Arrived early and called to see if we could get an early check in. Nothing was available yet, but that was okay. When we do check in I walked in to the room and there was a cobweb across the door way. I flipped the light switch and nothing. So, I walk over to the lamp in the corner to turn it on and get a face full of spider webs. I thought the room was just cleaned? I pulled back the blankets and sit on one of the beds. The sheets are damp. Then I noticed the smell so I pulled the blankets back up. Luckily the other bed seemed fine. The bathroom door was crooked and didn't close without being slammed and the ceiling had some major water stains. The sign out front ironically stated recently remodeled.

Great location and nice comfy bed. At check in the clerk was courteous but she must have RBF cause it seemed like it pained her to smile. It was a little noisy but that was due to other inconsiderate guests. Bathroom a little small but shower was nice. Clerk at checkout was fantastic. Overall, good overnight stay.

This is an old motel that is bad need of an update. The air conditioning is more like an old water cooler. It was so damp in the room. My clothes that were hanging up in the dressing area along with the pillows and sheets were all so damp I was unable to sleep. No hair dryer, ironing board or iron are in the rooms. You must go to the front desk and reserve the hair dryer as there's only one. Same as with the iron. Ironing board is in with the vending machines that were out of order. No complementary shampoo/conditioner or bath soap. Just two VERY small samples of hand soap. Would have to be an emergency situation before I would ever stay here again.

Clean hotel room and great service cleaning the room during my multiple night stay. The checkin time was longer than expected. Front desk was getting calls with questions about the time to get from hotel to other places and also a call from someone making a reservation to stay at same hotel (by phone) while three of us were waiting in line just to check in and get our room keys. Location of this hotel was very convenient to Nashville airport. During the second night of my stay, there were several groups of loud noisy people arriving to hotel at 2am and 2:30am etc talking loudly in hallway as they climbed the stairs looking for their rooms. Aside from this issue which was outside of control of hotel staff, it was GOOD, CLEAN, QUIET ROOM and I heard birds outside.

I checked in at 1:30am and was greeted so friendly after I had been flying for 2 days and was in need of this caring welcome! I overslept next morning and missed the check out time by half hour. I called the front desk and was very pleasantly told not to worry and just take my time leaving. I will definitely stay here again for this reason and for the convenient location to the airport.

The overall experience is very frustrating. The site showed queen size two beds and the rating was also good. But when we reached there we saw that the beds are very small in size and very very uncomfortable. The restroom is very narrow and not so clean. It is not at all worth for money. Feeling very upset for the booking. We will definitely not recommend this hotel to any one.

This is the ONLY motel I will stay at from now on when I am in the Nashville area. The room was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There is a Waffle House right next door and I would highly recommend The House of Gyros just a 3 minute drive away. I would also recommend Takis', a Japanese Thai restaurant that delivers, Good Sushi and one of the best Pad Thai that I have ever had, and I have had Pad Thai all over world. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable, we stayed an extra day. It is a short drive to downtown and Great Music.

The room was nice and clean. I liked that there wasn't any carpet in the room. I didn't like that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room, and there wasn't fresh coffee made in the lobby. I got about half a cup. It was a little bit noisy with people banging on doors and running up and down the stairs all night, but, that's not really the motels fault. Overall the bed was comfy and we slept well.

Everything is positive from clean rms, nice helpful staff and parking, near gas stations and food. We felt safe and no problems. Yes it wasn't totally quiet but it is called a motel by an airport! The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because the flushing of the toilets. One had to flush several times no matter what. Will stay again.

Hot water never got hot. 2 lights with broken fixtures. Otherwise clean and comfortable. A good value for the price. The night office person was not friendly or welcoming. Seemed even a little annoyed with my 10:30 pm arrival which I had indicated on my booking.

The bed coverings were too thin. There were no blankets available in the room. The toilet had trouble flushing consistently; sometimes it was effective, other times not. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Location is great.

