I'm actually still here. Checked in on Sunday, March 25th and we check out tomorrow. Close to restaurants. Decent looking rooms nut needs updating especially the damp feeling carpets. Internet is down for past couple days. Pool is NOT heated. If we hadn't complained, I don't think they would have checked the pool. Pool has been shut down since Wednesday. We complained Tuesday afternoon. Called the front desk Wednesday morning and they claimed they fixed it. We checked, and it shows an out of order sign. Pretty annoying. We haven't been able to make pancakes because they haven't put batter out. Our room when we checked in showed clean on the computer but when we went in, not cleaned at all. Actually there were a bunch of rooms not cleaned that claimed to be clean. When I mean by unclean, I mean unmade beds, trash in the rooms, towels on the floor. The front desk chick always sitting outside smoking with 2 other girls. One washer not working. Pretty anxious to check out tomorrow. I'm pretty disappointed we didn't rent a home. Pretty pissed we wasted money on 2 rooms. I'm here with a group. Ian has been very friendly and helpful. He worked hard to get our group accomodated with clean rooms. Super great guy. He is the only one that actually is kind. The rest of the staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. One of the cleaning girls told our teenage boys she wasn't going to bite. I can't wait to get my IHG review request cause I'm pretty pissed how we have been treated. Looks like they don't want to fix anything for the past month or so per the reviews. It's pretty annoying we are dishing out this money to stay at their hotel and we are being treated like we are inconveniencing them. Especially the chick that smokes outside all day with her girls.
