Great clean and safe place. Full size kitchen. Good breakfast. My only real complaint is where do you put your suitcase and heaven forbid you bring two. They have a large closet, but it is unlit and to open it, it's on the floor of the closet, which opens to the bathroom is hard to reach and see, constantly kneeling down to put things in take out. Also, there's the issue humidity in the bathroom. I don't think it's very well-thought-out.

Super place. Full size fridge, stove, sink, dishwasher, modern good size bathroom, comfortable bed. Nice pool area and large grilling area with patio furniture to relax in overall super place to stay at a reasonable price.

This hotel was clean an modern, but we had a 2 bedroom with a pull out couch for 3 women. The only mirror in the whole room was in the bathroom. Neither of the rooms had a mirror. (How is that possible) also the pull out bed was beyond uncomfortable and I think the sheets were not changed after the last use. I had to remove the mattress to put it on the floor to sleep and there was a battery and pills under the mattress. Kind of gross.

Excellent service from staff. Room is amazing and has very comfortable bedding. Linens are soft and and absorbent. Nice spacious kitchenette with all the feel of home. Everything is just right.

Wasnt a bad stay until one of the employee thought we were going to hit her car. We had the van door open, but it wasn't touching her car. We tried to apologise to her even tho we not touching her car but she acted all crazy! She should get written up or fired.

By far the hotel experience I've ever had. Staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. TV had great selection of channels for the kids. Had alot of lighting and plug ins. Im so thankful we chose the town place. We had a great stay.

I’ve been here for 30 minutes and my stay has already been less than pleasant. Upon arrival I asked the front desk for a room away from the elevator. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. I go up to my room on the third floor, and it’s directly next to the elevator. On top of that neither of the keys I was given worked (and they weren’t put anywhere near my phone). After going back downstairs I ask for a room away from the elevator, again. This time I’m given a room with a kitchen sink that doesn’t have hot water. I need the hot water to clean my pump parts. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was for the kitchen because it’s a lot easier than using a bathroom sink. The front desk tells me there are no other rooms and it’s too late to call maintenance. She offers me 2, 000 points to make up for it. Still a complete inconvenience and frustration.

Stayed here in the summer 2 adukts and 3 kids. Soacious room. Very clean and everything in good condition large in door pool. Water very warm. Free breakfast. Standard items efmggs sausage waffkes pastries. Good but nothing special. Staff very friendly. 5 minute drive to airport.

Great hotel overall! Would stay again. We came here to escape the wrath of Hurricane Irma. Here's the breakdown: The greatness: Staff was extremely welcoming from the front desk to the maintenance staff. Many of the people staying here were refugees from Florida and the hotel was very accommodating to us. We had no problem staying here with our dog. Kitchen was nice. Wifi was great and fast enough for me. Not so great: Rooms and pool were a little small but not that big of a deal. Breakfast was a little disappointing, it was the same thing everyday. Sofa bed was a little lumpy but I still slept great. Also, the trolley thing for suitcases was hard to use. Unknown: I had no idea how the gym is. Who works out when they're on vacation anyways?

This is one of the absolute best hotels that I have stayed in. From the amenities to the kindness of the staff, everything has been amazing. The Wi-Fi is outstanding, and the house keeping has been perfect. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel with great accommodations.

Rooms are clean and neat. Service desk is great. Housekeepers are great. Breakfast is okay but switching up the breakfast menu wouldn't hurt.

Pros: Nice, clean & quiet hotel in Rock Hill SC 2mins off I-77. Close to restaurants and a shopping center. On site (pay) laundry. Two-eye stove top, dishwasher and refrigerator in room. Cons: Parking for patrons residing in the front side of the hotel is somewhat shallow, however the neighboring Fairfield Inn provides space for overflow. Pool is unimpressive. Not dirty or unkempt, just small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast area gets cramped quick if there are a lot of residents.

My husband and I stayed here when we moved from Ocala, FL to Rock Hill, SC. 4 days and 3 nights. I didn't want to leave! It's clean and updated. Nothing old or ratty about this place. I wish this place was in every single town across America. So I could without a second thought, stay here.
