakfast and there is a full breakfast. Looked out at the parking lot and there were the same number of cars as the day before. I ask the clerk how many guests do you have to have to serve breakfast. Of course he was confused. Come to find out the reason there wasn't a hot breakfast for 2 says is the worker who set the breakfast up had called in. I asked why did the clerk lie? He said she was the manager and she was just playing with us. Can you imagine That? I personally don't like being lied to. I also feel like my money isn't appreciated. Needless to say I won't be staying there again, and I would suggest that you get a manager who has some ethics.

The people are very unfriendly came down here on business had to be down here early try to check in at 10.30 am they wont let me they had me drive over the place till 3pm that is rediculous.

I work in the Nashville area frequently. I have stayed at this location so much over the last two years the staff have become my Nashville family! Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a pleasant friendly staff — the place to be while away from home. Convenient to highway with several dining options to choose from close to the hotel. If by chance there was a concern, the staff no doubt would resolve immediately.

This is our second time staying here. Close enough to Nashville without the traffic, great eating and shopping nearby. Nice clean hotel, free breakfast but we have to go to waffle House, husband request.

Wi-Fi is so slow it is basically non operational. Other than that, hotel is fine. No better or worse than others. Fitness Center is well equipped.

Recently stayed here for a week for work. The bed extremely comfortable. The room itself could have been cleaner. The bathroom was larger than most. Had a nice working space with couch and chair. Water pressure sucked. The a/c was lacking. Breakfast was usually cold. The front desk clerks (ladies only) were nice and pleasant, the men not so much. The.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, friendly. Even let us check in before 1 o'clock that day. Most hotels are not that accommodating. We arrived in town much earlier than we had anticipated and they said no problem here is the key to your room. Will definitely stay again at Comfort Suites.

I stay at Comfort Inns, about 4 nights a week. This one is fine as far as the space is concerned. But they are doing something funky with check-in and Choice Privilege points. They have you fill out a small registration form and swipe your credit card in a stand alone terminal, instead of the one attached to the computer. I questioned this and they informed me that the one attached to the computer was not linked to their booking system. I am now looking at my Choice Privilege account and both stays show as cancelled, so I did not get points. L looked at my check-out folio and it looks like a manual entry and my account number is not on it. Now my credit card was charged properly, but why they are cancelling my reservation and doing a manual entry is concerning. Seems like maybe they are trying to get out of give me points for the stay and preventing me from leaving a review on Choice web site. I will look for another hotel in the future.

It is so relaxing! Great hottub and pool and yummy breakfast. Super nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, convenient to restaurants and family fun. So peaceful and enjoyable!

The room and staff were really nice, but the bathtub had some anti-skid stuff on it, and it hurt really bad to take a bath, had to put a towel beneath me to take a bath. Also, the indoor pool was ice cold, not heated at all, and the hot tub was foamy, and both burned our families eyes really bad because of excessive chlorine. It was clean and comfy otherwise, though. The curtains don't close so the lights from the parking lot shined through the sheers. It didn't bother me, but it bothered my mom.

The rooms themselves are very nice. They have a nice couch, a nice bathroom, and large bed but there are some small things that really impact the stay. The most noticeable thing when you even get the near the entrance is the overwhelming smell of chemicals from the pool that smacks you in the face as soon as you get inside. My main issue is the air conditioner. They do not have central air but instead have these little boxes on windows. When we arrived our AC was not even on so the room was boiling, and one we did turn it on it make so much noise and blew very humid air. We even had to turn it off at night because it made so much noise. Lastly the TV was piece of junk. The picture was anything but clear, the color was off no matter how much you played with the settings and the top of the screen had black ink type stuff running downing indicating the TV had been dropped. If you don't plan on being in the room too much then it is a fine place to stay for a night or 2 but if you like to stay in the room while it's 100 degrees out I would try another place.

This is the worst motels ever, don't stay there the place is infested with BED BUGS BED BUGS, AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY MONEY BACK for checking out. Don't stay there big bed bugs.

Seemed like a pretty new hotel. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The room was nice and large. My only negative comment is that with the larger room a larger TV would be nicer. The desk staff was friendly. While I would not say it is a 5-star hotel, for a hotel that competes in the mid-tier, it definitely earns a 5-star review.

Hotel was very clean and the beds fine, but the pillows were horrible. As soon as I put my head on them, it was like laying on air and I'd have been better off not using them.

We were very disappointed in the Comfort Suites. I always take Clorox wipes. The wipes came up BLACK from the bathroom sink. Did anyone even wipe it down? The check in was done by a 16 year old who had to call someone twice to get the log in for the computer. Two cars were broken into our first night there and radios stolen from there. The glass was still n the parking lot when we checked out after the second night. We did not even try the breakfast there when the same hard boiled eggs looked like they were returned morning after morning. This is what you get for $122. A night. Ugh.

Do NOT use, especially for team events. Sam, the hotel manager, was NOT accommodating at all. He demanded that we send credit card information for all nine rooms on an insecure email. Demanded. Individuals calling in their credit card numbers for each room was not an option. Comfort Suites corporate customer service contacted Sam and he still would not allow it. It appears Sam owns the hotel and could not be inconvenienced by providing standard customer service. Our team had stayed at this hotel in previous years, but we will not return.

We stayed Friday, March 20th. The hotel itself is nice, but had an unpleasant experience with a hotel employee who was rude and unwelcoming not only to us but other hotel guests as well. There were frequent unpleasant exchanges from him to us and other hotel guests and apparently the hotel does not carry extra pillows.