My family and I stayed here a few days. I can say the towels need to be softer. Lastnight I had to go to the desk and complain about the people upstairs because of the noise. She went to ck out the situation and offered me another room. Thank you TINA for the great hospitality. I enjoyed our conversation. Keep up the great job.

Sign outside claims newly renovated but not tub. Bottom worn out. Lobby stank, don’t know how the desk staff took it. NO HOT WATER… at least not at 3 a. M. On 18Mar18. Expensive for a 6 at $75. Could have stayed at any of the better chains for $20 more which would have been well worth it.

Room was very clean. Front desk staff was absolutely outstanding during check in & out. Very helpful & knowledable of the area around the motel (we are from DE). Would recommend anyone to stay here! fabulous.

Clean, comfortable and accomodating at much higher levels than expected for the price. It was quiet, close to places to shop, eat, gas up, and hit the interstate. Amazing room service menu and plenty of parking. Friendly staff and no hidden fees to surprise me on my way out.

I come to Nashville every year for a 4 day convention. I always stay here. Rooms are affordable, clean, and better than you would expect from a Motel 6. The staff is always very helpful.

The room was big and roomy; and clean. The beds were comfortable. I found the room quiet and comfortable overall. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this Motel 6 again.

Super cheap but somewhat rundown accommodation. Reminds of a student dormitory. Dark Rooms.

The motel was extra clean and well-kept and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The price was right and the location was easily accessed for our trip. There are some things that would help improve the stay: The heater/AC in our room didn't seem to pay much attention to the thermostat setting and my wife would say each room needs a hair dryer.

Room 225. Had bugs and had hair all over the toilet and tub. The sink wouldn’t drain either. The heat and air unit had a short and wouldn’t stay on unless you jiggled the cord. And the floors were filthy! Our 17 month old grandson socks were black after only 5 minuets of walking on the floor. We have pictures if you would like to see them.

Hello- I recently stayed at your location at 701 Stewarts Ferry Pike in Nashville, Tennessee. After my second night in my room, I noticed one of the lampshades in the room had black mold spots all over it. I moved the desk the lamp was on to bring the lamp to the front desk and discovered the wall behind the desk was also covered in black mold. I started searching the room and was horrified to discover mold throughout the room including all over the wall behind my bed. I was moved to another room for the last night of our three night stay. I had asked to speak to a manager but none was present during my last day there. After returning home, I called to speak to the manager, Jody Smith. It took me over a week and several calls to finally get in touch with her. When I finally got in touch, she hurriedly told me she would refund me for one night of my stay. After I said "thank you" she abruptly hung up. I sat with that for a few hours and finally decided to call back. As a person in the customer service industry myself, it didn't seem right to me that she would basically say to me "sorry we rented you a room for two nights that was covered in mold… we would like you to pay us for one of them". Black mold is a serious health concern and with the low rates Motel 6 charges, one expects a lack of amenities and just a basic clean room. That expection was far from met, and because of that I feel that I should be reimbursed for the two nights I paid for that room.

We were at a nearby motel and had a terrible experience and we called this motel and the manager on duty Brad Jones went above and beyond to get a room cleaned for us as soon as possible so we could get in a room. We left the other hotel in our robes (seriously) and had to wait in the car but Brad had our room ready by noon and didn't even charge us an early check in fee. It's a clean motel, cheap and next to waffle house. It's also a few minutes from the airport. They have smoking rooms and an elevator. Great place to stay on a budget. All staff are friendly and polite.

Totally nice looking motel with comfortable room at a reasonable price. Near the airport. Only fond the tiny check in room with the clerk behind a what I presumed was bullet proof glass a little discerning. Wonder if all the other motels in the area found it necessary for the same setup?

Amazing customer service. Probably the most luxurious Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. If I go back to Nashville, I am for sure staying at this location. The only downside is that it was slightly expensive, but I think it is okay considering the proximity to the airport.

