Microwave don’t work, toilet seat broke, we left came back and maids didn’t have the room clean, we were pushed out 30 mins before checkout time. Pls don’t waste your money. Actually they tried to push us to checkout at 9 when we had to 11. The girl says when are you checking out 9? No. 10? No checkout is 11 so 11. She wanted us out so a bride could get ready. I don’t like being pressured to leave early and it was very unprofessional. Oh, let me add the room above us sound like they were stomping around… especially late night and early morning.

} Gun fight in the parking lot! 5 minutes of shooting, back and forth! Slow police response. Their where victims for the paramedics. I do not know about deaths. My daughter and I left ASAP after the police arrived. I understand management cannot control what their guests do… Because we did not stay there, I disputed the charge, I do not know the results of the dispute yet.

Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Detector had been disabled. Dingy linens. Over all grubby. Would not recommend.

Could be a nice hotel just need a lot of attention. Staff was nice. Laid in bed and roach came out from behind headboard. Curtains dont close. Carpet a little dirty.

This hotel just needs to be completely gutted and remodeled, plus cleaned. It's gone down hill considering that it's recently been renovated.

No stars needed, looked really nice on the out side, but once I got inside of my room, the toilet wasn’t working right, the bathtub had weird brown spots, the room had no smoke alarm, wiring hangin out. Toilet had vomit and feces caked on the inside upon entering. Curtains did not close and were held together with rusty fish hooks, literally. There were no wall covers for the cable hook up, I didn’t even want to take my shoes off nor sit on the bed, sheets were not clean, comforters had burn holes in them, grossest hotel room I have ever seen.

Pictures are deceiving, as they say you get what you pay for, both faucets is not attached well, moves when touch, had to go and ask for clean towels because the ones given was either stained or dirty couldn't tell which and the pillows are very filmsy, the bathroom was never cleaned while we were there, vents has dust in them, sorry Wi-Fi, sheets has big stains on them, won't stay again.

Good price and friendly staff but a really dirty room. The bed had weird spots, there was hair all over the bathtub the floor was dirty and the bed was partly broken. But for a cheap one night stay it was okay.

Dirty, nasty old out of date dirty towels. There was a stove with a microwave sitting on top of it with a gross frigid in the room. Will never go back.

Dirty rooms, air conditioner held up by a car jack smh, leaky sink, gum all over the carpet. The worst 8 hours of my life. Spend the money for the quality you deserve, this place is not it.

Cheap hotel. Not too bad. Tlots of people staying full time.

Room is filthy, I feel I'm being eatin by laying in the bed can't even sleep or sit anywhere now. Sheets have sperm on them. Toilet was nasty. Shower looks gross. I don't even understand why you let your rooms get this bad.

Rooms were good, but furniture has a stinky smell. Good rooms for what you pay.

Must have renovated. Room is clean. 50 inch flat screen. Looks really nice. No bugs. At first glance I would stay again.

DO NOT STAY***Worst place I've stayed in a very long time and pictures just do not do this place justice. The room reeked of smoke and everything was stained yellow, the bathtub was caked with dirt, hair and soap scum, the toilet had dried urine and feces on it, the floors had not been cleaned… the refrigerator did not work and was moldy, one of the lampshades had profanity on it. We had to clean our room before we even got settled in. The only reason we stayed was because we already paid for the room online and would not get a refund and being a holiday weekend not much else around.

Will never stay at this place again. The first room we had there was a cockroach in it. Went to the front and showed him the bug. He goes we just had this building spared for bugs. Told him you better find another company. Moved us down 3 rooms and took some money off. The cleaning people suck. They don't change the shower curtain. The bottom had mildew on it and it was starting to smell. When they give you new towels they are so rough. Be the last time there it sucked.

Good price. Bad instalations. Wall of the bathroom broken. Cleaning is not their strong. And I even found hair on my bed. The interior design is not bad at all, but it looks like, they have not been giving attention to common little problems that, of course would show and eventually… became worse. If they improve their rooms, definitely would be a good option.

1 star because it would not allow me to give 0 or negative. We were in Nashville over this last weekend for the Eclipse. Unfortunately by the time we booked this was all that was available and I sadly did not see any reviews. This is hands down the worst place I have ever stayed at. Two younger guys behind the counter checked me in, they advised that I had 10 minutes to get a refund (red flag 1), then ushered me out. While walking down to my room I noticed a lot of doors didn't have room numbers, then I get to my door which had my room number written in black permanent marker. We look past this and head in to the room. The door to the actual hotel room didn't shut all the way, we had to move the dresser in front of the door while we slept, the dresser was missing drawers, the phone (that we found an hour later under the night stand) didn't work, the microwave looked as though someone jumped from the sink on top of it and elbowed it, the TV was old and bulky which personally was the least problematic thing, the remote had not back and was held together by masking tape and god knows who's hair ties, the bed spreads were both ripped in multiple locations, the bed on the left the box spring was too big for the mattress and the bed on the right the box spring was too small, never mind how dirty they were.

