Rooms were clean. Happy with room. Nothing too over the top. No view. Breakfast was average, not a buffet like they claim. Again this is a clean safe location.

Quiet, clean, well-maintained hotel; just right for its small city location. Simply appointed, modern furnishings, moderately priced. Clearly visible and easily accessed via a primary corridor. Numerous chain restaurants w/in walking distance.

We tried to get an extra pillow for our kiddo, who had to sleep on the floor because the wad only a chair instead of a couch as advertised, but the front desk stated they didn't have any. The given reason was that they were full, though we made this request at 10:30 PM and the parking lot was 20% empty. The elevator didn't really work (took longer than 5 minutes to go up one level. ) The pool area was nice but heavily chlorinated. Mattresses are firm but my room had a missing picture with holes in the wall and a dangling anchor. Overall an okay experience, but not up to typical standards for a holiday inn express.

Well-maintained, attractive facility with concientious staff. Located in a small-town environment not far from the "big city" of Memphis. This hotel lacks an on-site restaurant yet is very near (walking distance to) quality popular restaurants.

Stayed for 8 days and the staff are super gracious! Great service, great breakfasts and dining room area, great fitness gym, pool would be great but not heated, brr. Great road behind hotel for running/walking. Location is near many good dining choices and shopping/retail. I'll stay here every time I come to Memphis/Millington.

I'm actually still here. Checked in on Sunday, March 25th and we check out tomorrow. Close to restaurants. Decent looking rooms nut needs updating especially the damp feeling carpets. Internet is down for past couple days. Pool is NOT heated. If we hadn't complained, I don't think they would have checked the pool. Pool has been shut down since Wednesday. We complained Tuesday afternoon. Called the front desk Wednesday morning and they claimed they fixed it. We checked, and it shows an out of order sign. Pretty annoying. We haven't been able to make pancakes because they haven't put batter out. Our room when we checked in showed clean on the computer but when we went in, not cleaned at all. Actually there were a bunch of rooms not cleaned that claimed to be clean. When I mean by unclean, I mean unmade beds, trash in the rooms, towels on the floor. The front desk chick always sitting outside smoking with 2 other girls. One washer not working. Pretty anxious to check out tomorrow. I'm pretty disappointed we didn't rent a home. Pretty pissed we wasted money on 2 rooms. I'm here with a group. Ian has been very friendly and helpful. He worked hard to get our group accomodated with clean rooms. Super great guy. He is the only one that actually is kind. The rest of the staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. One of the cleaning girls told our teenage boys she wasn't going to bite. I can't wait to get my IHG review request cause I'm pretty pissed how we have been treated.

Breakfast includes eggs (a scrambled egg pattie) & sausage. Clean a well appointed.

Nice location. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Minutes away from the base. Clean facilities with a great breakfast buffet.

I had a king but wanted two doubles. I got a free upgrade. Room was spacious Shower had a wand. I love wands. Room had small refrigerator and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Air worked well. Room was quiet. Breakfast was OK and served on time. This place is close to several eating places. Nothing in the room was out of repair. The exercise room was better than most. It had walking machines and weights.

Property is in need of some updates, the room wasn't very clean. Staff seemed overwhelmed with a full hotel. Pool and exercise area were nice, but staff couldn't keep up with towels.

Room was dirty with hair in tub and floors not vacuumed. Bath tub drain was very slow in our room 420. Hotel needs updated. Front desk lady was outside smoking right in front of enterance most of the time we saw her. Hotel pool towels were out so went to ask for some from her and she said no towels available all being washed, so asked for bath towels was also told no towels clean. We had two kids and grandparents waiting to get out of pool. Went to our room to get towels for our kids and grandparents to use and when we got back down she then had brought towels. No apologies and seemed she didn't want to get up to get them was the real issue. Hotel was not staffed for a full hotel. Breakfast was okay but pancake machine was broke and juice was mainly water. Overall will not stay at this location again. Really like holiday inns but this one has run down rooms and no customer service.

The room was very nice, pretty clean. Battery backup in smoke detector was missing when we arrived, but 1 call to the front desk & the manager came & resolved it. Overall, a good visit.

This is a great place to have a small, but intimate family gathering such as a wedding/reception, birday party, wedding anniversary, or meetings for work.

It had a fitness area with an indoor, heated pool. Breakfast was served in the morning. It was very nice.

Location was great with proximity to restaurants and shopping. Facilities and amenities were well kept. The room seemed small for 2 queen beds, but did include a fridge and microwave. Based on the wait to use the single elevator, this hotel could use another one.

Great staff, comfortable rooms, and easy access make this hotel my number one choice for staying in the Memphis area. Next time I'll just need to remember my swimming trunks for the heated salt water pool. This place is hard to beat.

Typical hotel room. Breakfast was nice. They were nice enough to give us a banquet room to practice our instruments before an audition! Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very good and always well stocked. The pool was a great way to relax.

We were there for a meeting for work didn't do very much or see much of the facility. They did have a nice exercise room.

I've stayed at this location multiple times and have always had a good experience. The room has always been clean and tidy when I arrive and the complimentary breakfast is good. All of the staff is welcoming and nice.

Great place, friendly staff. They went above and beyond to help. The breakfast selection was good and fresh. The rooms and beds are super comfy. Has an indoor pool and fitness area.

We had to change rooms because our toilet was leaking at the bottom. Had to report it twice they came and fixed it the first time and it started leaking again. The exercise room equipment in the fitness room was all broken could not work out. The closed the pool down and said it was a filter problem that was on Thursday when we checked out on Sunday the pool was still closed. I believe the only reason they closed it down was because a family reunion in the room around the corner from the pool and they didn't want the people in the pool and the noise to interfere with that function. And they had a weeding reception in the same location that Saturday evening kids was disappointed the whole weekend because they could not go swimming.

Clean, quite and a good staff… The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was on the day we were to check out housekeeping came in to check if we had checked out yet and locked the door open while we were out at breakfast… We reported what we found to the front desk… The manager called us about 15 minutes later having checked the hall camera and run down the housekeeper who had locked the door open. Big mistake, good response… So 4 stars…

I give it a 5 a great hotel from the time we checked in the employees the manager were friendly, the month of August they offered pancakes from 8 p. M. To 12 midnight. The staff was very helpful.

Hotel did not service my room (clean) and when I went downstairs to ask — they assured me that they would make up for the poor attention to detail by offering me extra award points with IHG. Three weeks later — not only did I not receive the extra points they offered (to get me off their back) — but they didn't register my stay for points either. When I called them to follow-up — they of course said — do you know who you spoke with? We don't have anything written down here to show that we offered you any points for your inconvenience. I saw the lady at the desk write it in for manager approval. UGH! The hotel itself was plain o. K. The carpet is moist when running the ventilation. The pool was dirty. Worst experience at a Holiday Inn for sure.

I loved staying here! We will stay again when we come back (which we do often). The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing and rooms were great. I am a clean freak and this was a very clean environment! Thank ya'll so much!