My trip to Nashville is not always the easiest. I am there to pickup my 1 1/2 yr old son who was abducted from me. I now get him every other month, and this was our scheduled visit. It is usually a quick turnaround, as I only have a few hours to get back on a plane and bring my son home so that we can enjoy our time here. We arrived at the hotel at around midnight, and the receptionist was MORE than pleasant. She opened the locked doors and helped me with the carseat and luggage and even carried it to our room for us. She was pleasant, caring, funny, and everything we were hoping to make us feel welcome and comfortable for such a uncomfortable and frightening situation in a new city, thousands of miles from our home. The room was clean, the scene was quiet, and the customer service up to par. Absolutely would stay again!

I would never stay here again. The tub had black stuff around the fixtures. Not sure if it was mold. I had to put a towel down in the tub because the bottom of the tub appeared dirty. There was no lotion or shampoo so I had to buy my own. Absolutely disgusting!

Room 110 was clean, ac was good and very quiet. The room smelled clean, the staff was very helpful. Everything was great with the exception of maybe the bathtub. It just looked a bit run down compared to the rest of the room. Can't beat the price!

Best motel 6 I have ever stayed at hands down! We requested a smoke free room & that's exactly what we got, no lingering odors or anything. The room was so clean and comfortable with oak wood finishing and soft pillows. There is a local pizza place that the hotel refers people to & the pizza was FANTASTIC! Best motel 6 experience ever.

I posted a few pictures of my hotel room which was a smoking room on the 3rd floor. It is a newly remodeled room, nothing fancy, but the fresh coat of paint and newer laminate wood flooring was a rather nice change for a motel 6. I was pleasantly surprised, and the clerk at the desk, Theresa, was really charming. There was a pile of dog food and a lot of dirt underneath the fridge as well as on top of it. Which is covered, tucked underneath the sink counter.

If I could leave less than one star I would. For the $700 I paid for the one week stay, you would expect at least a clean room upon check in. The floor in my room was absolutely disgusting, I would not even want to walk around in my socks because my feet were literally black due to the filthy floor. There was old food in the corner of the floor under the sink and it was molded. I saw this motel 6 commercial and thought it would be a great place for a one week stay, but I was very mislead. Most motels offer a convenient continental breakfast, not this one. There is nothing more than coffee offered in the morning at the lobby. Plus when I got up at 6am and called down to see if the coffee had been made, the front desk personal was rude about it and said " it will be ready when I have time to get to it". I am 100% honest on all my reviews and really only review a place when it's either really good or really bad. This is definitely the worst experience I have ever had. Not worth the price.

Hi Motel 6! You guys are doing great. You were affordable, clean, in a great location (next to the Waffle House! I ate so much waffle! ), and very kindly staffed. I'm an easy-going guy. I don't need much. I put the Do Not Disturb sign on my door because, well, there's nothing I need except my TV, my tub, and my room booze. Two out of three were things you could provide, and you provided them in spades. There is nothing like sipping Tennessee beer on a king sized bed while absorbing hours of 90-Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? (spoiler alert: they're not). Thanks again for your great rates and great location. I do miss the carpeting, but I understand why it probably had to go (in the summers, I'm sure it can get a little mildew-y). Oh, but would it be possible to put hair dryers in the rooms? Not that that's a dealbreaker, or even anything big, but, if we're looking for something I'd suggest, that might be it. Much love!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, smelled good. The employers were very friendly. The only thing was our air didn't blow that well so we had to move the mattress in the floor just to stay cool and then we would put it back the next day. But other then that this motel 6 is the cleanest motel I've seen.

Under cosmetic renovations. Minimal amenities, quality of the work is bad. Beds were okay. Rooms were musty. AC took a while to work. Shower was hot! Liked the fact the carpet was replaced with an engineered floor. Overall it satisfied the need for overnight but wouldn't choose to stay there again.