The room I got needed some repairs (bathroom door wouldn't close, light out, wobbly toilet), but it was clean and everything was ready to go. It was good for a one night in-and-out stay, but I wouldn't choose it for multiple day accommodations.

My family and I have been staying here for 2 weeks. The staff is amazing. They come by and refresh room often. Owner is always there if you have any problems. The room is clean and comfortable with phone in room. They clean outside daily. Very friendly and affordable.

The WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! There was blood all over the bathroom walls and on the boxsprings … The shower did not work. There was use condoms in front of our hotel door the next day there was holes in the bed clothes … and when we arrived there was a drug bust going on! I do not recommend going here …

First got here, noticed that the sheets hadn't been changed. When I went to talk to front desk they handed me the sheets and comforter to put on myself. Second, no hot water whatsoever in the shower or the sink. Why did I have to do housekeeping's job and they get paid for it? Will not be staying again. Always check the bed sheets you are laying on…

Nasty and gross. I made a reservation here for a non-smoking room, upon arrival at check in the man at the front desk was very rude. He informed me that they had given away my non-smoking room and only had one smoking room left. It was late, and I had driven six hours so I went with it, trying to have a positive attitude. Once I got to the room, there were cigerette burns in the sheets and ashes everywhere. The bathroom was pretty nasty and beat up looking. There was a lot of drug activity going on from multiple rooms. Terrible mistake. Never stay here.

It's a bit of a cesspool you honestly get what you pay for here, nobody expects amazing accommodations. This is the place where a lot of unsavory characters live. If you managed to sleep through the night without an incident occurring somewhere in the hotel consider it a great stay. If you don't mind potential drama going on around you every so often then this is definitely easy on the wallet. As long as you don't try to involve yourself then any drama that does ensue will come and go without affecting you at all.

Doesn't even deserve one star there were drug addicts everywhere place was disgusting head burn holes in the blankets the bathroom had mold everywhere in the ceiling need toilet paper holder have been ripped off the wall it looks like several times toilet was leaking just over all dirty and disgusting.

It's clean and quiet. The rooms are very nice, nicer than I thought.

Stayed in room 219 for a week and got bitten by bugs or something. I believe it was bed bugs. Then in room 222 I was babysitting my buddies toddler and I stepped on a needle. It was disgusting. You have to beg for room service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Will say three positive things about this place: the Wi-Fi is fast, the sink layout is nice, and the water gets STUPID HOT stupid fast. Spacious rooms, but have an unfinished feel, especially in the bathroom. Gaps in the door frames, I stayed in a room where the number was taped on, ironing board but no iron, toilet paper but no bar for it to hang on, one garbage bin that had been thrown up in and not fully cleaned. Check in wasn't great because I needed to return to the front desk three times: first room I was given had no mini fridge or chair with the desk; attendant gave me a key for another room also missing a fridge; found a room with everything, got the keys, but they didn't work. ("Keep them warm, they won't work if they're cold, " she told me on my last return. WHAT?!?!? ) However nice size TV and bed was comfortable enough. Would return if no other choice.

Undergoing renovations hopefully it'll be more golden standard. It offers that conformability if you're anything like me workaholic. Location is great of all convient desires dining, fuel, scenery, and conveint shopping. I ALWAYS check for bedbugs personal at ANY LOCATION and town, however a few reviews stated their rooms contain them mine didn't I slept in BOTH beds of comfort. I'd recommend for spare of moment as I did until they've COMPLETELY upgraded everything it'll be just next to average. TWO TUMPS UPFOR MAJOR comforbility!

We stayed in the room about 10 minutes then checked out. From women cussing & arguing outside the front office to the new upgrades needs upgrading. All the fixtures were new but wasn't put on by professionals they didn't even have the covers on any of the sockets my 2 year old was trying to put her hand in the holes in the wall. The refrigerator door didn't close all the way so we couldn't keep her milk cold & the microwave plate was missing not that I would have used it bc the it was dirty.

What a surprise to find this gem in the midst of a group of fairly mundane accommodations. The room has been decorated with obvious care, attention to detail and what appears to be wonderful feng shui. Although there seem to be a few improvements that still need to be made, this place is well on its way to becoming a true oasis for travelers passing through. The owners/front desk personnel were very kind and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you!

They are apparently in the middle of a renovation. If my room is any indication, it's going to be amazing for the price. It looks like they are really taking care to add nice touches to the room. Big TV too. Very accommodating for my disability (bad back means climbing stairs is out, especially with luggage). Well lit parking lot as well.