The motel is currently under renovation. The renovated rooms are nice while the other rooms are rough. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Where do I begin… The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the lock on the bathroom door was broken, the tub had brown streaks in it, I saw what appeared to be grains of rice or maggots in the tub, and there were holes in the wall on the tub. This place is not even worthy of bringing a prostitute, so imagine how uncomfortable my party and I felt bringing a young child there. I immediately asked for a refund. Also, they had the nerve to charge a rate comparable to a high end hotel. I am paying $90+ for what? A fungal infection? If you have to go here, then pee in a bottle, wash with baby wipes, and put plastic on the bed, because that is the only way to feel clean. Oh. And bring lots of Lysol. Plus, they have the nerve to charge for Wi-Fi! At least the receptionist was nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My on-line quote was not transferred over when I went to check in. They tried to charge me more, but once I showed the e-mail with my all inclusive price quote they ended up charging me a little less. The room was decently clean, no stains or bugs. The shower and bath were clean with good water pressure. Waffle House in the same lot and a Cracker Barrel across the street. About 15min away from downtown Nashville and Uber is everywhere. Over all it was a pleasant stay, best bang for the buck.

Great location close to airport and the rest of Nashville free Wi-Fi and I can still book a smoking room, … too many "Green Wienie" motels out there that just cater to the mamby pamby green crowd. F'm.

Extremely nice. Clean rooms. Great coffee. Right next to a 24 hour waffle house that has great service and food. In the process of renovations at the time of my stay so your stay should be even better. You actually have to turn like you are going to the waffle house in order to get to motel. If you pass it takes a little maneuvering to get back. Not that I missed it of course. Ha. Hope you have a fantastic time in Nashville. Not far from the tourist attractions.

My friend and I were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. A very nice room for 167.00 for two nights. The TV in our room had not been updated, that's the only reason they lost a star from me. We will be staying again.

The room was nice and the staff were very helpful. The motel has an elevator too. It is about 2 blocks from I-40. The price was high to me because the taxes are so high in Nashville (about $23.00). The bed was comfortable and the room had a microwave and mini-refrigerator.

Staff at check-in were a little strange. One of the quietest motel rooms I've ever stayed in. Price is high though! Apparently you need to make sure it's corporate owned and not franchised.

The staff there was very nice and helpful, smiles all around! We stayed 2 nights of a weekend that the motel was completely booked. It seemed as though they were renovating a bunch of rooms. Our room had a a couple kinks but they fixed them and what they couldnt fix they compensated on the rental rate. When I come down to visit again soon I will be calling again!

The location's good for being near the airport. Unfortunately, the rooms were not very well kept. Chosen only as a place to crash. I wouldn't have stayed there knowing about the state if the room. If you understand that you are getting what you pay for and don't expect good rooms, then it shouldn't disappoint.

For the location and price, I couldn't ask for anything better. Was it world class 5 star luxury? No, but it was clean and safe and had a Waffle House on property — — two for one! My family and I needed something directly off the I-40 that was affordable, clean, and safe. And this was exactly it.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and our 2 dogs that are 50+p pounds. The stay was good and room was decent. My gripe is that it could of been cleaner for example we slept with a spider hanging above us. Some spiders in the room is all I could complain about. Overall decent stay. For the money I would say worth it.

The room we stayed in was recently renovated. It was very clean. The AC unit was off upon arrival (July) and never was able to completely cool the room. The staff, especially the manager, was very understanding and courteous the next morning and offered a fair partial refund. The only other issue was that the TV reception was in and out which I have found at other Motel 6 locations. Overall, the location felt safe and was very convenient. It would have received a perfect score if it wasn't for those few issues. I only started using Motel 6 since the middle of 2013 and mostly with regard to quick business traveling. I have found that the overall quality vs. Cost exceeds my expectations when comparing to more costly hotels. To me, you get the same with usually a much bigger smile for a whole lot less.

Went on a road trip with the boyfriend, both from Wisconsin. Found this place last minute. Reasonably priced. Clean. No bed bugs. Air conditioning worked superbly. While not in the nicest neighborhood, we were barely in our room anyways. We would stay here again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Great price and the front desk employees was really nice and helpful. We got the jacuzzi suite, the room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the room super quiet considering it was facing the road, we never heard a sound. And the jacuzzi tub is better than more expensive hotels we have stayed at. We will definitely stay here again.
